Betsy Ross bar beautiful!
Visited the Betsy Ross bar on our 31st anniversary beautiful ambience and the trio of bartenders Carmen, Adrian and Pamela were amazing. Drinks were delicious and they surprised us with a beautiful dessert. Felt the love. Definitely come back every time.

A beautiful hotel and a comfortable stay.
Our stay couldn’t have been better. The hotel has a warm and charming ambiance. The art work lining the walls of all the hall, and even our suite, added to the ambiance. Our room, a two room balcony suite was very nice - comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff we interacted with couldn’t have been more accommodating. All in all it was an excellent stay. Our only complaint was the serpentine route we had to use to get to our room. The hotel is actually two buildings, connected by a hallway bridge on the third floor. When entering through the main entrance on Ocean Drive, we had to go to the third floor, walk to the second building, then take the elevator down to the second floor. An elevator on our floor did take us down to the Collins Avenue entrance, which was much easier.

Fantastic from arrival to departure. I stayed at The Betsy for this year’s holiday work retreat and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, a maintenance issue was handled promptly, and every meal was delicious. Special shoutout to Josh for making a fabulous daiquiri. I will absolutely be back.

Cozy & unique yet luxurious. An amazing stay always.
This was my 3rd time staying at The Betsy and truly, it sounds cheesy, feels so homey coming in. The property is beautiful, the location is amazing, but the hospitality from all their employees really top notch. Everything from the art, to the books, to the mention of the hotels dogs— it’s such a unique but luxurious stay right in south beach. Lots of great areas to do some work at if you’re working remotely as well. The breakfast every morning on the patio is such a nice way to start the day. Valeria was an amazing server. Can’t wait to be back soon!
