The Betsy - South Beach

Beautifully designed and curated property. Very attentive, professional and helpful staff. Highly recommend food or drink here. Josh at the poolside bar, not only makes a good cocktail but is a font of great recommendations of things to see and do.

Sending a shout out to Josh and the friendly staff at the Rooftop Bar! Josh was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations on places to visit on Monday night! Overall, the Betsy is a great place to stay at when in Miami Beach! We’ll be back!

Lovely rooftop bar with the pool. Josh the bartender was an amazing host with whom we had great conversation about The Betsy and its philanthropic character as well as round of delicious cocktails.

First time at the Betsy… what a beautiful hotel. We stayed 3 nights. The location is perfect. Beach just across the street with chaises and umbrellas that are not right on top of each other. Hotel is on the north end of Ocean Drive which is just a bit quieter than the rest of the hotels in that area. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go except for the sunset cruise that left from downtown Miami. Don’t underestimate how long the Uber ride is to the Bayside Marina area! Our room was just big enough and spotless. The staff was very helpful particularly Angel at the front desk and Art the concierge. The lobby was so relaxing… great bar and a piano player who was very good. We enjoyed one breakfast and one dinner. Both were very good. I’d recommend eating outside on the porch. I’m sure we could have stayed in a less expensive hotel but my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and his retirement… well worth the money. In fact we’d love to return and stay at the Betsy again.

Josh did an amazing job! He recommended great food and drinks. He was also very attentive and overall just made the experience very memorable.
