The Betsy - South Beach

Josh was amazing. Great drinks, great service and very attentive. This is what sets apart the Betsy from any other hotel bar.

Lovely hotel in a great location, but what truly made our stay exceptional was Mr. Fritzner at reception. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. His exceptional service made a lasting impression on us, and we will definitely return to this hotel because of him. Thank you, Mr. Fritzner, for making our stay so memorable!

We stayed at The Betsy Hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and brilliant rooms that made our stay extremely comfortable. However, the real standout for me was the bar in the hotel lobby. As it was World Cup season, I spent a couple of hours there each day watching the football, and the atmosphere was superb. What truly made the experience special was the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. A special mention goes to Adrian, Genevan, Paul, Josh, and Robbie. Their friendly nature, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help took my experience to another level. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always made the time to have a chat and ensure everything was perfect. I’ve visited many hotel bars over the years, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel bar experience I’ve had, largely because of the outstanding team behind it. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to returning in the future.

The Betsy was the perfect location for a weekend away- we went in June so we spent the whole time at the rooftop pool which was perfect- Gustavo was the best bartender! His mojito was the best one I had in Miami!

Hi I stopped at the Betsy while in Miami for a conference and stayed an extra couple of days to relax. Quiet, comfortable, friendly with a nice quirky edge - there is art throughout the property. The beach is spectacular, a few steps from the hotel, and the 2 pools are lovely, I preferred the quieter shaded courtyard pool but they also have a fun rooftop pool with a bar. Location is perfect at the quieter end of South Beach but close to the conference center and some nice restaurants. Recommend the Alley for (big portions of) pizza, salad and soft serve. It all felt quietly well organized and peaceful. Would stay again. Thanks to Fritzner and Kelsey on reception for your warmth and help with luggage on check out, and also the breakfast host on Saturday who was above and beyond with service (sorry forgot her name).
