Best resort in Miami
Gorgeous hotel (that also smells divine!), amazing pools, fantastic food, and the best service. You’ll feel like home here. You must ask for Carlos at the pool - his energy, positivity, kindness, and promptness are beyond exceptional. He really made our holiday special. So did everyone that works there, including Yardonis, Rosangela at the restaurant as and Adjani. I can’t wait to come back again soon. I will never stay anywhere else in South Beach - 1 is THE BEST!

Guillermo was fantastic! Quick to assist, always with a smile, he made our beach day super comfortable. He was always around when you needed him, whether it was for extra towels or to adjust the umbrella for the perfect shade. Plus, he had great tips on local eats. Definitely a highlight of our trip! 🌊👌

Beautiful Beachfront Hotel
The staff is amazing and attentive, we always had our needs take care of. The hotel is beautiful and the food at the rooftop restaurant was some of the best I’ve ever had. At the beach, staff member Luke made sure that we had everything we needed and set up chairs/umbrellas for us. Overall it is a great place to stay no matter what you’re travelling for!

Always a good time at the 1
Always a great experience at The 1. The vibe is nice, the staff is great, and there are many places within the hotel to enjoy. There are multiple restaurants and pools, and the beach is great. I enjoyed the beach everyday, and Guillermo was very helpful and attentive.
