From the location - the quiet end of SoBe - to the beautiful rooms and atmosphere, The Betsy is stellar in every category. The live music, art on display in every corridor and daily events made it a lively cultural experience. Finally, the staff deserves the highest praise of all - at the front desk, in restaurants and bars, and of course the management - Gabriella, Josimar, Fritz, Juan, George, Gustavo and Rene - thank you all for making each day perfect.

We had such a great experience at The Betsy, and we especially wanted to recognize Jennifer, Cecilia, Sheila, Valeria and Jorge. They were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our time there. They always made sure we had everything we needed and were genuinely so pleasant every time we interacted with them. Their service felt very personal and thoughtful, and they made our mornings at the restaurant even more enjoyable. It really makes a difference when you have staff who are not only professional, but also genuinely warm and caring with guests. Fantastic unique historic hotel from the art lined hallways and gallery to the nightly live jazz music and beautiful pools and courtyard. The hotel ran like clockwork. Thanks to Paul, the concierge, and the professional, friendly staff. We even had the pleasure of talking to the owners who were there everyday. We were making plans to return on our way home.

The hotel was cozy specially the piano performance was wonderful And really appreciate an amazing employee Mr Fritz who was very friendly and very helpful.
