They can surely do better
Common areas are very clean. Breakfast is good. Service is below par. You have to ask for things again and again.Our room Executive Suite had a lot of ants. The room is poorly designed as no partition between the sitting area and bedroom. We asked for a quiet room but was given a room next to the casino where they had loud music at night. We reached after a long drive and when I started making tea there was no creamer. When I asked for one they said it will be $5. Imagine paying that for a thing which costs couple of cents. When I tried to tell management about this they gave various excuses and said no one has ever complained . Guess I am the odd man out????

We had a wonderful day by the pool at Es Saadi Marrakech! Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the food , the service, and the relaxing vibe. A special thank you to Karim, who took such great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciate it and hope to come back soon! 🌞💦🌴

Incredible Facilites and Service
We booked a day pass for the last day of our holiday for a relax. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was incredible. There are two pools one heated and one not but warm enough from the sun. We had a 3 course meal included in the price. All three amazing and dessert was served to use later on at the sun loungers. Our server Karim and his team were perfect in every way. ( nice smart uniform).

We had a wonderful time at Es Saadi. Very beautiful hotel, clean, with excellent service. The food and service at La Cour des Lions was superb. Special thanks to Rabi for being very courteous and kind all the time. Thank you to all staff at spa, front desk , pool, room service, and restaurants and the musicians for making our stay the most enjoyable and memorable!
