Lovely stay!
Loved our stay at The Betsy, such a gorgeous hotel right on the front of Miami Beach. Staff were amazing and so friendly, special shoutout to Juan and Pam who were so lovely and super helpful. Only complaint was that the room had a strong smell of damp, which stayed on my clothes. But other than that, definitely recommend this beautiful hotel!

The best girls trip weekend!
I genuinely had the most lovely time - I haven’t stopped talking about it to friends and family since I got home. The staff were the highlight - above and beyond. Special thank you to Juan who helped with my luggage, Evens who welcomed us to our room, and the young woman at the front desk who upgraded and accommodated us so fabulously. We will absolutely be back.

The food was and atmosphere was amazing! Our server Aleks was also wonderful! He made excellent recommendations for dinner, sides and drinks. He was spot with all of his suggestions! I loved the branzino and my husband’s NY strip was cooked to perfection! Thank you for a wonderful evening! We can’t wait to return!

Great experience, incredible service!
Fritz (the bellman) was a wealth of knowledge about the history and unique experience that the hotel provides. The art,photos, music, writers, poetry and performances in the lounge add so much character and make very special. The Betsy is an incredible hotel with so much history and everyone there is so friendly and helpful. We had a great experience.
