A unique experience
The rooms were great, wonderful experience. Juan the bellboy made the experience memorable. We stayed last year and he remembered us and our preferences. If you are looking for a unique stay this is the place.

Lovely stay at a charming property
We had a wonderful experience at the Betsy! The hotel is a beautiful property - definitely check out the jazz in the lobby bar and try to plan one meal in the hotel (breakfast is a nice old school hotel breakfast that you don’t see as much these days). Mark and Fritzner were incredibly helpful in getting us moved to a new room (as our first was a little cramped and the AC stopped working). They, Juan, and the whole team made our stay lovely.

Highly recommend The Betsy South Beach
Love it! You need to be here, plain and simple. Gustavo, Evens, and Carmen were super helpful and friendly. You have to try Betsy’s Burger, you’ll thank me later.

Great stay
We had such an enjoyable stay at The Betsy. Everyone was so welcoming, from our first moment at check-in with George, to our afternoons at the pool with Josh, and our check out with Fritzner! The hotel itself is beautiful and clean.
