Easy checkin. Had some issues with Bed linens that we did not discover until late night was resolved next morning. Small accessories that were not replenishec properly. Room sort of small, but it is a city room. Large bathroom. Overal good experience. Quiet location. Lovely roof deck for sunsets.

It's a very nice, classy hotel. Everything you'd expect for this price point: attractive, very spacious bathroom, clean, good amenities including safe and mini-fridge in room. The staff is top-notch; very helpful and kind. I love the fruit-infused cold water at the front desk for guests.

Our trip to Memphis was a birthday present for my husband. The main reason for our stay was to visit Graceland. We were given a corner king with a view of the river, it was perfect. The staff is so helpful friendly and accommodating you felt like family. They brought us upstairs to the penthouse (Twilight) to get a better view and slipped tour brochures for us review. The view at the top was absolutely breathe taking. You can't go wrong if you choose this hotel.

We were relocated to to the Madison Hotel after our hotel had overbooked us. We were actually happy we got relocated as the Madison hotel was so nice and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and really nice. We got room service and the food was so tasty! We were only a few minutes walk from Beale St. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was great with the exception of a few broken items in the room. They were the light when you first enter the room and the surround sound speaker. And also the 3am downtown disposal of garbage which disturbed my sleep. service and great people.
