Betsy Ross - my happy place!
The Betsy is my happy place! I’ve been here many times and love it even more each time! Love the vibe, the food is fab, and the staff is the best! On this visit, a special thank you to Genevieve! She makes the best drinks and is an all around awesome person! She is a great Ambassador and her many recommendations were spot on! What a winner you have! I hope to see her here again next year! Best stay in Miami Beach
The Betsy South Beach is amazing. Art (concierge) is wonderful and Barbara in the LT Steak and Seafood restaurant made us feel at home. All of the staff is so attentive and ready to help when needed. We got to meet Betsy one morning on our way out, one of the highlights of our trip. The beach is a short walk away and the lively restaurants just down the street. If you prefer some quiet time relaxing in the rooftop pool or lobby of The Betsy is perfect where they have live music every evening. Thank you for making our family stay a great one.

A Stand-Out Hotel With Excellent Service
We had a great experience at The Betsy Hotel. The service is outstanding and the ambiance is warm, stylish, and comfortable. Art, the concierge, took our trip to a whole other level, steering us to local hotspots and superb restaurants. Once we said we wanted to do something, he arranged everything—restaurant reservations, experiences—making our stay feel like a real vacation. We highly recommend this hotel.

The Betsy is the best hotel experience my mom and I have ever had. We were welcomed with warmth and smiles, and the service was beyond excellent. We are so grateful to Fritz for making our experience memorable. He took great care in introducing us to our accommodations. Additionally, we were welcomed by George who met all of our requests with care and sincerity. In addition, all of the staff went above and beyond during our stay. Thank you to The Betsy!
