Great room for a good price. Coffee, fine dining, wine and beer all nearby. Wonderful alternative to staying downtown, which can cost much more than this hotel. You can easily take the monorail into town if you want. Will stay here again.

Primland exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The service and attention to detail is a close to perfection as one can get. We were only able to stay one night, however left knowing we would return. It is a truly special place.

Visited Primland for the first time in the winter months and had an amazing time! So much fun activities from whiskey/moonshine tasting, stargazing, atv tour, and of course the spa. The staff is incredible, very accommodating, and will do anything to make your experience the best! We had some great meals at Elements, the staff again was very attentive and pleasant. Looking forward to my next visit!

We just returned from a three-night stay over New Years. Incredible to say the least. Food, service, staff.....everything was over the top. We attended the New Years Eve Gala, and it was very well done. Great band, open bar, great food. The staff worked their tails off! The only suggestion I would make to those going to Primland....if you book a room in the Pinnacle Cottages, make sure to get one on the top level. We were on the lower level and could hear footsteps from the folks above us. Thankfully, they weren't too loud, but we could hear them. Other than that, the Dan River Suite within the cottage is spectacular. Wish we could have enjoyed the expansive deck, but it was too cold.....so we turned on the fireplace!! Can't wait to get back and play the golf course, which looks incredibly challenging. Thanks again to the wonderful staff at Primland!! From the doormen to the wait staff, bartenders, room attendants, etc.. You all are great!

We had no idea of what to expect when we pulled next to a lovely log cabin with a friendly gentleman inside. He sent us up a four mile switchback road to the top of a beautiful mountaintop lodge and environs that would be our home for two nights. This place was exquisitely run by the most attentive staff we have ever encountered around the world. Our treetop cottage, The Barn Owl, had gorgeous views out over the Blue Ridge Mountains and was well appointed inside. Our breakfasts and dinners at the Lodge were wonderful. Alex ran a very capable ATV excursion over the 12,000 acre grounds. We've been recommending Primland to all our friends and hope to experience it again soon. Unbelievable resort and experience for our significant birthdays this Fall!
