Great spot for a family to experience some culture in Miami
The staff was lovely and the suite perfect for our family of 5. The beach and rooftop pool were ideal spots for our family to spend time. The cultural touches of the library, art, live music and, of course, the hotel dogs were all very fun touches that give the hotel a great personality.

Christmas holiday getaway for my wife and I
If you are looking to save money, do not come to this hotel, however, if you have money, this is the perfect hotel because they give you white glove service. The steak restaurant here is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life at a hotel! The wine selection is second to none and the service from everyone was exceptional. Everyone was extremely friendly. the check-in was very easy. Everyone that worked here always had a smile on their face and was extremely accommodating! I would like to say thank you especially to one of the men who work here who takes luggage to and from your room his name is Juan. He was a very polite, accommodating person who tried to make us feel at home every time I saw him in the hotel he took time to speak with me, and he remembered our initial conversation remembered where I was from remembered my name and remembered my wife thank you so much for having us here and we will be back again.

Great trip to Miami Beach and The Betsy
Outstanding Festive season getaway to The Betsy! Thank you to Gustavo for taking care of us at the pool, and to Juan and George at the desk for arranging details for our stay and seeing to all logistics. We enjoyed our room and appreciated the artwork, unique spaces, and music. It was great too to spend some quiet time in the Library. The entire staff was excellent. Will certainly be back.
