Loved everything overall. No complaints anywhere. Extremely warm and wonderful staff. Beautiful property. Would love to come back again.

This is a nice hotel with lovely grounds but the rooms are in need of some refurbishment, particularly in the shower areas. Excellent breakfast with a large choice of tropical fruits and dishes. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

We spent a really nice time at Savoy. Food was delicious in every restaurant, staff were really friendly (except a few people of Savoy restaurant) and the ocean was awesome. Pool needs more cleanless and renovate the bridge.

I recently stayed at Savoy Seychelles and was blown away by the exceptional service! Abdul at the reception desk was absolutely fantastic - his warm hospitality and kindness made us feel right at home. The hotel's cleanliness was also great, exceeding our expectations.

Overall, our stay at the Savoy was enjoyable, but there are a few areas where improvements could make a significant difference. While the hotel is rated 5 stars, it felt quite small and lacked on-site activities or amenities. The food within the resort was also very expensive, though fortunately there are some great options nearby. We highly recommend The Boathouse Buffet by the beach, an absolute gem with great food and staff. One of the initial challenges we faced with the hotel was communication. We had difficulty reaching the hotel prior to our arrival, with multiple calls and emails going unanswered. Thankfully, we finally got through via phone the day before check in and resolved the issue. We also appreciated the manager personally meeting with us to ensure everything was in order. However, we did have an unfortunate experience at reception. After returning from a great day out, I briefly placed my bag on an unused tour desk while searching for our room key. Especially as I had my young son with and was trying to multitask. A staff member came over, who then appeared to be using the desk, gave me a very uncomfortable and dismissive look. Despite my polite apology and explanation that it would just be a moment, she continued to glare and made no effort to respond courteously. I tried again to apologise and expressed I would only be a moment, but her tone remained unfriendly. What made this even more disappointing is that she was later identified as Aliya, the head of guest relations, someone you’d expect to embody the highest standards of hospitality and make guests feel welcome. I sincerely hope no other guest is made to feel that way. Overall, while the hotel has its positives, especially the location and some helpful staff members. A few thoughtful changes could elevate the experience with clearer guest communication, more family friendly amenities like a kids pool, and a more refined breakfast offering would help it better. There was also some construction work going on over at the spa, which meant that you could not use the outdoor pool. Based on these points alone, and after staying in many hotels across many destinations I cannot consider this to be a 5 star resort.
