Truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Such a great location, and a beautiful hotel. The staff were also so welcoming and helpful. The nightly jazz was also a special treat.

Amazing experience. Perfect location. Went there with my wife for the weekend. Anniversary trip. Love the love of art and animals of the hotel. Staff was very attentive. Amazing were the waiter from Puerto Rico (older man), bartender last night with glasses who made the chocolate martinis, young hostess from Argentina (just moved to the states 2 months ago) and also George at the front desk. All amazing. I wish the Hotel was adults only. Too many little kids running around take away from the jazz, calming environment. Other than that it was perfect.

I traveled to Miami with my daughter and two sister in laws for a weekend girls trip and it was unforgettable! I would like to thank the staff at the Besty hotel for the most amazing experience. From the moment we arrived Fritz and Christopher were absolutely welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick . Our rooms were absolutely beautiful, super clean, stocked with everything you need and didn’t feel like a hotel room . Stocked bookshelf , Nespresso machine , water , lots of space and complimentary slippers made our stay even more comfortable. The kind ladies who cleaned our room , especially Frida, made sure we had everything restocked and even found a lost belonging back to us on her own. The location was top notch. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach is seconds away along with a Starbucks across the street from the hotel. Paul and Art were so gracious during our stay , they made reservations for us and gave us directions and recommendations any time we needed assistance. The atmosphere at the hotel was beautiful. Dog friendly with beautiful art deco all around the hotel. A rooftop pool with a bar, umbrellas, sun screen, even snacks provided at times. Live music every night , wonderful food and drinks at the restaurant, complimentary cookies and bread on selected evenings . Every staff member genuinely was happy to assist at any time and seems like they truly enjoy their positions . At the end our trip the hotel staff made sure we were comfortable when our flight was delayed . We are looking forward to our next Miami trip and definitely with stay here again as everyone ( Christopher, Fritz, Paul, Art, Eric, Frida, Gabriella, Juan, Kelsey, Fritzner, Eren ) made us feel at home ! Thank you again :)

Superb service ( we were served by Gabriel R) and excellent pizza. I would definitely recommend the place, it’s worth a visit.
