Betsy Hotel - Fabulous hotel!
The Betsy hotel staff was so good to our family. We had the best trip. Gus (at the rooftop pool) really went out of his way to make our kids feel special. I would highly recommend this hotel - perfect location and fun vibe.

A great 4 days on South Beach
Had a wonderful 4 days at the Betsy. All of the staff were exceptional. The rooftop pool was great, and I’d like to specially acknowledge Gus for going above and beyond with the service he provided. I look forward to staying here again!

Great location! Lively atmosphere at the bar/ beach areas. Rooms a little small with limited storage and getting ready space, a full length mirror would be great and less mini bar clutter on dresser. Clean and tidy. Some Noise from slamming doors below, which was reduced after we had flagged. George on reception was great!

Charming, elegant, friendly, and perfectly located
Hotel Betsy exceeded my expectations. It’s in the heart of Miami Beach, directly across from the beach, and feels charming, elegant, and welcoming from start to finish. The décor and artwork are beautifully curated, and the welcome drink at check-in was a lovely touch. Mark at the front desk and Fritz were both wonderful and made everything easy. I even met the owner—so kind and down to earth. Highly recommend—this is a must-stay in Miami Beach.
