We stayed for 2 nights and had a most enjoyable stay. We drove here and when we arrived I ran into the hotel leaving the car on the pavement outside as we couldn't find the parking. The gentleman on the reception desk offered valet parking immediately which we were grateful for. The hotel is well placed for everything in Granada. Walking distance into the centre with its array of tapas bars and a short taxi ride to the Alhambra which the hotel organised for us. They also organised tickets for a Flamenco show and a taxi for us. We found all staff, with the exception of one, to be extremely helpful and professional. We ate in the restaurant on our first evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We had the ceviche to start (portion size is more than adequate to share) which was delicious and would highly recommend. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is breathtaking. Near restaurants and historic sites. Special thanks to Javi for all the assistance. Spa was amazing! Please add Netflix option. Loved the Carmella restaurants nearby. Javi found us excellent gluten free options.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, the room was beautiful in the old palace and had everything we needed. I had a spa and facial which was a great pampering session. Breakfast in the restaurant was buffet style but you could also ask for dishes to be cooked for you, really good food. We also had an evening meal in the restaurant, I would highly recommend. The location is also good for sightseeing. 10/10. The staff were helpful and friendly. I wanted to say a big thank you to Alba on reception who helped us with a problem with our flights. If Hospes hotels run an employee of the month Alba should definitely win for all of the support she gave us .

First of all we arrived with our luggage. No one at the door to help us carry our bags up a flight of stairs. As it turns out there is no front door person. Room was large, bed comfy but the configuration was strange as the bathroom was part of the entrance to the room. Turn down service consisted on only turning down bed - no towel check. This is NOT a 5 star hotel - more like a 3 star. Breakfast was very fair and staff NOT friendly. Very disappointed !

Beautiful hotel in the middle of a residential area in Granada. We upgraded on room to a junior suite which was lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was a great selection for breakfast as well as freshly cooked eggs to order. We enjoyed a few Aperol Spritz cocktails late in the evening after being out for the evening and they were exceptionally good.
