Outstanding service and friendly team! The entire experience was great. Big recognition to Concierge Jesus for even sharing history and local information which was super useful.

I would return back, need direction on wall location of club, room to far from elevator, worst shower sprays every where, only head shower which is negative.

We booked this hotel only for the pool for our kids, as it looked great, but when we arrived it had just closed for a month for renovation. They did not let us know before arriving that it was closed, or we would have changed hotels. There was another pool a few buildings over that we could use but it was very far, tiny, very hot, private, no food or bar.

I am coming to this hotel for over 30 years. I love the great architecture with style and good art, nice furniture etc. Even the whole thing has a bit of patina. But what I really do not like is the more and more unacceptable policy of the management. Few examples: I arrive after midnight, I have to bring the suitcases down the stairs. I get check in service immediately, but it takes approx. 15 minutes as nothing is prepared (I had been here far over 50 times). I come to the room and want a water and a beer. Surprise: the minibar is empty. Why? does the management think that guests that pay a couple of hundred dollars per nights steal the drinks. First room service does not answer, then I get the beer, warm and shaken. At 2 a.m. Recommandation: take the managers out that make the life of guests just difficult and invest the money saved in service.

Old hotel (they say it's a museum), smelly and worn out rooms and I was in the Club level. Noisy bars make impossible to rest until they close. Staff is useless, they are not properly trained and are unable to manage the daily operations: room not cleaned at 1900, laundry delivered in 48 hours... Worst experience in 13 years of travel to CDMX
