A wonderful experience
Our experience at The Betsy was enhanced by our bellman, Juan. What a great guy! He’s friendly, always had a smile on his face and he was just a happy man! He made us smile too. He was so efficient and helpful. He’s a great asset to the hotel.

The "5 Star" Betsy Hotel
Our stay was excellent, Mark Murray who greeted us taking our luggage started the experience at The Betsy and it went up from their! Josh the bartender to the manger George all made us feel special. Already planning our trip for 2027! Love South Beach when we stay at The Betsy!!

excellent service especially Fritz did an outstanding Job Bar tender was not very friendly though but Fritz made definitly up for it

Josh gave us the best experience! From highly recommended plates to wine pairing and things to do once you e experienced everything at The Betsy, can’t recommend this place enough! Oh, and the 3 pups are the the reason we boomed this beautiful place. HIGHLY recommend
