Your front desk people treated us like bums off the street. Understand that these people are your front line that represent your hotel and name........ Also, our valet to get our car at 7:00 AM took thirty minutes. there was not another person waiting for there car at this time.

We stayed for a few days this past week and had a very good experience-good service, solid breakfast, good drinks on the roof, and a great boutique experience. Location was excellent as it was easy walking to downtown with several site close by. The staff was informative, friendly and very helpful. We would recommend brunch in the restaurant and at least one nite cap on the roof.

We loved staying at Madison Hotel. It was centrally located and all the staff took the time to be friendly and have a kind word to everyone. A short walk to Beale Street and 15 minute drive to Graceland. It met all our needs.

I was extremely disappointed. I would never stay there again. Awkward staff, rude parking staff, long waits for room service. Cleaning staff didnt clean rooms or bathroom .I asked for assistance when I checked out waited an hour have to get my own cart and load and unload it. Very unprofessional..I would never recommend this hotel to anyone or ever stay there again.

People are great. Restaurant fantastic. Rooms need more- lack art and windows open to close other buildings- no privacy! Good location. Nice but pricey valet. Would return but would request room with a view. Btw reserved upgraded suite!
