Best Betsy experience for my Dad’s 80th
I visited the Betsy with my father as part of a USA trip to celebrate his 80th birthday. What can I say? The service at the Betsy was more than five star. The accommodations, the lounges, the library and the welcome all surpassed my expectations. I emailed ahead to let them know that my dad was turning 80 and the GM and the concierge showed that he was treated like a real celebrity with little touches in the room waiting for us. The location is unbelievable, but the Betsy provides an oasis of calm in South Beach with quirky decoration and comfort combined. Just the amazing artwork was worth the visit. Thanks guys will be coming back!

This is our second time here and we love it. We travel from NC and are always impressed. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. From the moment we were greeted by Fritzner, who is just about the nicest person we’ve ever met, to when we left service has been impeccable. This was a beautiful hotel with so many great amenities and personal touches. If you didn’t want to leave the hotel, they have everything needed right there! Fritz in the lobby was so friendly and helpful. 10/10!
