Very comfortable hotel in the heart of the city and only a few blocks from Beale Street. Valet parking is efficient and reasonably priced. The roof top terrace is fabulous offers comfortable seating for drinks and snacks, views over the amazing Mississippi are to die for.

The hotel staff was excellent and the location very convenient. My only issue was the the rooms were disappointing for the price. Make-shift window coverings that let in lots of light, thin walls, small rooms.

Upon booking, I specified it was for someone else. However, due to their "policies" they charged my card and made it difficult for the guest to check in even after I provided their information when I first booked. Noted this is after they have already charged my card. Then they wanted me to email them my credit card information via email which is not secured and then called back because they wanted a photo copy of the credit card. Is the hotel going to accommodate me when my information is stolen because they kept calling for this information. On top of that the card was already charged and employee calling was not professional. My guest who checked in informed that front desk was also very unprofessional.

Your front desk people treated us like bums off the street. Understand that these people are your front line that represent your hotel and name........ Also, our valet to get our car at 7:00 AM took thirty minutes. there was not another person waiting for there car at this time.

We stayed for a few days this past week and had a very good experience-good service, solid breakfast, good drinks on the roof, and a great boutique experience. Location was excellent as it was easy walking to downtown with several site close by. The staff was informative, friendly and very helpful. We would recommend brunch in the restaurant and at least one nite cap on the roof.
