Happy anniversary to us!
My fiancé and I got engaged at the Betsy a year ago today, we came back to eat at LT to reminisce. Alexs made our night amazing - what a great server he was! such a pleasure. great conversationalist, great atmosphere, great food !perfect night for celebrating.

Genuine Care, Above and Beyond
Our stay was simply amazing. The staff overall were incredible. However, Fritzner, Evens, and Gi went above and beyond. I look forward to returning.

Special treatment for mini moon!
This was our second time visiting the Betsy, but this time for our mini moon. We chose to come back because of the gorgeous facilities and friendly staff. We checked in early for our mini moon and George at the front desk was amazing. I was unable to call ahead, but he was able to let us check in early and then when he found out it was our mini moon he graciously upgraded us to a Suite. Our time at the Betsy would have already been relaxing and unforgettable, but George made it all the more special. We are already planning our next trip back. Also, Fritz was great handling our bags as we checked out late and Carmen makes delicious drinks at the poolside bar and is a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend!
