The Betsy - South Beach

Josh was a great bartender, setting on rooftop bar was excellent! Josh gave some great recommendations on local hot spots to check out and was a lot of fun to chat with. Will definitely be back to see him tomorrow!

Great overall experience. Drinks were amazing and the staff was on point. Carmen was friendly and very attentive. The food is consistent as well as the service. My favorite SOBE bar.

We had a fantastic stay at The Betsy Hotel in South Beach on the two nights following our wedding in Miami. The location is perfect, right on Ocean Drive and steps away from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean and walk around the area. The hotel itself has a beautiful boutique feel with elegant decor and a relaxed atmosphere. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel luxurious but still welcoming. There was free jazz outside the hotel on the weekend we stayed and it was lovely to see some local musicians playing in the cool breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall experience felt very relaxing despite being in such a lively part of Miami. Juan was especially helpful with our luggage upon check-out. If you’re looking for a charming, upscale hotel close to the beach with great service and atmosphere, I highly recommend The Betsy.

Me and my friend we had great breakfast at the Betsy hotel last Saturday morning. Service by Joanny was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable, kind, attentive and gave me and my friend great suggestions what to order. My popover Benedict was delicious and so far it was best service experience during my Miami vacation. If you want to experience same, please ask for Joanny. Thank youuuu

The Betsy is our all time favorite-I’ve been meaning to share a review after our visits there last year. Starting off, the hotel is gorgeous and in the best location of South Beach. We flew in from Louisville, uber’d to The Betsy and never had to get in another car. We are number one fans of the best of The Betsy, Fritz Francois. He sets the whole tone-makes every guest feel SPECIAL with his smile and warmth, and he welcomed us back on our 2nd visit like we were old friends. He treated us with prosecco, sparkling waters and chocolates as we headed out to the beach-his hospitality cannot be beat. We love spending our days at the private beach area set-up, but we had the most fun back at The Betsy with favorite bartenders Gustavo and Digna at the rooftop pool, enjoying music in the lobby every evening, meeting Jonathon and seeing the goldens every day, eating the delicious popovers for breakfast that our favorite server Barbara turned us on to, and ending every night with Aleks helping us snag the coveted front porch chairs to enjoy a nightcap and the one-of-a-kind milk chocolate barretta. The history, art, books, culture, music and people that are The Betsy make this one of the most special places to stay anywhere in the world. We’ll be back soon this year!
