Bellissima esperienza
The hotel is in an excellent location: all the main sights of Marrakech can be reached on foot. The property is beautiful, meticulously maintained, elegant, and spotless, both in the common areas and in the rooms. A special mention goes to the extraordinary kindness of all the staff—from the waiters at the in-house restaurant (where the food is excellent), to the reception team, and the housekeeping staff. Everyone is always smiling, helpful, and professional. The hotel also has a wonderful spa, with the option to choose from many different types of massages; compliments and thanks in particular to Ilham for her warm welcome and helpfulness at the spa, and to Chadia for the treatments. Highly recommend this hotel

Oasis in the middle of Marrakech
We just left the hotel after 3 nights and I really wish we stayed longer! We booked last minute after staying in a riad in Fez which was cold and uncomfortable, given the recent rainy weather in Morocco. So we pivoted, cancelled our riad in Marrakech and booked Le Naoura instead. It was absolutely the right move. We received the warmest welcome and were enveloped in 5 star luxury for 3 days. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff, delicious and plentiful breakfasts, very good dinner at the main restaurant. We booked a double room and a junior suite for our family of 5. The rooms are super stylish and spacious. We were welcomed with biscuits, chocolates and fresh flowers in our rooms. Special thank you to the concierge who booked an excellent private walking tour of Marrakech for us and helped with other questions. I cannot say enough great things and will recommend this wonderful hotel to our family and friends.
