Best hotel ever
We absolutely loved this hotel! It has a wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fritzner, Gustavo, Genavide, and Mariano were amazing and made our stay even more special. They provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at The Betsy Hotel, and I especially want to recognize the bellman who helped us during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s the little things and great service that really make a hotel stay memorable, and he definitely made a great impression on us. The Betsy is lucky to have someone who represents the hotel so well. Excellent service and hospitality — thank you for making our stay even better!

A unique hotel that feels like a home
Josh made our group of three some delicious cocktails. He was so attentive and caring. We felt really looked after and loved the well balanced drinks that he created. In general, this hotel has such a unique touch. From George who welcomed us to every member of the staff who has pointed us in the right direction or asked us how we are doing, this place is filled with a real love for the people who stay here. Can’t wait to come back.
