Reviews for Madison Hotel Memphis
The Madison was a great hotel. Our room was amazing, great design details and more importantly, very clean! It was a great location for walking! I would stay here again if I made another trip back to Memphis!
We went for a 3-day weekend trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, but smaller than we had pictured. Not a lot of room to get around the bed really. Bathroom was a nice size, larger than others we have had in the past. We were near the elevators in a corner room but that wasn't an issue, it was always very quiet. It looked like it had been updated but it wasn't decorated like the rooms pictured. We received vouchers for dinner at Eighty3 which was nice because we had reservations there this evening. Liked that they had beverages in-room because we always forget to buy them to have for the evening, so that was convenient. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, even taking our photo for us. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop bar! It was a beautiful view - better than another similar rooftop bar we had been to that day. Definitely an awesome hang out.

Great service and excellent location, staff very friendly Wifi very good, great room. Breakfast was awesome. No parking except valet parking wich is a bit expensive. Overall a good value for the quality you get
I'm a light sleeper. They gave me a room on the elevator shaft. I asked them (very politely) if I could have any other room. They offered to "upgrade" my room for a fee and that was "the best they could do." Pick another hotel. There are many others in the downtown area.
Great location, great rooftop with best views in the city. And yet, there was a lack of attention to detail that was disappointing. Hook to hold curtain back in room missing, bits of trash on floor of lobby and mezzanine in the morning, and super thin uncomfortable mattress on sofa bed. Small details could turn this from good to great.
