While no fault of the hotel, given the record low temperatures that night, my husband and I were continually struggling to get warm, as we did not think to bring blankets and the hotel did not provide any. The room did have its own thermostat, but adjustments seemed futile. Complaints aside, the room was lovely, the staff helpful, and the hotel it self was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Will absolutely stay again.

The hot water wasn't working mid day on 1/16/18. It only reached lukewarm temperature. Also, the restaurant was closed and during the snowstorm there was no options. I would have appreciated notice about the hot water and restaurant being closed so I could plan accordingly.

For $250/night I was disappointed with the quality of the rooms. That was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The hardwood floor was coming up, and the bathroom door couldn't close. The quality just seemed cheap. I'd expect a lot better quality when spending $250/night. Luckly I only had to stay one night.

First room no heat. Second room had no water. Third room was fine. Restaurant closed so no in house dining. Had to move to 3 different rooms before it was acceptable. Ice remained at the front of the hotel. A fall hazard

Room needs some serious updating. Curtains couldn’t be pulled back, bed was hard and everything was just a bit deteriorated. The age really shows. Bathroom was nice though and had good amenities. Just needs upgrades
