We love the Betsy so far! The vibe is immaculate and everyone is so friendly. We’ve only just begun our stay but I had to review the exceptional check in service we received today from Fritz and Fritznes. We received a complimentary alcohol free cocktail which was delicious and terrific service at the welcome desk. I can’t wait to see what else the Betsy has to offer as I’m already blown away.

We were so excited to stay at The Besty to watch the Miami Airshow this past Memorial Day weekend. We were graciously greeted by Juan upon check-in and became fast friends bonding over our mutual love of Türkiye (he noticed my bag and I noticed his bracelet). We enjoyed our welcome glass of bubbles and enjoyed the lovely ambiance of the lobby while awaiting our room to be ready (we arrive d early). All of the meals we had there were delicious, our room was spacious, clean and luxurious. We watched the airshow from the roof with friends on Saturday and enjoyed the beach experience on Sunday. I would highlighy recommend The Betsy and all of their staff.

Just wanted to call out the staff of the on site restaurant. We ate here several times during our 4 day stay - every member of the waitstaff was great and the patio is perfect for posting up and people watching. Daniel was our server for lunch one afternoon and he was so incredibly lovely and attentive.

Betsy & Ross is now my fav. My first time there, and I just loved all the hospitality and love from the staff. The food, views and cleanliness was also on point. Perfect location too. For sure will be rebooking with them for the next trip too. Sidd at the reception was also helpful.

Everything is very elegant and thought out in detail. The staff is super attentive, special thanks to Fritzher at the front desk. Rooms are quite small but the bed is amazing and the bathroom is spacious. Amazing yoga classes every morning.
