Wow! Gabriel our waiter made the experience just unreal. We laughed and ate so much! Belly and heart full. He also told us the history and about the owners of the Betsy hotel (it’s attached) I will be back! PIZZA SO CRISPY AND YUMMY

Excellent Hotel
The Betsy Hotel definitely gives a five star experience for a hotel that is rated a four star the ambience the atmosphere the piano playing the concierge Paul top-notch the bartender Gigi and Bohdan simply amazing. Great location on Ocean Drive. Highly recommended. I was here with out-of-town guests that I told to stay here. As I am a Miami Beach local. Top notch!!

The Alley restaurant at The Betsy is a Must!
My new favorite dinner spot is at The Alley pizza spot at The Betsy Hotel. This pizza is seriously good. So are their drinks, salads, charcuterie, and desserts. My favorite drink is the orange margarita, any pizza combination will be amazing especially topped off with their infused olive oil, I am also a big fan of the soft serve and bananamisu! Every time I go there I feel a familial welcome from all of the staff. They all know me by name and always make me feel comfortable and at home. Starting with Amy, she is so sweet, energetic, and hospitable. We have had different servers there like Daniel, Gaby, Will, and Taymi. Both chefs always smile when we come in and Victor the other manager is always so happy and welcoming as well! I can’t wait to try the other restaurant at The Betsy soon as well!

Great location and server!
We ate at The Alley pizzeria. Our server, Dani, was outstanding! He made our first dining experience at The Alley an amazing one. His suggestions were on point! The pizza we ordered was flavorful and not greasy at all. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the thin pizza dough. Without a doubt, we will definitely be returning!

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach.
Staying at The Betsy hotel in the heart of South Beach is the perfect way to start the new year. It's a lovely boutique hotel with an amazing staff that treats its guest wonderfully. The heart of the hotel is the lounge located in the front lobby. We spent most of our evenings there enjoying the live music and mingling with the other guests of the hotel. Our server extraordinaire Pam was amazing! Her infectious smile made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. We never had to ask her for a cocktail or to refill our popcorn; she was always checking in on us and make sure we were having a great time. We had an issue early on with our room and the hotel took care of it immediately. We strongly recommend The Betsy and cannot wait to come back next year.
