We stayed here for 4 nights rounding off our Austalia trip, and it was just a perfect end to our holiday. We were warmly welcomed at check in with a friendly and courteous smile, and this was how all the staff addressed us throughout our stay. Our room, 1325, was very roomy and comfortable and looked out to the Fountain of Wealth. The housekeeping staff looked after our room to a very high standard and went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We loved the design of the hotel, especially the indoor gardens in the reception area and even the little birds singing! We used the peppermint restaurant and Portmans bar, and the service and food were excellent in both. We also enjoyed using the pool and surrounding area, especially in the evening when it appeared to be lit up with stars.We look forward to returning to Singapore and this lovely hotel. A huge thankyou to all staff for making this such a happy and memorable stay.

The Parkroyal Marina Bay Singapore is in an excellent location close to shopping, restaurants, and a great location to view the Marina Bay area. It is a short taxi ride to the Gardens By The Bay. We stayed two nights and wish we had a few more. The hotel is lovely and the room spacious. The hotel staff was lovely, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. We had the included breakfast which had delicious local and western food.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. I managed to get lost in the shopping mall trying to find my way to the hotel, reception staff were so helpful when we finally arrived. Very relaxing atmosphere and surroundings. Would highly recommend.

Went to Peppermint restaurant on mother day. Aida was very attentive to our table and always bring a smile whenever she approached us. The Korean food night was great. The ginseng chicken soup is super power! Thank you Aida for making our dinner memorable.

We enjoyed the club level at this hotel greatly. The service was extraordinary, and especially a young lady named Lannee who always made us most welcome and anticipated our every need. I highly recommend staying here, and appreciate all the wonderful service Lannee provided.
