Excellent stay. We were disappointed that our room was ADA type and not what pictured on website. Everything else has been great. Big shoutout to Juan. He greeted us, took our bags, gave us complimentary drink, gave us a tour, and greeted us with engaged passion and care for us. His behavior and actions were truly refreshing and honorable.

I absolutely loved my stay! The welcome was excellent, including the concierge’s helpful tips. The rooftop pool is fabulous and the dinner was excellent. The poke bowl and the desert were both recommended by my great waiter Carlos and were perfect choices for me. The room is great - well designed and the entire hotel is thoughtfully decorated. Highly recommend

Miami Betsy Stay & F1 weekend!

We had an amazing experience at the Betsy for the F1 Miami Grand Prix weekend. Everyone was incredibly nice and made it easy to travel with an infant. They were super accommodating from breakfast to cocktails and beyond. The rooftop pool is top notch and Josh was an amazing host for us up there. Would recommend the Betsy and its history to anyone traveling to Miami! 15/10 rating!
