The Betsy is a one-of-a-kind experience!
The hotel was beautiful and such a treat compared to staying in a chain hotel. It was close to shops, great food, and the beach! They have great food and drink options available, relaxing pools, and helpful staff. Juan was especially helpful and gave us great advice about the area. Beautiful hotel & a great stay!

Beautiful service, Genevieve was wonderful and I can truly read that she is wonderful 24/7. One of those, regardless of what’s happening outside of work, she’s coming to work to provide a beautiful experience for everyone she interacts with. She suggested the Wagyu Nigiri and boy were we delighted. This was the best Manhattan I’ve had (I’ve had 5 so far). She made this experience a 15/10. It was already a 10/10 because of the atmosphere and energy. Thank you!! Will be back!

Best dining experience thanks to our server and the environment
The Betsy Hotel Restaurant was the pinnacle of dining. Our server Aleks was such a kind and helpful man, I am truly grateful for his service. Not only was the service superb, the atmosphere and the live piano brought the experience together. I will definitely be visiting The Betsy Hotel Restaurant the next time I find myself in South Beach.

Fantastic Experience
Amazing service. We had Gabriel R. and he was so kind and friendly. Love it here and definitely recommend. Pizza was great.
