Juan and the entire staff, from the restaurant to the bar to the pool to the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay!
One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Such great atmosphere. We never wanted to leave the lobby. We ate breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed a nightcap at the bar each night. Service was amazing! Everyone was great, especially Juan! Location is fantastic and close to everything. Room was great too! It was so hard to leave!

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to and I’ve been too many in my 50 years of travel. The personalization and care that the staff have is beyond amazing. Juan, who cared for our luggage while we went to lunch, was so hard-working and kind to my family. It really meant something you can tell when people are authentic in their care and this place is it. Thank you Betsy Hotel team. We are coming back just to hang with you. My teenage boys and I don’t agree on much but we agree you were one of the best experiences we’ve had in our travels.

First time visiting the Betsy. Great stay. Food was excellent at the restaurant downstairs and the hotel staff were wonderful. Juan at the front door made sure we were always taken care of. We’ll be back!

The best
It has been an absolutely pleasure staying at the Betsy. The staff is amazing from when I got there to when I left! Roof top pool and the bar staff (Carmen,gustavo and digna) 100% would recommend and will be staying here again!
