Far exceeds expectations
Hotel is great and our stay was woderful. Juan the bellman wa very attentive. The live music during brunch on Sunday was terrific and far surpasses the regular brunch music at most places. And the live jazz at night was equally fantastic. This hotel is truly an experience more than a stay!

Very relaxing
The Betsy is a combination of cozy and class. Very relaxing stay. Juan at the lobby was very helpful during checkout. He ommediately helped me with my bags and offered me water to go. Will definitely repeat!

First time in mami
The hotel has a beautiful view of the Miami beach and has excellent rooms, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful to us , two staff members especially were a mr Chris and a mr Fritz, Chris was the front desk that welcomed us into the betsy hotel and he helped us clear some issues with checking in the first night, mr Fritz was the porter of the the betsy , on the day we were leaving the betsy he was the one to help us bring down our our luggage down to the cab that was waiting outside, one thing that was noticeable with mr fritz is that he was quite quick with his delivery and had a extra good vibe around em. Overall our stay at the Betsy hotel was excellent .( also if you want to have a nice breakfast at the betsy go for the smoked salmon bagel with a glass of oj, the chefs at the betsy knows what they are doing)

A Wonderful Experience for Someone With Anxiety.
As a 16yro with severe anxiety and prone to panic attacks, the Betsy was, by far, the best hotel I have ever been to. The atmosphere of the hotel in itself is soothing, especially late at night. Not once did I feel as anxious as I usually do with traveling far from home and staying in a hotel, which to me, is remarkable. Adrian and Juan were so caring and chatty with us, treating me and my mum like old friends instead of patrons. That is not a mentality you get everywhere, but the Betsy is a gem full of such. Thank you to Adrian and Juan for becoming our “buddies” as my mum had dubbed them, and thank you to everyone else at the Betsy for giving me such a memorable experience that genuinely did change my perspective on traveling far.
