Reviews for Madison Hotel Memphis
My husband and I spent a great weekend at the Madison. The customer service was exceptional. The food was awesome. Especially our unexpected upgrade to breakfast in bed for both nights. We will definitely come back.

Worked an emergency job downtown. I stayed at 3 different hotels including the Westin and enjoyed the Madison more. The hotel is in the center of great places to eat and for the night life. I would choose this hotel to stay in downtown Memphis.

Greetings management, I phoned today in an effort to reschedule a missed booking due to my sons cancer. We were in route from Florida here to St. Jude for treatment when he became very ill on the road delaying our trip. His grandparents intend to visit him frequently from Florida during the next 9 months and when asked where they stay I suggested your hotel. I was then refused a room in consideration or even a refund which I was not asking for. I will make this situation as public as possible and the hotel an example of where NOT to stay if your child is being treated at St. Jude. Regretfully, Ingrid Anglin
Aside from it being the hottest weekend so far in Memphis this trip was great. In town for my 30th high school reunion, which was awesome btw, and decided that we were staying at the Madison. Had always heard what a great hotel it is. Room (junior suite) was exemplary, great, cold AC (which is very important when you're in Memphis in July), obvious quality in the super large bathroom, beautiful, eclectic decor. The only downside was the public spaces and elevators were hot. The lobby was cool, but for some reason the hall ways on the individual floors were not.
The staff was outstanding, especially Harold and Cortez who are the front valet's. The restaurant's dinner we had was not good and the skillet cornbread was burnt on the bottom and the trout was overcooked. The fan in the room blows directly on you and there was no way to shut it down.
