Hosted our wedding here at Park Royal Marina Bay and it was the best decision ever! Ballroom was beautiful, the experience was one of a kind and the people we interacted with were extremely efficient and understanding. We stayed 2 nights at the lifestyle suite and also early check in during our wedding day which facilitated things so much better. Special shout out to Christine, our wedding coordinator, Jayden & Howard, our banquet managers and Rachel, who aided us so much during our stay! One of a kind experience, and memories made for a lifetime.

My mother and I arrived tired and ready to crash after a long flight from London. I wasn’t sure if we would be able to check in as check in time was specified as 3pm and we arrived early in the morning. The check in procedure was simple and easy and we were checked into an available room. Unfortunately it had a king size bed but we were told that we could change to a room with two beds the next day. This change was seamless with the staff taking care of the move and all we had to do was get our key cards updated. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed but my one negative is that both of our rooms had adjoining doors with the neighboring rooms and the soundproofing isn’t that great so we were able to hear the occupants in the next room coughing and moving around. The staff are all attentive and helpful and the concierge went above and beyond to help us locate something a family member asked for. The breakfast buffet is extensive. We also enjoyed the restaurant buffet and it had lots of different choices available. The ambience of the hotel is one of peace and calm and the birds just add to a wonderful experience. I loved the stay and would come back another time!

Very nice ambience though children pool is very dark at night. While adult pool is really nice at night. Thumbs up for the clean room and minimalist hotel lobby. The kids loved playing inside the children’s room which is full of toys. Staff are very patient and courtest.👍😘

We had two wonderful nights here. Everything was fine from check-in. The room here is spacious with a king-sized bed and soft pillows. There is a free coffee and tea maker and are refilled daily. the bathroom is very clean. The breakfast here is quite good. The staff here are all very friendly. Nabi housekeeper she is very kind and friendly. she is willing to listen and accommodate your wishes whenever we are extremely grateful. thank you and we will definitely come back again
