Genevieve. The most incredible service member. She is so kind, genuine, bright, caring, and fun! Such a joy to be around. Beyond hospitable. The lobby is fab, rooms are perfect, everyone is BEYOND kind and genuinely helpful. Everything - room, bathroom, pool, hallways are all so clean. Housekeeping does a really good job. AND there are two hotel pups! Betsy and Daisy. Find them in the lobby - they love attention and new friends. So much bang for your buck at this hotel. And FIND GENEVIEVE!!!

Fantastic stay at The Betsy!
A truly incredible stay! The hotel is fantastic. The location and atmosphere are great. The staff is brilliant, super polite and attentive. Special shoutout to Cecilia, Juan, Art, and Gonzalo. They made us feel at home and helped us enjoy Miami to the fullest!

Josh at the lobby bar!!
Josh at the hotel bar in the lobby gave terrific service. He made food and drink recommendations that were excellent. He made our visit very enjoyable. He made us feel so welcomed and special. We will definitely return.

Can we clone the Betsey hotel and their staff
I wish I could replicate my stay at the Betsey at every hotel. The staff were excellent! Fritzner and Angel were helpful and Kelci found the missing package. Jennifer ( restaurant) was so lovely. My husband ate every meal at the hotel to practice his spanish conversation with her. Juan saved me after getting lost in the hotel. ( Honestly, I didn't mind, the artwork is beautiful, and there were so many good books to read)!
