Fabulous Stay at The Betsy
We are returning customers & firstly would like to state we are lucky enough, now we have retired to travel a lot . What separates a good hotel from a great hotel is how they deal with an issue . On raising our issue with Hendrik the Hotel Manager he was fantastic at putting it right . The hotel has old school Hollywood glamour . If you are coming for a pool party don’t book in here. If you want the best cocktails in South beach , jazz music every night & attentive staff , get booking . The breakfasts are outstanding & special shout out to twinkling Shelia , great hostess. Would also like to thank Isabella for always being there to direct us & Juan & Fritz for help with bags . The art throughout the hotel is also brilliant, great Andy Sweet photography on display as well as other great pictures . We will be back!

Very nice hotel
We had a good stay at The Betsy. The location is great and quiet for Miami Beach, the “vibe” was excellent, the service was superb, the food at both restaurants was outstanding, the room was nice if small. I wanted to give it a 5 star review but there were two issues the preclude me giving that rating. Number one, the shower was really weak. The water at its hottest was not hot enough. I told them at the front desk but they were unable to correct it. The shower head doubled as a hand shower which was on something which would not allow it to spray the middle of the shower without holding it. And, it had no shower door and only an 18” piece of glass to keep the water off the floor. Secondly, it is extremely difficult to navigate the halls since its two old buildings made into one facility. After 3 nights there I still found it difficult to get around. All in all though, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Jennifer deserves a pay rise, It’s hard to find people like that
Absolutely unbelievable food. I had the 14oz New York Strip, cooked perfectly, and the Cuban flan was the ideal finish — rich and smooth. The service was the highlight. Jennifer was incredibly warm and friendly, and she even gave me great advice on what to do during my trip to Miami. She made the experience memorable. Highly recommend, I’ll definitely be back.

Perfect Patio Lunch
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a recent lunch on the Betsy front porch/patio. The atmosphere, food and service were perfect. The pop overs were an unbelievable treat - we are looking forward to returning.
