I was planning a 3-day conference for 50pp in Mexico City, after looking at several hotels I chose this one. The conference room is beautiful, and the natural light and views were spectacular! The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was great (try the Waffles - the best I've ever tasted!). The buffet food was delicious and well-presented. We had an event coordinator that was very helpful and onsite throughout our meetings so when we needed to make last minute changes, she was able to help. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. It was quiet and peaceful for sleeping. The location is close to everything, and the Chapultepec Castle is withing walking distance. From the bellmen to the facilities staff, banquet servers, to bartenders and front desk staff - Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely host another event here.

Very clean, convenient location, nice staff and comfortable room. The restaurant is "okay" - not great, but so much great food in CDMX - no need to eat here at all. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom had nice L'Occitane amenities.

My family and I stayed on the Fiesta Rewards floor, so our room came with complementary wine, fruit, water bottles and outside of the room there was a coffee machine, fruit, more bottled water, tea and small snacks like cookies. The rooms had a beautiful view to Chapultepec and to the Chapultepec castle. Even though is located in a busy street, the room itself was quiet. We had 2 queen beds, a desk by the window and a chair by the window with plenty of room for our luggage in the closet. The beds extremely comfortable as well. The bathroom and shower were spacious with products from L'Occitane en Provence. We didn't eat any meals in the restaurant, so I can't say if it's good or not. The front desk was very nice and gave us information and call us cabs quickly and helped us with longer trasnportation to go outside of Mexico City. The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of places to eat close by or on a short card ride. Also to visit the Historical Center is not too far either. You can go walking to Chapultepec too.

We had the best time at Grand Fiesta Americana. Our room had a priceless view of the Chapultepec Park with Jacaranda trees blooming. We enjoyed the expansive breakfast menu with buffet. The staff are all so very nice and attentive and go above and beyond to make sure each day is perfect. Great location for walking and heading out to explore the city. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program when you come. We missed that. /// Gozamos el mejor tiempo en el hotel Grand Fiesta Americana. When in Mexico City we always stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec. Excellent location. Professional staff. Clean rooms. Shorty after arriving an App for our Tesla indicated a tire had low pressure. My wife spoke with Edgar. He took us to our car. While we went for dinner Edgar arranged for the tire to be removed, repaired and reinstalled.
