Great hotel in a great location. Staff always helpful and courteous. Close to everything we needed. Outlets literally outside front door. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne as there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Riverwalk is lovely too.

Great staff everywhere. Nothing is a problem. Big 38 sm, clean and modern rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh juice, delicious congee with condiments and made to order barista coffee. Easy unlimited entry self park $35 per day at DFO. Better than Langham and Crown.

Stayed for 2 nights over the long weekend in March. We purchased our stay through Luxury Escapes, which included Club privileges, late check out and a $25 daily dining credit. Our room was located on the 16th floor, which was neat & tidy and clean. The view was amazing with picturesque views of the city and the Yarra river. The Club lounge is much improved with both the quality of food and the replenishment rate. I do wish the powers to be would utilize the outdoor area with its great views to enjoy evening cocktails. The location is within walking distance to DFO, Casino and the city. The con's on this stay was room service. Both nights we ordered room service - Pizza and Club sandwich and was told it would be 40 mins both times (no problems as we were told). 1 1/2 hours later our food arrived with no explanation or apologies. The food was a least hot and tasty. Apart from this we had a wonderful stay and the staff helped make this possible

Great two night stay. Check in staff were polite and friendly. Upgraded room due to Platinum Discovery membership was appreciated. Room comfortable, clean and well laid out. Pacific Club service was great, staff friendly and professional. Only issue was Pacific club not enforcing dress standards and children in lounge during evening drinks. Children also consuming large volumes of food and then going back for more and more and more. One example was three plates full of sushi, leaving none left for anyone else, (some were even unattended by parents). A discreet word to them or their parents would be enough to make the experience pleasant for everyone. I do not mind if children are there, however they should be closely monitored by a parent or guardian. Other than that, a good stay, great location near DFO and Crown Casino so will return.
