The Betsy - South Beach

The LT Steak and Seafood restaurant at the Betsy Hotel is world class, the staff were amazing, a standout member was Jennifer who explained the exquisite menu and made recommendations which were delicious, thank you Jennifer.

Darwin and Digna provided outstanding service at the pool bar. They were friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you both for the excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

This was our second time staying and would absolutely go back again! The food is the best on South Beach - best pizza, best sushi, best steak, best ceviche, everything is delicious. It’s right across the street from the beach and you have access to free beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. We traveled with my 3 year old niece and they catered to her. Fritz was lovely with her and supplied her with water and apples for the beach, which she loved! And also made sure that she met Betsy, the golden retriever. Mark helped us with an easy checkin and check out. And Juan made sure our bags were taken to the right room, even when we had to switch rooms, and ensured we made our taxis on time. We would come back just to say hello to those 3! The staff really makes the experience that much better.

Juan and the entire staff, from the restaurant to the bar to the pool to the front desk, went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. Such great atmosphere. We never wanted to leave the lobby. We ate breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed a nightcap at the bar each night. Service was amazing! Everyone was great, especially Juan! Location is fantastic and close to everything. Room was great too! It was so hard to leave!
