Awesome South Beach Boutique Hotel
The Betsy is a lovely, well located gem just a little bit outside of the craziness of Ocean Drive. The room was beautifully appointed, the decor in the common areas was funky and cool, and the service was exceptional (especially Juan, Mark, Cecilia, and George). Access to the beach was easy and the hotel provided towel towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. I had breakfast there and dinner at their affiliated pizzeria, and both meals were outstanding. Rating it four instead of five stars because the fitness center was in need of updating (2/3 of the bikes were broken) and it would’ve been nice to have some drink service on the beach. That said, would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it if you are looking for a unique South Beach stay in a more intimate setting.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful and the staff was so helpful and quick to help with any questions I had. The food was delicious…I had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. George at the front desk was such a pleasure to work with! I will definitely recommend the Betsy and come back again!!!

Highly recommend this absolute gem of a hotel
Perfect location, wonderful atmosphere, absolutely delicious food and the most attentive service made this the ideal hotel for a meet up with my friends. We traveled from all over to spend a few days here catching up. This hotel has multiple spaces to dine, hang and connect. The art and music elevates the experience and we could not have had a better time. Rooms are so clean and well appointed - will definitely be back!

Tonight We had dinner at the Betsy hotel . We were fortunate to be served by Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable , polite, kind and made our dinner experience the most enjoyable . We thank Alex and wish him lots of success in this field and the others.

Here for a friend 50th birthday party GUSTAVO was absolutely wonderful. You have a very good employee one of the
GUSTAVO absolutely made my trip. He was the most pleasant, accommodating gentlemen we were here for a friend’s 50th birthday party and he went out of his way to make everything extra special and was so accommodating and attentive to our needs even though we didn’t even ask he was just on top of everything couldn’t ask for a better bartender/Concierge here. I travel for work and I’m out of town all over the country and GUSTAVO was very impressive.
