I had such a great experience dining here, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Ray. From the moment we sat down, Ray was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine and professional at the same time. Ray’s positive attitude and attention to detail truly elevated the entire dining experience. The food was fantastic, but the exceptional hospitality is what will keep us coming back. If you visit, definitely ask for Ray — he’s the kind of server who turns a good meal into a memorable night.

Server Ray T was amazing and will keep us coming back. He was so funny and explained everything perfectly. The food was delicious in itself. Whenever you visit coming to this place is a must make sure to ask for Ray.

i had the opportunity to be served by Ray. he was so polite and explained the menu thoroughly. he was so funny and was truly a light to this experience. the food was so so yummy. my drink was always full and we were checked on regularly. highly recommend this place, and ask for Ray. ☺️

We had a wonderful time at the Betsy! Sitting on the front porch watching people walk by was one of our favorite things and we had so much fun at the pool with Gustavo and Carmen!

First time visiting The Betsy Hotel. My friends were staying there. The hotel is a gem in ocean drive. The band in the lobby bar on Saturday was amazing, the vibe is great. We checked out the pool, for the most delicious pina coladas I’ve ever had! 10/10 service from Carmen!! We all had a blast with her. Coming back soon!!!!
