Cleaning the hallways and keeping dirty dishes out of hallways and rooftop bar a little disappointing!!!Also I felt like the rooms had nothing soeacisk about them!! My view was over the garbage dumpsters ! You should try and hide those from view! Mini bar was a joke! I am a person that only stays in 4 and 5 star hotels so I know what to expect from an upscale hotel! You have so much potienal at the Madison! Bar in lobby just to small!!!

Convenient conference hotel tucked in between the law school and the main street full of excellent restaurants! Easy walking distance to the waterfront as well as Beale Street, the Civil Rights Museum, etc.

Excellent location. Very helpful staff. Room could have been a little cleaner. Only major issue was in room breakfast took over an hour and 2 phones calls when quoted 35 minutes. It would prevent me from staying there again

We enjoyed a 3 day stay and found the location to be perfect. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very spacious with lovely toiletries. We had a few issues originally with the booking and lack of response to emails and phone calls but this was made up for with an upgraded room and some vouchers for drinks and the restaurant. The staff are sometimes a little uninterested in the guests but on the whole a very pleasant stay.

Easy checkin. Had some issues with Bed linens that we did not discover until late night was resolved next morning. Small accessories that were not replenishec properly. Room sort of small, but it is a city room. Large bathroom. Overal good experience. Quiet location. Lovely roof deck for sunsets.
