We have stayed here several times and normally we are not disappointed. This time there was not a bar or restaurant. This coupled with a bed that should have been retired some time ago, led to this review. A $250/night room, with nothing more than a bad bed can be beat in a lot of places. We were in town for the Ameripolitan Music Awards. The location isn't worth the price, especially because there was NO food or beverage on site. Not to mention the sketchiness of the neighborhood. I felt more like I was staying in condemned area of Gotham City, with the police cameras everywhere and the cop cars and security in the streets during broad daylight. The room was nicely decorated and had the amenities advertised. The glasses in the room were dirty and had liquid stick stuck in them and the shower had mold all over the grout. The staff was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job of being accommodating for the additional requests that I had. Probably won't stay here again. I'd rather pay the extra $100 for a couple nights at The Peabody.

The hotel was empty but we were given a handicap bathroom.Giant drains in the floor and no curtain, the floor was very wet.The kitchen and bar was closed so it was very inconvenient. Thought we would get an apology or something. The doorman was never there.Would never go back...

So so so happy we decided to stay here. This is one great hotel. Reasonably priced but far better than what you pay. Staff are amazing, I jokingly asked them to print a photo of Elvis and write on it for my boyfriend and they did! So cool! We were on level 16 so great view of downtown Memphis. Room was perfect, super new and clean and a great mattress and pillows! Bathroom was big with a huge rain shower head in the shower. Little kitchenette area for making drinks & coffee. Fantastic hotel and an 8 min walk to Beale st.

I booked two suites for a weekend in Memphis, loved the pictures online of the rooftop bar and the restaurant and rooms. Hotel called and left me a voicemail the day before arrival and day after cancellation to inform that there was no food or beverage service and the restaurant was no longer serving. We also had no water in our rooms Saturday and had to wait a few hours while they investigated the issue. Beautiful roof and plenty of potential, but a huge disappointment
