Hidden Gem
I had a lovely 5 day stay at this property. It is located in prime location and has been re designed tastefully. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful, including Fritzner and Mark. Restaurant and music is pleasing. Worth a look.

Betsy Hotel - Fabulous hotel!
The Betsy hotel staff was so good to our family. We had the best trip. Gus (at the rooftop pool) really went out of his way to make our kids feel special. I would highly recommend this hotel - perfect location and fun vibe.

A great 4 days on South Beach
Had a wonderful 4 days at the Betsy. All of the staff were exceptional. The rooftop pool was great, and I’d like to specially acknowledge Gus for going above and beyond with the service he provided. I look forward to staying here again!
