You made one man’s father very happy.
Angel at the Front Desk, Juan one of the Valets, and the entire staff at LT were fantastic. I brought my dad to The Betsy a few months after his wife / my mom passed away. He’s 87. The hotel’s owner who has just the most fabulous photos throughout and collections of books, clearly has a similar place in his heart for his own father, a 3x finalist for the Pulitzer. It was a special stay.

The Alley
We ate at The Alley the night of Jan. 15. It was fantastic! The pizza crust was delicious and chewy. The topping options were unique. Taymi was our waitress. She was very nice and attentive. She gave a great beer recommendation! The atmosphere is very intimate and comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you!

Great cocktail experience
Just had a fabulous time at the cocktail bar in The Betsy . Genevieve serves the best cosmopolitans you’ve ever tasted and throws herself into making everyone’s experience the most enjoyable it can be . She lights up the bar ! The bar snacks are delicious and would highly recommend.

The Betsy South Beach’s best
The best part of the Betsy is the friendly and helpful staff. From the housekeeping staff to the bartenders, this staff is outstanding. Highlights are the concierge is knowledgable and goes above and beyond helping with planning. The restaurant is the best steak house on Miami Beach. The Betsy is a great place to enjoy music, food and art, and all the things that make us human. Expect no more…this is happiness.

The Betsy! The Best! The only Place to be on Ocean Drive! From the moment we arrived, the service was spot, friendly! Fritz brought us welcome wine and greeted us with big smiles and directions daily! Juan took care of us every day in every way! Our friend Art, directed our activity, fun, and food with finesse! All services make you feel at home immediately and special always! Can’t wait to return!
