Love Tge Betsy and the staff!
I cannot say enough about this perfectly appointed hotel. It feels like a home away from home. The staff are amazing…. We had a fun night sitting at the bar with Genevieve making great cocktails and keeping us entertained! Gustavo at the rooftop was also fun…taking great care of all of the guests. We can’t wait to come back! It will become an annual getaway for us!

This is our fifth visit to The Betsy Hotel, and we truly cannot imagine staying anywhere else. From its unbeatable location to the exceptional level of service, The Betsy is truly a gem. What makes this hotel so special is the incredible staff. Every team member is friendly, professional, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making each guest feel welcome and cared for. They go above and beyond to make every stay memorable, and we are so grateful for the way they consistently make our visits feel perfect. Juan, in particular, is outstanding. He is always ready to assist with anything we need ...helping with luggage, checking in to make sure we are comfortable, and greeting us with a warm smile and handshake every time we come and go. Fritz is equally kind and welcoming, and another wonderful example of the exceptional hospitality The Betsy provides. We love this hotel so much that every time our Uber pulls up upon arrival, we look at each other and say, “We’re home.” That feeling says everything about how special this place truly is.

New Favorite stay in Miami Beach!
The location was perfect for the Air Show. The room is completely comfortable and the lobby bar was perfect. The live music was always entertaining and lively. Food and service in the LT restaurant is always great. Shout out to our favorite friendly and professional staff members- Josimar at the front desk and the ever friendly and helpful Evens. They showed exemplary customer service upon our arrival and also as we departed. We will most definitely be back for another visit!
