Great hotel - happy vibe - loved the dogs ❤️ customer service was beyond great from every single person who worked there - especially Gustavo at the roof top pool - so friendly personable great bar tender and made us feel so welcome 🤗

The Betsy Hotel was top notch. A very quaint, unique boutique hotel. We had the best time here, especially at the bar at the pool on the roof. Gustavo was a great bartender, very personable and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the Betsy Hotel. The atmosphere was great, and the service really stood out. A special shoutout to Joanny and José, who took such great care of us. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always seemed to notice the little things. Whether it was checking in at just the right moment or anticipating what we might need, they made everything feel easy and effortless. It’s people like Joanny and José who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Thanks for making us feel so welcome — we’ll definitely be back!

Great family hotel
We lived it at The Betsy, it’s so laid back but the service is fantastic. Great location. We had breakfast 3 mornings at The Betsy and we were served by Sheila, we love her, she’s so happy and brilliant. 100% give it a go

An excellent hotel
An excellent hotel—absolutely flawless! Great rooms and service. The staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing every question and request. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Fritzner; honestly, I think he should be the general manager—he is such a kind and helpful person. The restaurant service was also excellent—special thanks to Barbara, Jorge, and Aleks. Thank you for the wonderful attitude and service!
