Malibu Beach Inn

Finally stayed here and WOW – totally lived up to the hype! I always heard amazing things about Malibu Beach Inn and decided to spend a weekend there before heading to LA. It exceeded our expectations and was exactly what I needed after freezing all winter in nyc! This place is gorgeous , modern, luxurious, and right on the ocean. But what really made our stay special was the people. Everyone we met was so helpful, kind, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care. The little touches everywhere really impressed us. Custom ear plugs, fresh homemade cookies (so good!), and all the bathroom amenities were spot-on. It’s clear this hotel just gets what guests want. Breakfast and meals right on the water with that view? Literally so dreamy . The staff went out of their way for us – they even sent me fresh cookies ( highly recommend you try) after they ran out in the front. Concierge also helped us make our restaurant reservations without us having to ask. If you’re into boutique hotels with character and incredible service, this is it. I’ve recommended it to all my friends coming to the west coast and We’re already talking about when we can come back!

I was upgraded upon arrival and welcomed with a personalized note, a bottle of wine, and snacks in my room—an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Throughout my stay, the service stood out. The restaurant staff were warm and attentive, the food was excellent, and the front desk team was consistently helpful and kind. I also had packages shipped to the hotel, which were delivered directly to my room with prompt text notifications. It’s these small, thoughtful touches and the genuinely caring staff that set this hotel apart. A beautiful property with exceptional hospitality.

Outstanding location right on the beach. Loved the sound of the crashing waves. Beautiful room, modern and well maintained. Crisp clean linen and super comfortable bed. Such great service, friendly and professional, from every staff member I interacted with. Excellent stay in every way.
