Our stay at this hotel was the best hotel experience we’ve had ever. The Club lounge really made the stay! We were regularly served by Yarik Gnatenko whose service was second to none. He greeted us by our names and made sure he attended to our needs with humour and dedication. We will be back.

We stayed at the Park Royal for 3 nights in a club room. The experience could not have been better. The hotel is spectacular, the rooms are immaculate and the facilities are incredible. We enjoyed breakfast and evening cocktails in the club lounge every day and were regularly looked after by Yarik Gnatenko who was extremely professional and courteous. While Yarik gets a personal mention, all the staff were exemplary. I could not recommend this hotel more highly.

If its possible to improve this hotel, have no idea to do it. The rooms are huge and modern. The pool is massive and alongside a great bar. Restaurants are second to none. The architecture and staff defy all expectations. My favorite staff member was Yarik who went out of his way to help me, including making cocktails that were unknown to him. He was so incredibly nice and, in a perfect world would be working for my company in Australia. I cannot sing his praises moreso. I'll definitely return.

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Close to everything and amazing facilities and staff. You must try out the massive pool, particularly at night when it's illuminated by hundreds of lights. A huge call out to Yarik Gnatenko who was an amazing Services Executive and thoroughly knowledgeable about all that is in Singapore.

This is a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities and excellent restaurants. We loved the location, perfect for the Marina Bay area including a short walk to the flyer and the art science museum. We had interleading rooms. Our only criticism is that the hotel markets itself as a family destination (we got a discounted family price) but has no restaurants that are child friendly. We resorted to eating with the children in the room which was a pity. It seems a bit shortsighted to not provide a relaxed family dining option. The hotel is linked to a large mall though so there are alternatives available.
