I came with my family today, I was a bit worried since I usually don’t like to try new drinks. However, Katherine recommended some and I loved them! It was made by Adrian who came to the table to make sure I liked the drink which was so nice of him as I didn’t expect such service! I asked for the same drink as soon as I finished! Great service from both !

Amazing service and atmosphere. Katherine was my server and I could not ask for a better service. She was attentive, came by regularly to check how we were doing, and she was also great in recommending. Will definitely come back!

Katherine and Adrian are the best
Great food and drinks. I got a Burger recommended by Katherine and I loved it. I also got the crispy calamary. She also suggested a dessert drink. The bartender Adrian made my family and myself a drink that tasted like coffee but it also has alcohol. I am not sure the name but it was really good. Katherine and Adrian made my experience very pleasant.

SPECTACULAR!! Starting with a warm welcome from Juan. Super attentive and enthusiastic about our stay. The Betsy is such a unique gem.. The art, vibe and ambiance is amazing. Art the concierge is a true class act.. his hospitality and knowledge of South Beach is fantastic. We enjoyed the most delicious breakfast every day of our stay and had the privilege to have Joanny be a part of our day. She is an absolutely wonderful! The ROOFTOP bar and pool!!! WOW! Josh and Gustavo are a blast, great drinks, conversation and vibe is super welcoming… We had an amazing time The Betsy is our one and only spot to stay, and the staff is the heart and soul of this property.

Everything about the Betsy is superb! The food and vibe is amazing. But the staff is what makes it so special. Rene has treated us like family since we first started coming. Juan and Fritz greet you at the door with a smile. Gustavo at the pool bar makes the best drinks and is so wonderful. I’ve never experienced customer service like this ever! It’s truly exceptional!!
