Rooftop Bar at The Betsy
As a guest at the hotel, I had the chance to visit the rooftop bar where Josh was working, and he was fantastic. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing. He was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent service and professionalism. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance.

The Betsy! Wonderful!
What a wonderful hotel! Our experience at The Betsy was fabulous-the food, the ambience but most importantly the staff. Always helpful and smiling. Shout out to Rene Forte (and to Juan too) what a kind man who is great at his job!!

Wonderful stay
Prime location. Great atmosphere. Room was clean but a little warmer than I expected even after I asked the front desk about it. Juan the bell hop was very helpful since I stepped into the hotel offering water and assistance. Even on my last day he helped us keeping our bags safe while we enjoyed the rest of our day before heading to the airport. The LT restaurant was superb! The waitstaff were very friendly and professional. Was there to celebrate my anniversary and they did not disappoint.

Love Tge Betsy and the staff!
I cannot say enough about this perfectly appointed hotel. It feels like a home away from home. The staff are amazing…. We had a fun night sitting at the bar with Genevieve making great cocktails and keeping us entertained! Gustavo at the rooftop was also fun…taking great care of all of the guests. We can’t wait to come back! It will become an annual getaway for us!
