Loved our stay at the Betsy! Brought my mom for a mother daughter stay in south beach! Lovely hotel that felt like family from the start! George at the front desk was so nice and welcoming! You get bubbles and everyone so helpful and attentive! We had a cute little room with a balcony - beds so comfy! Morning yoga with Benjamin was amazing and he’s so amazing to start your day at 7.30 on the rooftop! Juan helped us with all our luggage (including golf clubs:) with a smile! Paul at concierge was amazing! He can make anything happen and will point you in the right direction! Overall the most amazing stay! Every time you called for anything they said “consider it done” and always delivered! Thank you all for a wonderful stay! We will definitely be back! Love Linda

Unique stay in South Beach
We had a lovely stay at The Betsy. The quiet and convenient location on South Beach is a gem hotel. The rooms are charming, and the museum of photography within the hotel is truly amazing! This is a unique stay for anyone. George Fritz at hotel checkin/out was professional and very helpful.

Excellent food, service and charming hotel
We loved this quaint hotel and enjoyed the decor AND staff. Our meals outside added to the experience as we enjoyed the warm weather and excellent food. One of your staff, Fritz was especially helpful and friendly. He made us feel at home and well cared for as he assisted us with baggage, answered our questions and ensured our safety. (I am handicap and he went out of his way to ensure ai did not fall).

Hidden Gem in South Beach
Delightful stay! Visited during the food and wine festival, hotel was buzzy with excellent ambiance and beautiful piano music. Room was extremely spacious, with a gorgeous view of the pool. Every single member of the staff is diligently helpful and incredibly friendly. I will surely come again!!
