Reviews for Es Saadi Marrakech Resort - Palace

Great vacation 🙂

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Food was good and there were gluten free and diary free options in all the restaurants. We liked Moroccan restaurant and Achraf, who is very kind and friendly. The garden and the pool are great, although we didn’t have enough time to stay there. All the staff were very friendly.

Amazing place, walking distance to medina

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Very good hotel walking distance to the city centre, medina. The room is spacious and chic. Toiletteries, hairdryer, safe, balcony with beds to sunbath on. WiFi signal is very good. Staff is attentive and friendly. Spa is very good and free of charge if you stay in palace. Massage (extra charge) was amazing. If you stay in palace you can go to casino without entry fee. We also had a tour organised through the conciërge to the desert, which was amazing. Breakfast was very good, lunch is extra charge and is very good quality and taste. Dinner was only possible not before 19:15, due to Ramadan, which is not very handy when you have small kids. There are multiple pools. One pool was heated to 27 degrees, another 2 are cold. There is a play ground for kids and 2 little turtles on the territory of the hotel. Also little kids club but not much entertainment there. All in all amazing stay in this palace.

Definitely worth a visit

Just returned from a beautiful few days staying in a Ksar. We had an excellent stay, loved the private rooftop terrace on the Ksar. Swimming pools, spa resturants all spotless, very inviting, with amazing service. The location is great for exploring, a lovely walk to & from the market. This is one of the few resorts I would like to return to, I always think the world is too exciting to go back to a place - but this is the exception to the rule!!

Unsurpassed luxury

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

This is our second stay at an Es Saadi villa. Having stayed in a variety of beautiful hotels over the past 6 years, this was our sixth visit to Marrakech and we returned happily to Es Saadi - this time to "1001 Nights". The location is perfect, an easy walk into the centre of the city. The gardens are beautiful and the service excellent (lovely to see so many of the same staff this year as last year... always a good sign). But the villa... wow. You don't just get a small plunge pool, which is the new luxury hotel trend. You get an actual pool, beautifully heated, that you can do laps in. And you don't just get a courtyard, or a terrace, or a few pot plants... you get a beautiful private garden. With space to do a private yoga class of you want (we did!) under the canopy of well-established trees... to the sound of birdsong. Extraordinary. Words cannot do justice to the beauty or majesty of the interior... a covered terrace by the pool, large living room with cathedral ceiling (literally) and two beautiful bedrooms with two gorgeous ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen and a study... wow. Just wow... Thank you Es Saadi for an unforgettable 6 days that absolutely exceeded our wildest dreams. Having travelled globally for the past 35 years and visited a variety of extraordinary hotels and locations, you have rightfully earned your place in our top 5 experiences anywhere in the world. We look forward to our next visit.

Quite amazing hotel.

Stayed for 3 weeks - this was my winter holiday; all about the hotel was quite perfect - the sun shone every single day; the suite and bathroom were very spacious and with the magnificent view towards the Atlas mountains - if anything, perhaps too spacious! The garden and lagoon for the sunbathing too was quite superb - always ample space with many available sunbeds and lunch by the pool, always most excellent; always too enjoyed a pre-dinner drink in the bar, surrounded by the quite amazing architecture. Best of all about the hotel - the staff, all extremely helpful in every way. I think that I have covered enough, but I will say that this was my best holiday for some while and will certainly be returning next February and not for 3 weeks but for 4!
