Terrible experience
During my stay, I wasted more than an hour waiting for a heater failure and almost missed my flight because of a delayed check-out due to racist staff!! Asian people are not recommended to stay

Wonderfull location!
Great hotel in Port Soller with great view on the harbour, mountains or sea. Great friendly service and very clean. The restaurants are ok. Breakfast is great.

Perfect location for a romantic or friendly getaway
This place offers immaculate service & incredible views of the ocean, whilst sitting in the outdoors restaurant. I highly recommend going here even if everything on the menu is severely overpriced. If you come here, do it for the environment and not for anything else. Hotel also displays cool art from famous or up and coming artists - I love that!

I would like to thank all the staff at Jumeirah port de Sóller for the best stay we have ever had..from the moment you walk in through the doors you are greeted and taken care for until you leave…everything in the hotel was just perfect and faultless.. We can’t wait to return!

Stunning location, sitting 100 feet off the ocean floor, on the cliff, views from every part of the hotel, large spacious rooms, and bathrooms. Lounge, bars, restaurants all located on the edge of the ocean.
