The Most Wholesome Stay with the Friendliest Team
We had the most wholesome stay at The Betsy Hotel in Miami. The hotel has such a homely, welcoming feel, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the hotel was very clean and great value for money. There is also so much to do at the hotel that you honestly don’t even need to leave, which made the whole stay feel even more special. A special mention has to go to Gustavo at the rooftop pool bar. He was our absolute favourite! He made sure we were always well looked after, was so friendly and lovely to chat to, and kept us entertained throughout our stay. Thank you to The Betsy team for making our Miami trip so memorable. We would happily stay here again.

Breathtaking location and heartwarming hospitality
What a wonderful hotel! Incredible staff, amazing location and you will keep getting your breath taken away as you explore the art, decor, wall photos, and even a library! George from the check in desk and all the rest of the people that make this place special are so helpful. The atmosphere is warm and friendly on one of the most vibrant locations right on Ocean Drive! Our room was super clean and comfortable. I was thinking noise might be an issue given it was the 4th of July during a world cup game but incredibly there was absolutely tranquility and calm and I had a fantastic night's sleep. Well worth every penny and then some. If you happen to be looking for an incredible value at an incredible location then this is it.
