A wonderful stay, will definitely return.
We stayed for 3 nights. Check in/out was easy, staff is very friendly, especially Juan who helped us with our luggage and greeted us every time he saw us on premises. We had a wonderful experience at The Alley, the pizza was very good and our waitress Taymi was great, she served us ice cream from La Ventanita next door when we told her we were going to wait in line for it after our dinner. Our room was very clean and amenities were nice. Overall a fabulous stay.

The best hotel
The betsy is fantastic! Love going with my family. Art, the concierge, is one of my favorite people at The Betsy. Along with Fritz and Juan. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we will always come back. Art was extremely helpful and has made us feel so at home.

Your favourite restaurant’s favourite restaurant
The Betsy is the best place to be in Miami Beach. A real family establishment, and dog friendly too! The food is 10/10 and the team are even better still! I have been visiting Miami every year for years now, and no trip here is complete without at least a few visits to the Betsy restaurant! Our lunch today is the third meal we have had here in 24 hours, and we aren’t even staying here 😂 All the team are so lovely and charming, and Ray has made our lunch today so great! I can’t wait to come back, literally tomorrow morning for breakfast.

Great service
Fritz was amazing! From our first meeting upon arrival, he made sure to acknowledge us every time we returned to the hotel. Rooftop pool and bartenders were all great. Convenient for restaurants and shopping.
