The Betsy - South Beach

We’ve just had the most incredible stay at The Betsy. Genuinely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I work in travel and am lucky enough to stay in a lot of hotels! The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and has so much character, but what really made it special was the people. Everyone we met was so warm and friendly, from the cleaners and concierge team to the bar staff. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special mention has to go to George, who was just brilliant. So welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived, and he genuinely went above and beyond throughout our stay. He really made us feel looked after. We were there celebrating my girlfriend’s 40th birthday and the team very kindly upgraded us, which made the trip feel even more special. Everyone was so helpful and thoughtful throughout. And, of course, the beautiful Betsy dogs are a huge bonus! We absolutely loved our time here and were genuinely sad to leave. Amazing hotel, amazing people and such a special stay. We will 100% be back.

Fritz, Alex, Pam, Cecilia were outstanding! We’ve stayed all over Miami Beach and this is our new favorite. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you and talk soon.

It is always a joy to stay at The Betsy! My daughter and I treat ourselves to “The Betsy” as often as we can and here is why- Juan met us at the taxi and took our luggage inside while we dealt with the taxi driver. Once inside he provided us with water and alittle sparkling. He escorted us to our room providing information along the way. Just a very nice person! Next , shout out to Barbara and Cecilia in the dining room. I remembered Barbara from our last visit and met Cecilia on this trip. Both were very helpful in menu selections and very efficient. Genevieve surprised us with popcorn one afternoon while we were relaxing in the lobby and served us lunch by the pool the next day. Our last day is always alittle stressful dealing with Ubers, etc. - not to worry after putting it in Tanya’s hand. That umber whipped in where she told him too and she had us loaded up on on our way before I found my first nerve. Wish I’d gotten the name of the man who repeated had to bring ice, blankets etc to our room. Thank you. It’s because of all these wonderful people that we have found our happy place. And of course the hotel itself is incredible! Rooms are lovely, food is fab, pool is the best. Kinda wish I was Rosa, the dog

The Betsy Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and what really made it everything was the staff! From the check-in desk with Josimar, and Gy, to the daily assistance of Chris and Evan, along with the rooftop pool / bar - Gustavo, Digna. We couldn’t have been more happy with all the happy conversations (along with an entertaining and thoughtful experience with Fritznerp), and splendid service! Thank you so much to everyone who made my wife’s Birthday a truly memorable experience!

Amazing experience from start to finish. The reception desk staff George & Barbara, the concierge, Paul, and Juan the Bell man were all fantastic. Thank you. Can't wait to return.
