Beyond our expectations!
Our stay at The Betsy was perfect from the start. We arrived around 2 PM and had a wonderful lunch at the hotel restaurant. Paul, the concierge, met us as soon as we were seated and I have to say he made our time here at The Betsy an amazing stay. The hotel has so much to offer and we wish we had planned to stay longer. We had an opportunity to meet the owners of the hotel and two of their fur babies the morning we checked out. We will be back!!!

Always a special stay
A special thank to Gabriella, Ginevra, Jasima, Juan, Evan for the very pleasant stay! it is our third time at The Betsy and always a special place! thank you all. We have also bought Rosa's fisrt day as Ceo book to make charity thanks to Rosa and Betsy!

Fantastic Hotel
Once again I spent serval weeks at the Betsy Hotel. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere, with art, music, exhibitions. The Betsy Hotel has a warm and welcoming vibe! The service is outstanding, excellence from the first step to the last. A lot of attention to small details, the service is more than 5 stars. I thank the whole team. Especially the front desk with Fritzner and Gabi- the entry with Juan, Evans and Fritz- the roof top with Gustavo and Digna- the bar with Adrian, Josh, Robert, Eddi, Darwin, Catherine, Genevieve, Carmen- the concierge with Paul and all the others of the whole team. Thank you very much!!! You all made my stay extremely special and extraordinary. I highly recommend the Betsy Hotel.

Amazing experience with Carmen and the rooftop bar at The Betsy
Carmen at the rooftop bar was THE BEST!! She made the most amazing drinks and gave us so much useful advise on things to do. She really made our day! Thank you Carmen and The Betsy!!

Helpful bartender
Carmen helped us with our food and travel questions. Very helpful and honestly made my trip 100 times better, food tasted amazing aswell and the pina-coladas were crazy good. Definitely would come back and hopefully I see Carmen again.
