Truly Amazing Hotel
Fantastic unique historic hotel from the art lined hallways and gallery to the nightly live jazz music and beautiful pools and courtyard. The hotel ran like clockwork. Thanks to Paul, the concierge, and the professional, friendly staff. We even had the pleasure of talking to the owners who were there everyday. We were making plans to return on our way home.

Beyond our expectations!
Our stay at The Betsy was perfect from the start. We arrived around 2 PM and had a wonderful lunch at the hotel restaurant. Paul, the concierge, met us as soon as we were seated and I have to say he made our time here at The Betsy an amazing stay. The hotel has so much to offer and we wish we had planned to stay longer. We had an opportunity to meet the owners of the hotel and two of their fur babies the morning we checked out. We will be back!!!

Fantastic Hotel
Once again I spent serval weeks at the Betsy Hotel. A beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere, with art, music, exhibitions. The Betsy Hotel has a warm and welcoming vibe! The service is outstanding, excellence from the first step to the last. A lot of attention to small details, the service is more than 5 stars. I thank the whole team. Especially the front desk with Fritzner and Gabi- the entry with Juan, Evans and Fritz- the roof top with Gustavo and Digna- the bar with Adrian, Josh, Robert, Eddi, Darwin, Catherine, Genevieve, Carmen- the concierge with Paul and all the others of the whole team. Thank you very much!!! You all made my stay extremely special and extraordinary. I highly recommend the Betsy Hotel.
