Incredible laid back upscale atmosphere.
Great atmosphere, food, drinks and location. Gus, at the pool bar, was a great host and made several killer drinks. We will definitely return.

Wonderful staff, photos, lounge singers, restaurant . Light embedded in mirror was broken. Very small room needs refreshing.

We had a wonderful experience at The Betsy Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything reflected a level of elegance and warmth that’s hard to find. The property itself is beautiful—classic, refined, and perfectly situated right on Ocean Drive—but what truly sets it apart is the level of service. A special thank you to Juan, who assisted us with our luggage. He was a true gentleman—professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel welcome immediately and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone who takes that much pride in what they do, and it did not go unnoticed. Overall, The Betsy delivers not just a stay, but an experience. Between the atmosphere, the location, and the exceptional staff like Juan, it’s a place we would absolutely return to and highly recommend.

Best. Stay. Ever
This is of the most amazing boutique Hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It feels like you are staying at a rich friend’s gorgeous home perfectly located across from the beach who just happens to have a Michelin star chef working for them. The service is top notch, the live music and entertainment are on point. What more could you want?
