Amazing experience and great Staff
Carmen was a great bartender. Extremely nice by us with great drinks and a great time we came back twice. Her martinis were amazing!

One of My Favorite Hotels of All Time
We had an excellent four-night stay at The Betsy Hotel. It was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was luxurious without being stuffy. The details and amenities were perfect. We loved the pools and the access to the beach. We loved our room. We had our dog with us and she was warmly welcomed. I would choose the Betsy Hotel every single time I am in Miami. We were so sad to leave and we can't wait to go back.
