I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile. The room I stayed in was so comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job every day, leaving the room spotless and fresh. The food was very tasty, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay!

From the moment of being met at Male airport to leaving the resort everything about our holiday and this resort has been absolutely wonderful. The Maldivian people are the nicest people I’ve met anywhere in the world, nothing is too much trouble for them and they help you willingly, not for tips. I have mobility problems and from the minute I got off the seaplane and they saw my walking stick they did everything to assist me. Our butler Neesha, was wonderful. He took us to our beach villa, showed us everything, downloaded the app, advised us about booking restaurants, trips, activities and told me to what’s app him when I needed to be taken anywhere in a buggy. Villa: we had a deluxe beach villa with pool and it was perfect. The bed was fabulous, the bathroom had everything you’d need. The pool was the perfect size and much needed when the heat and humidity got too much. The large round covered sun bed was perfect for chilling and reading. You have your own sun beds on the beach and the beach was perfect. It was my first time being in the Maldives and I have to say the Indian ocean is the nicest ocean I’ve ever swam in. Regularly we saw baby black tip sharks swimming alongside the shore and lots of different fish swimming near the reef. Food/drink: we ate at every restaurant and really can’t pick a favourite. Everyone of them served glorious food, even the buffet had amazing dishes. The staff, apart from being super helpful, took time to remember our names, and would greet us around the resort. We loved going to Reflections for lunch, food was amazing and it was nice to sit around the adult only pool. Islanders Grill was another hit, my husband loved the coconut fish soup and mentioned he’d love the recipe. No sooner had he said that, they brought the chef out and he happily talked him through how to make it and even sent it over to Trio (the Italian) so he could have it as a starter when we ate there. Trio’s food was lovely and sitting out over the ocean was a lovely setting. Flavours (French) was lovely food too and Taste of India and Bamboo were both superb, we couldn’t separate the two, they were both really good. Service: we couldn’t fault it. If any of the guys driving the buggies saw me walking somewhere they always stopped to check if I needed a lift anywhere. If you needed anything, extra ice, towels, etc, one call to reception and it was there in minutes. They fog the island every evening for mosquitoes and there is also a plug in device in your room, with oil to top it up. We went all inclusive, and the mini bar is topped up everyday and plenty of water left in your room. Overall: this has been the nicest holiday destination I’ve visited. The Maldives have truly captured my heart. The resort was everything I hoped for and more. Sun Siyam are a wonderful company. They know what to do to make your stay perfect. The staff are all delightful and I can’t wait to come back. You will not be disappointed if you book and stay here. My friend stayed at another Sun Siyam resort a month before - Oluveli- and she said the same thing, service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great time in the resort, it is all so beautiful and very good services. You can walk barefoot even in the restaurants, which is so relaxing and natural. I enjoyed the fact, that although the resort was full, i did not feel it crowded, there was always a place to be peaceful. I recommend the villas with a pool outside. The restaurants are good, especially the Asian and Indian ones and also the main one, Iru. The Italian restaurant I would say is not their best and also the Islander is very good for meat, not so good on seafood. They take very good care of the tourists, we had a small accident with our son and dr Ram, was great, careful and well prepared. Also the access to hospital is 30min away by boat and all is ok, clean and good doctors.

This was the forth time coming to Sun Siyam Iru Fushi and the services are amazing. The staff is extremely thoughtful. Our butler Shaniu made sure that our experience was amazing once again , helping us make all of our wishes come true. Every time we came he helped us with whatever we needed and even when we didn’t mention exactly what we needed he took care of everything. For example, one of us got sunburned and didn’t feel well, Shaniu went to doctor got him a lotion and some juices to hydrate, all of this without having to ask him. Or on Sunday when we celebrated Easter he made sure that we had red eggs as it is the tradition in our culture and also made us a Easter model in front of the room, which made us feel special once again. Another employee that impressed us with its professionalism was Khalil , from the bell boy team , he welcomed us warmly every year and when he saw us on the island he came imediately with a buggy to take us where we needed to be. These are the kind of people that made us return and that made us feel special. Another thing we appreciated is that the management and the staff came to welcome us “home” , because as I mentioned it was the fourth time returning to this island and prepared for us some special things, details that truly make a difference. So , if you are planing a trip to Maldives I reccomend choosing Sun Siyam IRU Fushi.
