Staying at South Beach? Stay at The Betsy!
Had a wonderful time at The Betsy. Everything about it was fantastic from the location, food, to amazing staff. My family and I have mentioned multiple times since our visit how we will have to go back to Miami and we will definitely be staying here again. The front patio having breakfast was superb! Also thank you to George at the front desk who gave amazing recommendations, was always so nice, and made the experience that more special!

Great Dining Experience
Not only was the food amazing - the service was so great. Thanks to Barbra for making our Brunch so special. Not to mention the Pop Overs - OMG!

Great spot for a family to experience some culture in Miami
The staff was lovely and the suite perfect for our family of 5. The beach and rooftop pool were ideal spots for our family to spend time. The cultural touches of the library, art, live music and, of course, the hotel dogs were all very fun touches that give the hotel a great personality.

Christmas holiday getaway for my wife and I
If you are looking to save money, do not come to this hotel, however, if you have money, this is the perfect hotel because they give you white glove service. The steak restaurant here is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life at a hotel! The wine selection is second to none and the service from everyone was exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly. the check-in was very easy. Everyone that worked here always had a smile on their face and was extremely accommodating! I would like to say thank you especially to one of the men who work here who takes luggage to and from your room his name is Juan. He was a very polite, accommodating person who tried to make us feel at home every time I saw him in the hotel he took time to speak with me, and he remembered our initial conversation remembered where I was from remembered my name and remembered my wife thank you so much for having us here and we will be back again.
