My husband and I recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and our favorite valet staff Harold made the trip for our anniversary even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back. Only downside is the hotel restaurant. It wasn't our favorite and seemed the service had gone down a bit from the last time we came.

Will come again as the Hoyek location was great, service as well! Staff friendly and twilight restaurant has a fantastic view of the sunset. Concierge can be more knowledgeable as there were quite few times where they didn't know the area well.

Everything was half done. No room service. No TV guide working on tv. I was told when there was a complaint "we are in transition ". Worse experience when wedding guest were bitten badly by chiggers on their rooftop bar and they refused to compensate any of the guest who were bitten. My feet and legs were so bad they swelled up and ruined one of my days while there. Very disturbing not to care to compensate your guest when this occurs on your property. The wedding party and families were all staying there and a number of us were bitten alive! Don't go to this hotel!

The Madison was a great hotel. Our room was amazing, great design details and more importantly, very clean! It was a great location for walking! I would stay here again if I made another trip back to Memphis!

We went for a 3-day weekend trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, but smaller than we had pictured. Not a lot of room to get around the bed really. Bathroom was a nice size, larger than others we have had in the past. We were near the elevators in a corner room but that wasn't an issue, it was always very quiet. It looked like it had been updated but it wasn't decorated like the rooms pictured. We received vouchers for dinner at Eighty3 which was nice because we had reservations there this evening. Liked that they had beverages in-room because we always forget to buy them to have for the evening, so that was convenient. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, even taking our photo for us. The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop bar! It was a beautiful view - better than another similar rooftop bar we had been to that day. Definitely an awesome hang out.
