The Betsy is hands down the absolute best place to stay in South Beach. Perfectly positioned with direct beach access, it’s just a short walk from the Art Deco Historic District, Lincoln Road Mall, and incredible local dining, making the entire trip effortless. Stepping inside feels like slipping behind a velvet curtain into a completely different world of quiet elegance and artistic soul. It offers remarkable value for a luxury property, matched by service that is consistently warm and attentive. A special shout-out to George and Juan, whose exceptional hospitality made us leave thinking, “I definitely want to come back.”

The Betsy hotel face me exactly what I needed, the hotel is perfect the location is great, the pool and the beach is wonderful and the stuff were excellent! Fritz and the guys from the front desk

Great place
I loved this place. One caveat, It doesn’t feel luxurious or five stars, in that sense it could be better. But, the atmosphere, art, all the small details, the service, all great. A place I’ll definitely repeat. The morning yoga classes, piano at night, the library!, all great as well. The gym could be better. Regarding the decor, I loved the room’s style (I was in the original building) but it definitely needs a restoration keeping its design DNA. I still rank it top because it has a great vibe and I got a wonderful time.

Fantastic stay @ The Betsy Southbeach
We had an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish at the Betsy. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to George, whose warm welcome and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. A big thank you as well to Tanya our valet, who always had our car ready quickly with a smile, and to Fritz, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff made our stay truly memorable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience. Five stars all the way!

The Betsy is a one-of-a-kind experience!
The hotel was beautiful and such a treat compared to staying in a chain hotel. It was close to shops, great food, and the beach! They have great food and drink options available, relaxing pools, and helpful staff. Juan was especially helpful and gave us great advice about the area. Beautiful hotel & a great stay!
