Rooms were a little on the small side but were clean and had good facilities. What made this hotel exceptional was the roof top bar. The photos really don't do it justice. It was a great place to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine. Would recommend this hotel based on this alone as it really set it apart from other places. The location was great too with only a short walk to Beale street and the riverside walk of the mississippi. I got bitten by mosquitos on the rooftop bar quite badly but no one else in our party seemed to be effected, so if you are prone to bites, wear some repellent! I also liked the album covers in the lifts and the general music theme to the hotel. All in all very well done.

We had a little trouble with the keys but the staff corrected that immediately. Loved the building and the staff was very friendly. The location was great and the view from the rooftop amazing. The room had some flaws but we went for the town.

Great bed and sheets. Clean, quiet room. Loved the large speaker/iphone docking station. Great location. Great atmosphere. Many superb staff members (very cranky short guy on the rooftop bar and an ambivalent doorman glued to his phone were exceptions). Shower was small. Oh goodness, how cheap you seem with that toiletpaper/sandpaper combo. Make-up mirror was loose. And stop recommending Blue Plate Cafe for breakfast. Worst meal of 2017.

Unique hotel (formerly a bank) with well-appointed rooms, great staff and terrific location. Roof top bar is a must see and the Eighty Three restaraunt and bar is a solid choice. The staff is ultra-accommodating. Pricey valet parking is the only negative - $29/night

I was in town for an interview with Nike and this is their host hotel. After staying here I can see why. The place was very clean, polite staff with a nice location close to Beale street. I enjoyed my stay and will most likely be visiting again with my wife when we come back to Memphis.
