The best hotel in ocean drive. Carmen at the bar is amazing.

Betsy Staff is World Class
The staff gets 5 stars! 🤩🤩 I have not been to a hotel in decades where I can name so many of the staff: the bar staff - Carmen, Bogdan, Adrien, Genevieve - all wonderful people, very personable with great stories. Carmen told me how to make an authentic dish and I'm heading home to do that! Genevieve and I cheered on the World Cup teams! Adrien and Dan make a fantastic Old Cuban. Juan was amazing taking care of all our needs every time we walked in the door. He recommended an excellent restaurant Oh Mexico and it was fantastic! The minus 1 star was for the person on staff at the front desk. I asked for turn down service while we were out for dinner and 3 hours later when we returned nothing happened. I approached him at the front desk and he said "you look mad, you're not going to yell at me". I don't think I looked mad and I don't yell. Very unfortunate interaction. I will return again to The Betsy as the staff, location and facilities earned it.

Service with Juan was fantastic. He gave great recommendations, while also being extremely helpful with whatever we needed. 10/10!

Fantastic Hotel and amazing restaurant
The LT Steak and Seafood restaurant at the Betsy Hotel is world class, the staff were amazing, a standout member was Jennifer who explained the exquisite menu and made recommendations which were delicious, thank you Jennifer.

Outstanding Service by Darwin and Digna!
Darwin and Digna provided outstanding service at the pool bar. They were friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!
