Amazing service at the Besty
We had an incredible experience with Juan at The Betsy Hotel. Even though we were not guests of the hotel, he kindly helped store our bags for us and truly went above and beyond to make our day easier. His professionalism, generosity, and willingness to help left a lasting impression on us. Because of Juan’s exceptional service, we will absolutely be staying at the hotel on our next vacation. Excellent stay. We were disappointed that our room was ADA type and not what pictured on website. Everything else has been great. Big shoutout to Juan. He greeted us, took our bags, gave us complimentary drink, gave us a tour, and greeted us with engaged passion and care for us. His behavior and actions were truly refreshing and honorable.
