Reviews for Westin Palace Madrid
Room was just fine, well appointed with all amenities. Became a little bit small with the extra bed I asked for my daughter. As a big hotel, had to walk a long way to get there. Overall, I found it luxurious, with good service, but a little bit unpersonalized.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location, with wonderful facilities. Did experience the Portuguese / Spanish animosity , when asking the concierge if anyone could help me with a translation of a Portuguese document. The concierge and his sidekicks simply refused to help in any way, to find out if anyone could help, whilst finding this funny. The hotel manager did reach out and apologies , and for that I was grateful. Would not let small minded behavior marr my overall excellent evaluation of this grand hotel.Well worth a visit.

What a grand and amazing hotel dating back to 1913. The Palace Hotel is a historic building, the largest hotel of its time, smack across the Ritz and Prado Museum. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are awesome. Make sure to use your IHG points. Also the Chinese restaurant in the hotel has exceptionally good food. There is a Japanese restaurant in there as well but we didn't get around to trying it. Loved the hotel experience. Would definitely stay there again when in Madrid
Comfortable room, great bed, lots of space. The restaurant provided an excellent dinner with superb service. Located near El Prado and La Gran Via, the hotel is perfectly situated. Be sure to check out La Rotunda.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious, service is very good and it's ideal location. However, since I was there for work, I couldn't get much done due to horrible internet connection. I asked the reception to do something and then it worked for few hours. Even though you can connect, it disconnects after an hour or so. This problem happened both on my phone and laptop... so it's not me, it's them !
