A very special hotel like nothing else!!! Incredible staff
Probably the most charming hotel in Miami … a place dedicated to art, excellent food and good taste. If you look for more than just a luxury place to sleep , this is it!!! Special thanks to ANDREA for her incredible help and dedication. All staff members make your stay a pure joy!

The Most Wholesome Stay with the Friendliest Team
We had the most wholesome stay at The Betsy Hotel in Miami. The hotel has such a homely, welcoming feel, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and great value for money. There is also so much to do at the hotel that you honestly don’t even need to leave, which made the whole stay feel even more special. A special mention has to go to Gustavo at the rooftop pool bar. He was our absolute favourite! He made sure we were always well looked after, was so friendly and lovely to chat to, and kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thank you to The Betsy team for making our Miami trip so memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Great time listening to jazz music being played on the piano. The waiter Josh was very attentive.
