Josh gave us the best experience! From highly recommended plates to wine pairing and things to do once you e experienced everything at The Betsy, can’t recommend this place enough! Oh, and the 3 pups are the the reason we boomed this beautiful place. HIGHLY recommend

Mark Murray is the best!!!
Of all of the employees at the hotel, Mark the Bellman was by far the nicest, most helpful and most sincere. Is the chaos of the lobby on Easter Sunday with guests coming and going, Mark saw we standing there with multiple bags and jumped into action. He stored our bags, making the process very straightforward and easy. He also called a taxi and later helped us locate an item at the lost and found. After three days at the hotel he is the only employee that left a lasting impression. I will also add that the reception was very helpful.

Great stay at the Betsy
Perfect location for anyone interested in the South Beach scene and Art Deco architecture. Across from the beach with a rooftop pool and a deck overlooking the ocean. Food was very good in the lobby restaurant, as were the drinks. Juan the bellman at the front desk puts hospitality first and is always doing his best to take care of guests. Great stay!
