It's unbelievable how Fairmont makes everything so clean and smooth in the wild. It's the only place in Masai Mara where you can stand next to a rhino! The whole staff is just amazing. The best part was our driver Jonathan, with more than 25 years of experience. You don't just want to see the animals, but truly experience them. With his patience and humility, he gave us the time to do exactly that. We will ask for him if we get back. Thank you!

Magical is the only word that can accurately describe this hotel and experience. From the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave, you are surrounded by the most incredible people. Wilson was incredible on Safari with our family and we saw all the big five. They go above and beyond to help make sure that everything is perfect. Dining was great. Lots of options and service with Moses was simply the best. Kind, attentive and delightful. Rooms were well appointed but still gave the feeling of nature. We were so sad to leave but so grateful to share our time in a magical place with incredible people. Thank you for the perfect family vacation.

We had the most amazing 3 nights at Fairmont, the whole team, Brian, Wallace, Edison, Valentine and the list goes on. They were attentive, thoughtful and made our whole stay so memorable. There was lots to do between village walks, game drives, hot air balloon, or just kick back and relax. Everything was so well taken care of. Thank you team, cant wait to come back.

Exceptional service! My husband and I stayed for two nights and we were beyond happy. The game drive excursions were outstanding! Beautiful, comfortable and so productive in terms of biodiversity and wildlife viewings. The lodge is gorgeous with great food and amenities to make you feel well cared for, spoiled even! And a special shout out to Moses, Caleb, Edison, and Francis. These staff members are absolute angels who went above and beyond!!! Thank you for all of your hard work, we appreciate you!

We had an amazing 3 night stay at the Fairmont Mara Safari Club in late June. The Fairmont team is so friendly and we loved our vacation. Our driver/guides Peter and Gerard were fantastic. Because of their skills, we saw: lions, elephants, cape buffalo, hippos, a cheetah, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, many antelopes including waterbuck, Coke's hartebeest, bushbuck. On one of our morning drives, we saw a pride of lions feeding on a dead hippo they had taken down the night before. FYI, request a Sundowner on one of your afternoon drives. We enjoyed cocktails and snacks on the savannah, with the beautiful African sunset as our backdrop. Peter, Gerard and Dominick (who we had for one morning drive) were absolutely fantastic. We highly recommend requesting them as your drivers if possible. Make sure you go to the Rhino Conservatory so you can walk with the two rhinos Kofi Anan and Queen Elizabeth. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. Our tent near Hippo Corner on the Mara River had all the amenities of a high-end hotel room (note: extremely comfortable bed and excellent shower). At night we heard the hippos "talking" to each other outside our tent. The food was delicious. Mary in the restaurant took great care of us. She was always gracious and a true professional. Book at the Fairmont - you won't be disappointed!
