Beautiful hotel. Perfect location. The staff were very professional and extremely helpful. We stayed in room 210 with a terrace and amazing view over the sassi. Well worth the cost. Breakfast was more than sufficient with very friendly staff. Our stay included dinner in the restaurant. It was amazing. Fabulous flavours, presentation and service. We had a car and the hotel has a parking lot outside the old town. If you park there, park in the big area to the left of the building where the hotel shuttle picks you up. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely anniversary stay in Matera Sassi. Many thanks to all the staff at Palazzo Gattini for making it such a pleasurable stay. We chose Palazzo Gattini as its where James Bond (Daniel Craig) stayed whilst filming No Time To Die and we weren’t disappointed. Kind regards.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful Matera. We stayed one night at the Palazzo Gattini & should have stayed two nights (lots to experience in Matera/felt we just got a taste). The team was truly lovely and helpful. Our room was exquisite with a terrace overlooking the Sassi. A wonderful hotel within an incredible city.
