Cool & Easy vibes at the Betsy
I have had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Betsy…. Such a chill spot with cool SOBE vibes. Your staff have all been amazing and so accommodating especially George at the Front Desk who ensured my room was perfect, the Bell hops Fritz and Juan who even held my pup while I organized myself and hopped in Ubers. They all convinced me to stay an extra night here too. I have been travelling with my new puppy and everyone’s shown her so much affection and attention with lots of extra cookies to boot. Can’t wait to visit again! I so appreciate the Betsy team!

Fritzner at The Betsy Hotel South Beach so kindly extended my checkout time due to my daughter’s unexpected illness at no added charge! His professionalism speaks volumes! The Betsy is THE BEST hotel in South Beach! (stayed 3x at boutique and corporate) The Betsy offers the most incredible guest experience in terms of exquisite and classy ambiance, attentive genuine customer service, superior cleanliness, perfect amenities, affordable dining, including free live nightly entertainment, free umbrella and chairs. ( You truly don’t need a rental car) The evening hotel manager/concierge was very genuine and kind checking in with me each day my daughter was ill. Don’t hesistate BOOK TODAY!

Phenomenal Experience at The Betsy Ross!
It was a phenomenal experience staying at the Betsy! The hotel ambiance was lovely. The staff was welcoming. Evens and Fritzney were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend the Betsy Ross to my friends and anyone visiting Miami Beach and we intend to return.

The Betsy Hotel and its staff have been an absolute delight. The atmosphere with its eclectic art collection and beautiful surroundings have been perfect. The food is fantastic and Jose was an impeccable server. I will definitely be back!
