Arrived at 6pm to find room not ready despite being booked for 11 months and paid in full 3 months before. After being given a drink voucher we were told to wait in the bar. At 7 pm we finally got our room. We had booked a deluxe king and the room although dated was obviously just cleaned with a strong smell of bleach! The room was right next to the only two elevators in the 16 floor hotel with the roof bar above that. We could hear the lifts going up and down continually to the roof bar and did not sleep well for the first weekend after that seemed a bit better. Stood at the bar to get a drink girl said she'd be a moment and continued to wash glasses and speak to other customers after 10 mins left when the girl was told that her car had been bumped into and she lost all interest in me. Housekeeping knocked 2 afternoons after failing to clean the room asking if we needed anything!! Only one toilet roll supplied so if you get to the end......! Certainly would not return or recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding in the downtown area. Location was great as we were able to walk everywhere. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Service was friendly and prompt. The only down side is that valet parking is $29/night. Street parking is free on the weekends and there are several garages on the immediate surrounding blocks for $6/night.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Madison. We enjoyed the water in the lobby. My only complaint is the slamming room doors. The people next door left around 5:00 am and went in and out of their room several times before leaving.

The hotel was very update. I only have one complaint and that is the fact that we did not have face towels and had to call in for them. Also the soap products where not full. Other than that the hotel and staff was great. I do feel it was a little overpriced as well.

Extra small room but besides that. Awesome service. Awesome people. Helpful and friendly. Rained a lot so we didn't get to enjoy the roof top but once but quite an awesome view. Great location. Had a blast ,keep up the greatness.
