This place is absolutely incredible, but it's almost so Western that much of the Moroccan feel is lost. If you're a fan of rose petals in fountains and aggressively luxurious air conditioning, then this might be the place for you.

We began our Moroccan vacation in Marrakech and we were so glad we stayed at this Riad! After 20 hours of travelling, we arrived at the Riad pretty late in the evening. We were immediately greeted with hot mint tea and pastries while they prepared our room. The son of the owner gave us a quick tour of the Riad before showing us to our beautiful suite. The Riad is absolutely beautiful!!! The location of the Riad is perfect for exploring the Medina and the new part of town, as it is located right inside the Medina wall. After walking around in the market with all the hustle and bustle, it was always a pleasure to return to our little oasis. We enjoyed our breakfast on the rooftop every morning, and it was the best way to start the day. All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us with our night train tickets as well as making last minute reservations at popular restaurants. They even sent us a cakefor my boyfriend's birthday (which we didn't mention to them, they must've heard us in passing). That was definitely the cherry on top! We highly recommend staying at this Riad if it is available!! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Marrakech!

We stayed at this Riad for my 30th birthday and it was a dream from start to finish. We were greeted with delicious Moroccan mint tea & biscuits upon check in before being shown to our room. The rooms themselves are spectacular. As it's a traditional Riad the layout is quite open plan so if you're a light sleeper like me bring some earplugs with you if you plan to sleep in late. We dinned at the hotels restaurant on my birthday itself and the hotel staff somehow knew it was my birthday (neither myself or my partner mentioned it to them at any point) and presented me with a birthday cake for desert with candles & a chours of happy birthday! Such a lovely touch. Honestly cannot fault anything in this hotel. You can have breakfast in your room free of charge, in the restaurant or on the rooftop terrace. There are no dinner menus in the restaurant but don't put you off as the dinner is an absolutely bargain. I think we paid something like €50 for a 3 course feast and a bottle of wine. Cannot rate this Riad highly enough, next time we're back in Marrakech we'll be staying in Riad Kniza for sure.

A very unassuming laneway and door but once opened a very beautiful original and welcoming Riad instantly making us feel at home. Wonderful architecture a magnificent pool beautiful nooks and a delightful roof area. We ate in their restaurant and the service and food were very good. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Huge bathroom with lovely products and the best towels ever. Breakfast was a real production all items prepared just before serving. A signature establishment immaculately kept by the original owners.

For our first time in Marrakech, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is extremely helpful, food is fantastic and good wine choices. The spa is a must and rooms are over the top. We will certainly be back!
