August Birthday 2026
We had an amazing dinner @ The Betsy South Beach. The dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection. Our server Oscar was exceptional. He was very attentive and always had a smile. There were 2 people celebrating bdays in the group and he provided us 5-different desserts to help celebrate the nite. He went above and beyond. The entire staff was pleasant as well. It was priceless. I highly recommend the restaurant and always ask for Oscar!

Make Sure You’re in Main Building
Try to get a room in the main bldg because I’m in the annex and it is a very very long walk to my room involving two elevators and two hallways to reach a square room with a bathroom that was quite pricey. And quite bare.

A Beautiful Hotel with an Amazing Staff and Special Atmosphere
We had a wonderful stay at The Betsy. The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to mention Gabrielle at the front desk, as well as Kelsy, Juan, and Evens. Adrien at the bar and Valeria at the restaurant were also wonderful. I have to mention them by name because they really made a difference during our stay! The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. We also loved how art is such an important part of the hotel, with photographs and books everywhere. The piano in the lobby creates a very special atmosphere and gives the hotel so much character. My only small criticism is that the water in the rooftop pool could have been a little cleaner. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Great Stay! Highly Recommend
It was a great experience. Juan was extremely helpful when we checked in and provided us with great energy throughout the entirety of our stay. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. Huge shoutout to Art as he helped me plan my proposal at the hotel in the weeks leading up to our stay
