As Non Hyatt Globalist Programme members this SLH hotel run by Kevin who’s the Director General of the hotel runs a truly amazing place with exquisite rooms, delightful food and outstanding service. They arranged some fabulous evenings out to Ling Ling and La Villa des Oranges (Both a must try) and wonderful tour of the souk too. They came to our rescue when there was an error with our next hotel and accommodated us immediately. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough and have got be one of the top hotels in Marrakech, if not the world. Kevin, Hibat and the whole team, a massive thank you. We look forward to seeing you very soon with our son. (Who we may have to now name Kevin.)

The location is idyllic for rest, with a design inspired by the Alhambra, masterfully executed in spectacular villas and an exceptional team. Both the director and the front office team deserve special mention for their tireless dedication to the well-being of every client. We also highlight the experience in the spa, where the special massage for golfers proved to be highly recommendable. Without a doubt, we plan to return sooner rather than later.

We traveled over two weeks, in Portugal and Morocco - Lisbon, Casablanca, Fes, Marrakech - and nothing compares with this hotel. We were here four nights. We happened to mention that we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. Next thing we know, we are moved to a suite; then flowers; then we find that they have reserved the bar/library as a dining room for two. We dine on lobster raviolis, and a grilled turbot, the like of which we have rarely seen. The chef is God’s gift to the gastric juices. And the rest of the staff? To run a great hotel is a simple thing: anticipate your guests needs, and fill them before you are asked. They get it here. Come to Marrakech and don’t book here? You’re making a big mistake.

Fabulous place , perfect decoration, adorable service . The best place to stay in Marrakech. When you arrive there, you are struck by the sublimity of the place, a copy of the Myrtle Palace of the Alhambra in Granada. Everything is elegant and above all fair. The same goes for the service, fortunately we are far from the too often obsequious service of luxury hotels. Many congratulations again to the whole team.

Far exceeded our expectations! The hotel, a 12th century Moorish palace, was simply amazing and the staff were incredible - super attentive, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. We were very appreciative of the chance to stay in a tower room which was like no other hotel room we had ever seen before and even included a private rooftop day bed which was a great place to chill after a hot summer day. We loved our stay and would recommend this unique place to anyone looking for an incredible hotel experience.
