Carmin the bartender is the bomb!
Carmin was an absolutely amazing bartender! She was incredibly sweet, genuinely funny, and so kind—it really made the entire experience memorable. She has a great personality, made everyone feel welcome, and clearly loves what she does. Her positive energy and attentiveness truly set her apart. I would happily come back just because of her!

I had a blast at the bar . I think her names was Carmen ..she had great energy and helped us enjoy our time at the hotel . She was the bomb.com The service and the cocktails were amazing

What a great place- excellent service from Joanny! Our friends group had a delicious meal in a beautiful setting for not much money. Highly recommend no matter the occasion!

Great Hotel
A rich tapestry of rich art and music. Easy access to the beach. Thankfully they let us have early check in and late checkout. The staff member Juan was amazing at helping us with our luggage and booking reliable safe taxi drivers. Nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the stylish Betsy Hotel.

Great Hotel, Incredible Hospitality.
The Betsy hotel is a gorgeous hotel, has delicious food, and most importantly - the most helpful and kind staff. Shout out to Juan, Kelsey and George for making my stay amazing and going the extra mile for me. Can’t wait to come back :)
