Wonderful place to stay! Attention to detail with everything. Staff are amazing. A special mention to Bushra who assisted us a lot in recommendations and booking us dinners.

The most beautiful Riad and close to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. The Riad is absolutely fabulous snd everything you can imagine in a Morrocan experience. Filled with fascinating and beautiful books, pictures snd furniture it is an oasis to relax in and enjoy Rooms are perfect and the breakfast on the roof terrace is very special The staff are what always makes these places so special - here they are fabulous. Be sure to visit the family collection of artefacts in their Museum and private shop across the street (you may have to ask for the owner to show you !) We can’t recommend this stay highly enough - will certainly be back and make recommendations to all our friends.

We just got back from our first trip to Morocco, staying in Marrakesh at Riad Kniza for a few days before going on 3 day/ 2 night tour of Atlas Mountains, Ait Ben Haddou and Merzouga Desert with Discover Morocco Tours also excellent, and then came back to Kniza for our last night. Our stay at Riad Kniza was very comfortable, everyone was so polite and took care of us. The riad has been beautifully restored with many beautiful Moroccan features and antiques. It's conveniently located in the Medina within 10-15 mins walk of good restaurants. The breakfasts at the riad were very good, and the restaurant opposite, Terraces des Arts, by the same owner, was great. The Junior suite on our last night was out of this world! If we come back to Marrakesh again, we'll be sure to stay at Kniza! Thank you everyone for looking after us!

Simply the best. First, the property, which has been in the owner’s family for 200 years, is exquisite. The service wasn’t only the best we had in Morocco, but the best I can recall anywhere in the world. You walk into the riad and you feel like you are family. I arrived with a broken foot and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, even acquiring a tok tok to take us through the medina when I could not hobble along the alleyways. The owner, who is often on premises, is wealth of knowledge about art, history and culture. We spent 4 nights here and when I return to Marrakech it will be for a much longer stay.

The staff were amazing and extremely attentive and respectful, particularly Fatima and Hassan. They were incredibly helpful and Hassan took a great deal of care in the arrangement of our food. Our suite was incredible, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We visited Marrakesh in September and stayed at the Riad Kniza, a recently renovated boutique hotel in the Medina with gorgeous examples of Moroccan architecture. Our two-story suite was furnished with exquisite antiques and beautiful Moroccan rugs. The staff at this family-owned and run establishment was attentive and caring. Our stay was characterized by an attention to detail that made our first visit to Morocco a memorable one and assured a return visit.

The Medina of Marrakesh is possibly the most alive place I have ever been (New York is a quiet garden compared to it). But the Riad Kniza and the great family that regents it is a wonderful oasis of peace, kindness and Moroccan style luxury. Their vocation to service was incredible! Go there, enjoy the red city and relax. I will come back.

Riad Kniza is a truly beautiful place in a fascinating city. The wonderful, personal service is second to none. The best stay we've ever had in Marrakech, and we've been many times. Absolutely first class in every sense.
