Great food and service !
Everything was a 10/10! Went for dinner last Thursday and had such a great experience. The atmosphere and service were amazing from the moment we walked in. Oscar took care of us and was incredible—super attentive and made great recommendations. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful stay at the Betsy
Wonderful stay at The Betsy South Beach! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and has such a unique boutique atmosphere. The location on Ocean Drive is perfect, and the service was exceptional. A special thank you to Fritznee and Gabby for going above and beyond and making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Their kindness and genuine hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Love the Betsy!
We sat at the bar an intended to go somewhere else for dinner. Thanks to our bartender Josh we ended up staying at he Betsy and enjoying at a delicious meal . The piano player was amazing, service was great, food delicious . Highly recommend.

We couldn’t have choosen a better hotel for our first time in South Beach
The hotel is PERFECT!!! The atmosphere is perfectly light and we loved it. The room was the Royal Suite and it was perfect, the bathroom was amazing and the bed was very comfortable and very clean. Our room was in the front of the hotel, second floor, but still we hardly heard any noise from dowstairs or from the street. What I absolutley loved the most was THE STAFF!!! Everyone was the best!! The front desk employee who cheked us in, I didnt get the name, but he speaks three languages, was very polite and charming, we knew there our stay was foing to be a good one. The man who took us to the room, also amazing service. Fritz took the time to teach us how to get to the gym 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 wich we also loved. Juan was very polite. The restaurant staff were all very attentive and polite. Your employees made the hotel look and feel all the best!!!! 5 stars to all of them! We will return!! There was one minor issue that I will mention for feedback, but it did not influence negatively our stay….. the smell or perfume odor on our hallway was too strong maybe a little less would be amazing!! We liked the scent but is was too strong.
