The Betsy - South Beach

The hotel is PERFECT!!! The atmosphere is perfectly light and we loved it. The room was the Royal Suite and it was perfect, the bathroom was amazing and the bed was very comfortable and very clean. Our room was in the front of the hotel, second floor, but still we hardly heard any noise from dowstairs or from the street. What I absolutley loved the most was THE STAFF!!! Everyone was the best!! The front desk employee who cheked us in, I didnt get the name, but he speaks three languages, was very polite and charming, we knew there our stay was foing to be a good one. The man who took us to the room, also amazing service. Fritz took the time to teach us how to get to the gym 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 wich we also loved. Juan was very polite. The restaurant staff were all very attentive and polite. Your employees made the hotel look and feel all the best!!!! 5 stars to all of them! We will return!! There was one minor issue that I will mention for feedback, but it did not influence negatively our stay….. the smell or perfume odor on our hallway was too strong maybe a little less would be amazing!! We liked the scent but is was too strong.

What a wonderful stay again hosted by a team of caring and long tenured individuals. Paul and Art as concierges advised very well and made everybody feel at home. Gustavo and Darwin at the rooftop upper pool attentively took great care of all of us. Juan made sure it all flows smoothly from the car upon arrival and all the way back when we departed. Barbara and Sheila have been our proactice waiters for breakfast securing our large group got it all at the same time and as configured no matter how complex the wish was.

Great service, great foot, and great pool deck and drinks! Also the live music in the lobby was amazing and worth sticking around for. Staff was some of the nicest people I’ve interacted with. Shout out to Juan for his awesome service!

To everyone who has the heart opened. It's just a poetic Sunday in Betsy Hotel, where the words weave the soul or vice and versa...

Great experience, the staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The yoga at 7:30 everday was a really nice treat. We loved the rooftop pool and the decor was fun and beautiful. The books and library were such a nice feature scattered around the hotel. We also want to give a special shout out to Juan & Evens who really helped us feel welcomed and were very accommodating with our movements and Ray (our server at LT but true artist!) for making our friends dinner a great memory. I would def recommend LT's miami spice menu as well! We'll be back.
