We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, with its own terrace overlooking the gardens and the bay. An absolutely superb experience. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The place is extremely peaceful and quiet, and a great starting point for exploring the Queen Charlotte trail on foot.

Absolutely an amazing place with outstanding service! The views are spectacular, the "taxi" arrangement flawless; the staff beyond friendly and a special thanks to the kitchen as they prepared some incredible dishes around our dietary restrictions.

An absolutely delightful experience, Bay of Many Coves combined superb cuisine with friendly and professional staff, in a wonderfully secluded and relaxing environment. We felt welcomed and informed and advised about activities, but not pressured to participate. The accommodation and the service were outstanding, and we would love to return, although it’s a long way to come!

From the early stages of booking this stay through to our three day holiday at this wonderful Lodge we could not help but be impressed with the high standard and calibre of the staff. The Lodge is located in a beautiful pristine part of the world and it is indeed a privilege to be able to stay and enjoy such natural picturesque surroundings. The food at the Lodge was superb and our accommodation was very comfortable and catered to every need. Would love to return one day and highly recommend anyone contemplating a visit to book asap.

Firstly, we messed up our booking and arrived on the wrong night. The hotel was great and managed to accommodate us early. Secondly the location and accommodation is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are stunning. However, there are a few less brilliant things. The service was at times a bit poor. When we arrived early (and I do appreciate they’d done us a favour) the chef wouldn’t even prepare us a plate of cheese and some bread. We were told firmly that they could offer us nothing at all. The staff were often not available during the day. Although it said they were showing people around that didn’t appear to be the case as nobody had arrived (you can see guests arriving by boat/helicopter) and they could be seen sitting and chatting. We ordered food and had to repeatedly ask for it as the orders didn’t get put through. The pool was full of leaves for the duration of our stay. We asked for swimming towels but none came. Sadly the food at dinner was not as good as you might expect. For example the vegetarian main was just a piece of aubergine in batter - disappointing. At breakfast, sausages weren’t available. The trouble with all of this is that none of these things particularly matter but overall it feels a bit like the service lets down the spectacular setting.
