Reviews for Park Hyatt Melbourne
My partner, newborn daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights as a part of the family retreat maternity program with the Epworth Freemasons hospital. It was a really lovely stay. The rooms were big and really comfortable. The room service was really good and quick. My older daughter also stayed with us the last night and we had a portacot for her. My partner and daughter also made good use of the pool. Really convenient location, close to Parliament station and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Really big rooms. Lots of attention to detail and very clean. Everthing was available in the room you could possibly want including travel plugs which was very useful. Perfect location for sightseeing. Tiny bit disappointed that the main restaurant was closed due to renovation. Overall a great stay.

Used Hyatt points to upgrade to a club King room on our recent visit, which gave us an oversized room, free continental breakfast and lounge access. Top-notch hotel facilities and a warm, welcoming staff at the hotel. A five minute walk to the CBD (instead of being right in the thick of it) but the location worked out just fine for easy access to Fitzroy, parks, etc. Prices are high end for Melbourne (but not compared to Sydney comparable hotels) and room service was a treat. Great bathroom, too!

Had a lovely couple of nights at the Park Hyatt Melbourne. The room was really large, and the bathroom was amazing. Nothing like watching TV whilst soaking in a massive bath. Also had the club access, and the evening hors d'oeuvres and drinks were fantastic. Loved the hotel dog, who helps the doormen greet guests. The day spa was great, the pool and the gym were great. Really lovely hotel well positioned in a quieter part on the edge of town, an easy walk to the ‘Paris end of Collins St’.

I stay here every year in the beginning of January, it's a great building and a great hotel, very classy, calm feel. It could use an upgrade, they did a very small one over the last year, but to be world-class, more is probably needed. If it wants to be compared with the likes of Park Hyatt Sydney, Tokyo or even Grand Hyatt Tokyo or Andaz Tokyo that I was lucky enough to enough to stay in a week before, it needs more, but it has the potential. Having said that, it's still my favorite hotel in Melbourne! Highly Recommended
