Location was terrific for downtown Memphis activities and the rooftop provided great views. Valets were efficient. However, we were disappointed with poor quality of amenities, lack of room service, and overall state of hotel. Our room was not serviced after the first night. We had to call for towels. And then had to call again for toilet paper. Pillows were poor quality, walls were thin, and the dormroom refrigerator hummed all night. Overall, we were surprised at the low quality for a higher end and more expensive hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area. Good location for downtown activities. Easy to walk to local points of interest or take trolley. Room was modern and as described, good quality linens, amenities etc.

We liked the size of this smaller hotel. Good location for the purpose of our visit. Breakfast very good at Eighty 3. Internet service is patchy, at best. Rooftop bar has great potential, but too small and too many smokers.

I stayed ten years ago with my mom and then just recently with my husband. Lovely hotel with a great bar restaurant, rooftop deck bar, outstanding service (valet, housekeeping, front desk). Short walk to Beale street or easy two min trolley ride.

We checked into this hotel for a night in downtown Memphis. Fortunately found it, at a good rate on Hotel Tonight- after abruptly leaving another hotel which was dirty and not at all as it appeared online. It was our first experience with Worldhotels and we will look to this chain in the future. The lobby is clean, modern and inviting. The check in receptionists were friendly. Our room was lovely. A king sized bed in a contemporary room with good lighting. The bathroom was large and well equipped with better shampoo, conditioner and lotions. There is a wall mounted magnifying mirror, which I appreciate. The shower is large and the water pressure, excellent . The only thing missing was a box of tissue, which I suggest should be added to each room. The location is excellent, being but a few blocks from Beale St in one direction and the TN Welcome centre in the other. It is just off Main St where we felt comfortable walking back after dark. There are excellent restaurants just around the corner.
