This was our second stay as a family of 4. The rooms are big and the location can’t be beat. The staff is amazing and the restaurant is delicious. The views are spectacular. Unless you are renting a house on the beach for a small fortune, this is the second best option. Is it expensive? I guess it depends on timing and availability. The first time we stayed here it was twice as much as the second time. If you want to be in Malibu, this is it.

Room and location lovely. Very expensive and not good value for money in our opinion. Had room for three and two mugs and two tea bags. When asked for more they tried to charge us $17 !! Food great but expensive and room too much money for what you get. Was expecting this to be the treat on our break and left feeling disappointed

We stayed here without regret and the views are spectacular, beach is so clean and beach sands are very fine. The hotel is very luxurious and it’s worth the penny to spend a trip here, it might be a little expensive but it’s very worth it.

This definitely isn't a luxury resort, but it's got a great location right on the beach in Malibu near some great restaurants. We really enjoyed walking on the beach and looking at the beautiful beach homes. They have a lovely restaurant/bar that sits out over the beach with great ocean views. We had a room that was supposed to be ocean view and it was, but it was also road view. We sat out over the busy road and the traffic was really loud. You may want to splurge for ocean front to avoid the traffic. Beautiful sunset in the morning. Nice fireplace in the room and they will set up beach chairs on the beach for you.
