A Fine Experience.
This place is nice and perfectly located with good food and great jazz music nightly but it was the staff that really made it a welcoming experience. Joanny in the cocktail bar and the porter named Jose's were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was also very helpful and accommodating.

Excellent food with good service
We had an amazing time dining at this establishment. The athmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Franco, was kind and helpful. The food was excellent! We had steak and sushi, both truely incedible. We will definitely visit again in the future!

Betsy is the best
Great place, Carmen is a wonderful bartender, thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. There were some difficult customers and she handled it amazingly.

Lovely boutique hotel with great service
Visited on a work trip - the rooms have loads of character, comfortable beds and nice quality toiletries. The location on Ocean Drive, just a few steps from the beach, is perfect. Food in the restaurant was great, but it was the service that stood out the most. George, Juan and Joanny were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you love dogs, meeting Betsy and Rosa will also be a highlight of your stay! I will be back.

Had an amazing lunch at the Betsy!! Barbara took amazing care of me. The plates are made with care. The drinks are well crafted the people watching a second and then see you at the Betsy.!!
