Delightful
Stayed the night before a cruise. Great location along beach with close Starbucks. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms well appointed but smaller. Bar and restaurant on site were both good. Would stay here again but 2 downsides: rooftop pool was lacking and hotel layout was confusing. had to take an elevator to a bridge to another elevator ect. Would stay again

Luxurious hotel with personality and great staff
Absolutely lovely hotel. Sparkling clean and luxurious feeling with a bit more personality than the usual chains (gorgeous black and white photography). Staff were also universally attentive, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Hendrick and Juan who was an absolute charmer and very helpful with our bags.

Comfortable boutique stay with friendly staff
Gorgeous, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. George helped me at the front desk while I was visiting for my birthday last month and was able to accommodate me and get me checked in early, and Juan was kind enough to help me with my bags. The room itself and amenities are lovely and I really appreciated the slippers offered in room. Josh at the bar introduced me to a mezcal old fashioned and I’ll forever be appreciative - thank you! Perfect location for a solo trip and I loved the jazz in the lounge each night.

Perfect Stay at the Betsy!!!
Our stay was beyond wonderful! From the moment we arrived the bellman and front desk agent were so friendly and helpful. Fritzner at the front desk was so welcoming we knew our stay would be excellent. Our room was perfect and clean. The artwork throughout the hotel is really beautiful. I highly recommend the Betsy Hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Miami!

Wonderful hotel!
Wonderful stay at The Betsy! Staff were fabulous especially Fritzner, Evens and Hendrik! They really made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in Miami!
