Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing place, amazing facilities, amazingly kids friendly, ... amazing holidays!!! We were welcomed by the staff that is so smiley and nice, always helpful, the food is great, the breakfast is delicious, .. we will come back for sure each time!!!

OUR ROOMS WERE ROBBED BY THE CLEANING STAFF! My family and I are staying at the Barriere Le Naoura hotel for two nights this week (Dec 27-29th, 2023). We are a group of 14 people and have multiple suites at the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant tonight and were surprised that our food took one hour and a half to be delivered to our table (which we complained repeatedly about). When we returned to our rooms, each of my four children noticed that several hundred dollars were missing from envelopes they each had received as Christmas presents (from their grandparents, who are also staying at the hotel with us). We know that the robbery happened while we were at dinner, because two of my boys had checked that the full cash amounts were in the envelopes before heading out to dinner. We also suspect that the restaurant staff delayed our food delivery in order to give the cleaning staff more time to go through our rooms and belongings. We needed to involve the police and will involve the Embassy if the matter does not get resolved promptly. Staying at this hotel was a big mistake and a horrible experience. Would strongly recommend staying anywhere else if you come to Marrakesh!

I recently had an absolutely incredible experience stying at the fabulous La Naoura Hotel in Marrakech. The accommodation and Ryads encircle the beautiful gardens and pool. From the minute you enter this oasis of luxury, calm and tranquility you are great by smiling faces. The team are friendly helpful and passionate about service and making your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The hotel is in a perfect location within walking distance of the Medina, with its hustle and bustle. The hotel rooms are beautiful designed with balconies overlooking the pool area. The Ryads are the height of luxury some up to 6 bedrooms. The facilities are amazing, a fabulous Spa, Hamam and Gym to relax in. The restaurants and bar offer a wide selection of the most exquisite Moroccan and international dishes. The hotel is under the watchful eye of the most professional management team headed by Mr Rachid Assoudi and always on hand to help, Hicham the Rooms Division Manager. Cannot wait to return.

Beautiful hotel very close to the Medina. Location is exceptionally handy and the staff are friendly. Room was beautiful overlooking the pool. Spa is decent. Gym is a real low point. Looks like an old apartment building had some donated equipment left over and put it in a couple of maintenace closets for people to use. Keep in mind the bar area has a deep stench of tobacco; if that is an issue. Parking seems to be included. Just a bit disappointed on price point vs value with so many hotels in the area.

Nice swimming pool.we could see that this hotel used to be excellent, unfortunately the accommodation and the service has lost a lot of its quality. Not a true familyhotel and the spa personal is unfriendly. Breakfast a little poor. They should do much better!
