The Betsy is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. It’s has an elegant and cultured vibe and the rooms although compact (we had a corner room) are well appointed and elegant. What marks the hotel out though, is its wonderful staff! George at front desk is brilliant and helped us fix an issue we had with the air con in the room. He also welcomed us with a big smile on the first day, making us feel at home! The whole front desk team was brilliant. We also were well looked after by Juan, who is a testament to the care and costumer focus of the hotel. He was simply brilliant and incredibly helpful and friendly. Thank you The Betsy for making this a wonderful stay. We will be back!

The best value on Ocean Drive
It was our second stay there ! One year later we could not wait for coming back ! I should say that the experience was even above ours expectations! Staff so kind, friendly and helpful ! Every one deserves a mention here! From our sweet Carolina with the best coffee in town to Darwin iconic bartender figure at the rooftop pool without forgetting Jose at the breakfast, Juan for the helpul service with the luggage and George at the front desk always ready to advise, help with endless kindness and smile. So yes the location, the design the ambiance are at high high level , a lot of hotels around there can say the same but this amazing and wonderful staff definitely makes the difference ! This is why we again and again can’t wait to come back! Same place same time! Thanks you guys !you are our family in Miami!!
