Charming
The location is amazing, rooms are charming and clean. The atmosphere in the lobby is lovely. The service staff was great too. Fritz was very helpful, nice and professional.

Gorgeous Hotel with Awesome Staff, Impeccable Atmosphere, Excellent Food
We stayed at the Betsy hotel for one night to kick off our honeymoon. The staff was so friendly and attentive and really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself and our room was beautiful and the atmosphere was impeccable. We had dinner at the main restaurant and Aleks, our server, took the time to explain the menu and gave excellent recommendations. The food was incredible and we really enjoyed the live piano music. Looking forward to returning soon!

Great staff, perfect location
Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff especially Fritznet. The location is perfect for south-beach restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere with ease

Solid find on South beach
Excellent service from server Gabriel. He knew the menu well and made thoughtful recommendations. Arugula fennel salad was delicious. I was tempted to order the pizza but was deterred by the offering of beef pepperoni - pork is the king of Italian Salumi so this seemed like an Olive Garden accessory and made me question the whole pizza menu. Fun little location in the alley. Fair price points.

Best hotel ever
We absolutely loved this hotel! It has a wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fritzner, Gustavo, Genavide, and Mariano were amazing and made our stay even more special. They provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!
