Absolutely outstanding bartender eddy ! From the moment I sat down, they made me feel welcome with their friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail. My Betsy Experience
Excellent spot on South Beach. Enjoyed the nightly Jazz and the food was top notch. Concierge offered a great Cuban restaurant recommendation. Carmen and the other bartenders are engaging whether at the bar or rooftop pool!

Beautiful hotel
The Betsy is a fabulous friendly hotel. The hotel looks fabulous throughout. The staff are so professional and friendly. It is the most dog friendly hotel I have visited. They even provide chef made organic cookies for our furry friends. I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Betsy.
