Wonderful staff and service!
We had such a great experience at The Betsy, and we especially wanted to recognize Jennifer, Cecilia, Sheila, Valeria and Jorge. They were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our time there. They always made sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely so pleasant every time we interacted with them. Their service felt very personal and thoughtful, and they made our mornings at the restaurant even more enjoyable. It really makes a difference when you have staff who are not only professional, but also genuinely warm and caring with guests. We really appreciated everything they did for us and hope their management knows how wonderful they are. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! - Agostina

Truly Amazing Hotel
Fantastic unique historic hotel from the art lined hallways and gallery to the nightly live jazz music and beautiful pools and courtyard. The hotel ran like clockwork. Thanks to Paul, the concierge, and the professional, friendly staff. We even had the pleasure of talking to the owners who were there everyday. We were making plans to return on our way home.

Beyond our expectations!
Our stay at The Betsy was perfect from the start. We arrived around 2 PM and had a wonderful lunch at the hotel restaurant. Paul, the concierge, met us as soon as we were seated and I have to say he made our time here at The Betsy an amazing stay. The hotel has so much to offer and we wish we had planned to stay longer. We had an opportunity to meet the owners of the hotel and two of their fur babies the morning we checked out. We will be back!!!
