Just back from a great time at this hotel with 4 of my friends, we stayed from sunday to late Thursday and had a great time. Perhaps on our first arrival being a bit snobbish we named it a Moroccan Pontins but i can honestly say we were proved wrong this was due to some of the people if you get my drift!!!! Our rooms were large comfortable clean with towels changed every day. The food was fine lunch perhaps being a little better with the bbq on everyday offering delicious chicken fish and spicy sausages. I agree with other guests for the money which was so cheap you cannot fault this hotel with all staff being very pleasant especially the guys in the pool bar who were very pleasant and helpful and good fun. The entertainment team work very hard to get guests to join in although we were happy to watch. We mostly stayed in the hotel apart from using the shuttle bus to the Medina and a taxi to the Bo Zin restaurant about 10 mins away which i would thoroughly recommend great food music and a relaxed atmosphere. We are five 50 something women who would definitely return to this hotel.

I stayed with my niece at this hotel for a week. It’s a beautiful country with amazing people. The staff are so professional and helpful especially James on the bar nothing was to much trouble for him. Our suite was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available. The food was plentiful and good quality with loads to choose from. 2 great pools and a water park that guest use for free. A very safe place to stay. The lady that checked us in was amazing I just can’t remember her name. I will be returning to this hotel for sure. Everything about this hotel was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. The extra little touches such as rose petals in my cocktail and patterns on our beds all added to an already perfect holiday.

Not 5*, if you like the program Benidorm then you will like it here, with music blaring out all day, there's nowhere to sit quietly and read or chat. The food terrible, most people pile up their plates up with pasta, tomato sauce and cheese on top, but that is what they enjoy! As you go down the corridors in my block, you are bumping into men painting and decorating. As this is all inclusive I don't know why we all have to wear wristbands, I feel like I am in some kind of institution! Once you come into the resort you stay here, you can't go outside it for a walk as there is nothing around and the security is so high on the gates i'm not sure if they would let you back in lol. The hotel supplies a bus to go into Marrakech town, but quite honestly it isn't all that. Yes, you do get the experience to walk through the Sauks, and we did find a nice restaurant called Nomad. Top Tip, when you get off the bus just keep walking and don't get involved with any tour guides, be very careful. Would not recommend this hotel I do not fell as though I have had a relaxing holiday.

My husband and I spent a short break here last week. I can't understand the people who have given a bad review for this hotel! We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they did appreciate if you at least try to greet them in their language! The hotel itself was very nice, our room was spacious and all facilities were working. The food is plentiful and varied so how people are complaining is beyond me! The animation team are lovely and work so hard to involve everyone. We are in our 60's so don't usually go for this type of holiday, but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. It may not be 5 star, but you are not paying 5 star prices either, so for what you pay it is very good value! Our only gripe was with the weather, it rained a lot during our stay, but that is no-one's fault!!

We had a great weeks holiday here and are mystified by the negative reviews some people have posted here. Some people just seem to have listed any tiny little fault they can think of. Just bear in mind before you book, this is never going to be 5 star Indian Ocean style for the price charged! Go with an open mind, relax, have fun and smile and be polite to your hosts....it'll go a long way. For us, the hotel was just a bit too remote. You definitely do need to use the free bus in to town as there is nothing to do outside the hotel.
