We spent a short 4night stay here at Eden andalou hotel. It's an attractive Hotel situated on the outskirts of Marrakesh, where the surrounding gardens are handsome and landscape is well kept and maintained daily. The Hotel itself has a clean tidy outlook inside and out. The canteen and food was varied daily and good quality, it reflected local authentic cuisine and hall was kept clean and smart at all times. The staff were friendly and approachable. I would recommend for family trips in summer where kids can play in the attacjrd water park, while the adults relax in the pool and spa. Hotel bus is free and transports to central marrakesh on a timetable. Enjoy!

Recent visit was spoiled by Customer Relations people. We were advised before our visit that if we contact the hotel beforehand they can arrange airport/hotel/airport transfers at 150MAD (about 12GBP) per couple each way. I sent email to hotel via their website form. Having got no response after a few days I searched their email address and sent normal email. Still no response so went onto their website again and again filled out my request. No response yet again so sent another standard email. Having got no response whatsoever we just arrived and took standard taxi from official controlled taxi rank and were ripped off to tune of 300MAD instead of 150. On mentioning this to a couple of people in Customer Relations they were not really concerned. One person said their website was controlled by an outside company so they could not be held responsible for not receiving my website requests. When I showed him the 2 emails sent from my phone he said I had the wrong address as I had sent to instead of I had to accept that at the time but on coming back to UK I noticed the email address on both their invoice and their sheet of notepad where they wrote down a departed guests email address for us (not sure I would be happy for them to give out address without my permission) is - So I was emailing correctly both time and was ignored. I am told if you email the manager will personally answer you. WHAT A PITY AS REST OF HOTEL WAS BRILLIANT. BRIAN

Before leaving the UK I read the reviews of the resort and admit I arrived with ideas as to what I would find here.... Well, I couldn't have been more wrong, the whole resort is awesome.... Here goes with my review which I am typing whilst sitting on my sunbed beside the swimming pool Reception, when we arrived we were treated with a warm and friendly atmosphere and greeting from the reception staff and were served mint tea and biscuits whilst we checked in. The whole check in process took only minutes, our cases were taken to our room and although we were early we too could check into our room. As we had arrived for lunchtime, our all-inclusive bands were on and we could partake of the lunch service. Food.... The dining area is light and airy with nicely set tables, glassware and cutlery, the waiting staff assisted with finding a table and were friendly and courteous at all times. The buffet lunch was varied and plentiful with salad, pasta, hot dishes and selection of breads, this allows even the most difficult of guests to be catered for, there is a large selection of delicious fancy cakes for dessert kept chilled for an amazing taste, the drinks selection of alcoholic and soft drinks arrived at the table with the drinks waiting staff and our glasses were always filled without issue. Plates and cutlery are promptly cleared and the dining area is kept clean and swept throughout service. This was an ongoing pattern throughout our stay, there was always managers to speak with and they should be extremely proud of their whole dining and bar team. Bar... Again polite and friendly staff, we had no issues with queues, they were efficient and helpful throughout our stay, drinks selection is good and there is evening entertainment in the bar area should you want to partake. Rooms... Our room was spacious with two large single beds and two sofa beds, plenty of clean linen, towels and spare blankets and pillows if needed. There was a safe and a mini bar for your use and TV. The bathroom had two basins, bath, separate shower cubicle, shower over bath and most useful a separate wc. Toiletries were plentiful and replenished on a daily basis as we're towels. There was a balcony with seating which overlooked the gardens. The housekeeping team worked tirelessly, the rooms were cleaned daily, beds made, towels replaced, our room was spotlessly cleaned, the public areas again were cleaned daily and kept to an excellent standard. The animation team were energetic and enthusiastic but also left you quietly if you didn't want to join in their programme. The maintenance team were always busy decorating and mending anything required, and the gardening team maintained the grounds to an excellent standard. Facilities... There is a large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and a smaller pool, both clean and kept to a high standard. All empty glasses and rubbish is promptly removed. There is music playing, but it's at a quiet level and not disruptive to your resting. We didn't use the towel drop, the aqua park next door is fun and open on a daily basis with free use for hotel guests, these facilities are just as high standard as the rest of the resort. Shuttle bus.... There are numerous times available to go and return from Marrakech city, you need to book your time slots the day before. The bus driver was on time, knowledgeable and helpful with prams etc.... We had an enjoyable trip and returned to the resort on time as promised. We didn't book any excursions, so cannot comment about these. Staff... Nadia, guest relations lady is a star.. Always there making sure that you have all you need, if I could give her six stars I would!!! 🌟 From the General Manager downwards every single member of staff was helpful, polite and willing to assist us, this made for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday and we say thank you to each and every one of you. Mr Abderazaak, GM, you have awesome staff and the best team ever!!! So, I will now return to my sunbathing and enjoy the rest of my holiday, knowing that we will return again here very soon

- The hotel has rooms for six people but in the hotel website and all other booking webs the maximum capacity per room is 5 guests. You have to reserve for 5 guests then at hotel you have to pay 60 CAD for the 6th person per night. - Room was clean and well furnished. King bed and 2 bunk beds. - There are 3 swimming pools. Very clean water. - Aqua park connected to the hotel and included in the rate per night. opens from 11-13h then 14-16h. - Indoor swimming pool is not free because its part of the SPA. - There is a shuttle to Alfanaa Mosque square depart every hour (try not to eat or drink out side the hotel). - The staff is more than excellent. Very nice and helpful. - The hotel is clean and luxury in general. there is enough space (big garden) for walking and relaxation. - The food is very tasty and there is good variety. Every one will enjoy the food. Breakfast from 7-10:30. Lunch 12:30-14:30. Dinner 19-22:30. - There are 2 snacks after breakfast and before dinner. - Unlimited beverages until 11 pm. Summary Its wonderful place for family with children (try to be there during sunny days, so you can enjoy the aqua park).

Fabulous 5 star resort. Only wish I had booked for a week rather than a long weekend. Hotel is away from any hustle or bustle. Prefect for couples or families. Plenty to do if you wish. Rooms are spacious. Love having a suite. Nice size lounge/ sitting area; Comfortable beds with douvets and extra woollen blankets which thanks to the gorgeous weather were not needed. Bathroom is spacious with bath and shower. His and her's sinks. I mean there is nothing in the accommodation I can fault. The service in restaurants and bars impeccable. Guest service always available and on hand. Heated pool smaller than the huge un heated pool but again suits all swimmers. Last day meal was lunch as explained when booking. There seems to be some misunderstanding as I read in previous reviews regarding All Inclusive. All inclusive drinks are still available but the restaurant offers breakfast and lunch on departure day. You do get evening meal if on day of arrival you missed it. There is always snacks available. For the price I was really really content. Thank you to all the staff that made us so welcome
