This is a fantastic hotel. It’s away from the busy area, but close enough to everything too. What makes this hotel truly great is the staff. They are so attentive, polite and helpful. Bertha is extraordinary. She looks after you and always there with a smile and friendly help. Superb. Highly recommended.

Arrived late in the evening and Mike who was working the evening shift, was so kind and so helpful, especially with the parking which was across the street from the hotel. He suggested maybe to stop upstairs at the Rooftop Bar and we did and we loved it. Great views and drinks!

I loved the hotels location - close enough to Beale Street and the trolley but away from "the stuff." I also loved the Rooftop as it has the best view, was quiet and the bartender was very knowledgeable about my drink choices. Thank you to the great staff, so sweet and attentive....I will be back.

Excellent hotel. The view from the roof was amazing and the drinks were delicious. Fun design elements in the rooms like blue tile in the bathroom. I also like the photography book they had. Super clean room, towels, sheets and everything else, nice and fresh. Price point was good. Definitely recommend.

Mediocre and not worth the cost, kind of dingy. The most infuriating part was the musak playing outside entrance the entire night to presumably create an atmosphere?
