There is nothing about Riad Kniza that could have been better. A gorgeous space, meticulously designed. Superior service. We decided to forgo a meal on the town one night and opted for dinner on the romantic roof and it was the best meal we had in Morocco. Highly recommended.

We had 3 nights stay at this riad. It was amazing!!!! I wanted to write review sooner but it was so hard to explain how kind they were. At first night, there are small accident that could be much bigger if it weren't for them. We lost our passport and cell phone. We were so panicked, at the same time, was surprised at their quick work. They were super kind, gentle and most well orgernized working group I ever met in Morocco. They speak english very well so I felt very comfortable cause before then, we got a little bit stressed about communication. And the riad itself, it was fabulous!!!!! Nice ornament, pool, a place covered with rubber tree caught my eye. And our room? I can not help falling in love with the room. The owner of this riad showed us the museum yet preparing, he has nice collection so I recommend to visit there if possible. Having breakfast in the rooftop was also good. Riad kniza makes me feel going back to Marrakech again.

Riad Kniza is directly located in the Medina in a quite side road. The Riad is absolutely wonderful. We felt directly at home. The Riad has amazing rooms in different sizes, very nice furniture and cosy atmosphere. The stuff is professional and so nice. They want to fulfill each wish. You have to start your day on the Roof top with a wonderful breakfast and you have to end your day with a delicious dinner on the Roof top. Even room Service has a very high quality. If you come to Marrakesch, Riad Kniza is a MUST. Come to Marrakesch and you will be surprised.

The rooftop breakfast at the Riad Kniza was a highlight of the trip. We were able to order our complimentary breakfast at any hour. We had the family room which was such a palace with comfy beds and very quiet for good sleep. The staff kept fruit in our room and a 3 tiered dish filled with Moroccan cookies. The staff also arranged for a private guide and transfers to our next destination. The owner is very charming and takes a special interest in his guests. Everyone at Riad Kniza went the extra mile to make a stay the BEST. Thank you Riad Kniza. There are several private areas on the balcony but we usually had the rooftop to ourselves.

For our first visit to Marrakech we followed trip advisor reviews and chose this Riad. Prior to arrival, we emailed them for transport from the airport, and they arranged that and outlined that nothing was too. Much trouble to arrange for us to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The short walk from the taxi to the hotel past medina stalls made us wonder what we would find, but only a few metres from all the noisy traders we entered a true oasis. A warm welcome, mint tea and all the help we could possibly want. Our suite was amazing, beautifully decorated, with rose petals everywhere. We had rooftop breakfasts, dinner and a glass of excellent local wine over the three days of our stay. The hotel arranged a driver for a day trip to ourika which was fantastic. The owner is opening a museum of local traditional objects across the road and let us have a preview. His wife will have a shop with carefully chosen items on the ground floor, and we looked at that as well. I chose a beautiful tunic jacket, but did not haggle. My only regret of the whole trip. On departure it felt like saying goodbye to friends.
