Carmen’s mojito is dangerously goooooood!
Carmen at The Betsy is a mixology magician. I ordered a mojito expecting the usual, and what I got was borderline illegal. Perfectly muddled mint, just the right punch of lime, and a rum balance that sneaks up on you in the best way. Pure perfection in a glass. If you're staying at The Betsy, do yourself a favor and let Carmen make you a mojito. Ten out of ten, would get dangerously delighted again.

Always love this place for a great cocktails and music. Carmen at the bar took care of us the last couple of times and she made my espresso martini with Whistle Pig Rye! So good I had two of them. And the food is amazing!!!

An Unforgettable Birthday Dinner
I celebrated my birthday here with my family, and we had an amazing experience! The food was spectacular, and the atmosphere and music created such a warm and welcoming ambiance. A special thank you to Oscar for his wonderful service. He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Celebrating my birthday here was the best decision! We had a beautiful evening and can’t wait to come back!

Outstanding service from the moment we arrived! Juan our bellhop was incredibly welcoming, handled our luggage with care and got us settled into our room in record time.
