The best part of the Betsy is the friendly and helpful staff. From the housekeeping staff to the bartenders, this staff is outstanding. Highlights are the concierge is knowledgable and goes above and beyond helping with planning. The restaurant is the best steak house on Miami Beach. The Betsy is a great place to enjoy music, food and art, and all the things that make us human. Expect no more…this is happiness.

The Betsy! The Best! The only Place to be on Ocean Drive! From the moment we arrived, the service was spot, friendly! Fritz brought us welcome wine and greeted us with big smiles and directions daily! Juan took care of us every day in every way! Our friend Art, directed our activity, fun, and food with finesse! All services make you feel at home immediately and special always! Can’t wait to return!

Amazing service and a good ambiance.
We always come to The Betsy whenever we visit Miami. We had a pleasure to have a few drinks and bite at the lounge and thanks to the cocktail server Pamela we had an unforgettable experience from start to finish ! She’s very positive and understanding and she give extra personal care to each of her tables . Thank you Pamela ! We will be back soon !

Beautiful Hotel right on South Beach
We love this hotel in Miami, great friendly staff who want you to enjoy every part of your stay. Thank you Josh for fantastic service at both the bar and the roof top pool, Juan was a smiling face to welcome you as soon as you enter the hotel and Chris for great service at the Reception desk. We are looking forward to our next stay very soon!
