Tonight We had dinner at the Betsy hotel . We were fortunate to be served by Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable , polite, kind and made our dinner experience the most enjoyable . We thank Alex and wish him lots of success in this field and the others.

Here for a friend 50th birthday party GUSTAVO was absolutely wonderful. You have a very good employee one of the
GUSTAVO absolutely made my trip. He was the most pleasant, accommodating gentlemen we were here for a friend’s 50th birthday party and he went out of his way to make everything extra special and was so accommodating and attentive to our needs even though we didn’t even ask he was just on top of everything couldn’t ask for a better bartender/Concierge here. I travel for work and I’m out of town all over the country and GUSTAVO was very impressive.

Home Away from Home
Back in cold NY but still basking in the warmth of being at The Betsy. Our fourth stay and as always better with each visit. George and Josiemer at the front desk took care of us from check-in to check-out. They anticipated our every need and provided incredible service. They made us feel part of the Betsy family. Wherever we turned there was utmost attention. It was wonderful to be remembered by Fritz. His warm smile greeted us each morning, his watchful eye made sure we had all we needed at our fingertips. Evers, Mark and Ansel made every move easy and delightful. Our room was perfect, lighting, linens, toiletries, TWO magnifying mirrors and a perfect collection of books for bedtime reading. It's home away from home. We're already dreaming of our return!

Hosted a conference for about 70 people. Staff was attentive and accommodating, food was the jazz music.
Food, rooms, staff, all excellent. Location speaks for itself and very much Appreciate Mark, Juan and Kelsy accommodating our extra stay!
