We loved our room and we had a great time at the Madison Hotel. The views from the rooftop bar are spectacular, especially at sunset. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stayed 8/12/2017 Bathroom appeared clean but was not. Dry urine under the toilet seat and mold/mildew in shower of tile grout. Didn't look like bleaching agent used on tiles and grout for months, cleaning staff needs additional training to miss dry urine on a toilet seat.

Very nice hotel in the heart of everything in downtown Memphis. Excellent amenities in the guestrooms and public areas. Yo have to visit the rooftop bar in the evenings to catch the sunset and cool breezes.

My husband and I recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and our favorite valet staff Harold made the trip for our anniversary even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Only downside is the hotel restaurant. It wasn't our favorite and seemed the service had gone down a bit from the last time we came.
