Excellent location, outstanding service, beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms…what else is needed? I come back to the URSO Hotel and Spa over and over because this is where I feel at home. By the way, the concierge team is excellent! 👏👏👏

My partner and I recently stayed at Hotel URSO and it was excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was amazing and so comfortable, and the breakfast spread was fantastic! Concierge Denise was exceptional, and her personalization set our stay apart, from thoughtful recommendations, to helping us with bookings and coordination, to even pricing out tickets for a last minute football game! All around a wonderful experience and very much appreciated!

Outstanding hotel. Room was gorgeous. Superb service. Wonderful food. But the best thing was the Team. Arturo was the best Concierge I’ve evert encountered. Changed our room when we checked in to a better room without fuss. Booked restaurants that blew our minds (and always with best table). Simply outstanding. As were the whole reception and bar team. Also big shout out to Pablo in the restaurant and Miquel in Breakfast room. And to the great Doormen and room service team. Superb location. Central. Quiet. Refined. Will definitely return.

Simply superb. This beautiful hotel managed to exceed our high expectations! The stand out feature being the staff. Yes, the hotel is stunning, the beds huge and comfortable, the location perfect, and all the facilities excellent, but it was the staff who made it extraordinary. Arturo was the most helpful manager we’ve ever come across - he booked us restaurant reservations that were just perfect and delicious, he gave great advice and solved problems. Honestly, I would go to him for any life advice. All the advice was spot on. But the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff (thank you Pablo!), the doormen and everyone who we came into contact with were simply lovely. The spa is beautiful and despite it being very central the hotel is quiet and calm and walking distance to most things we wanted to do. Small touches like information on what’s on in Madrid that day left in the immaculate rooms make this an exceptional hotel. Cannot recommend highly enough. We shall return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the URSO. The one issue we had was dealt with immediately and the staff was wonderful. Arturo at the front desk was very helpful. The nightly piano player was excellent as was the mixologist. Location of the URSO is ideally situated in Madrid.
