It’s been the ultimate “silver lining” staying at The Betsy nearly every seven weeks when I fly to Miami to see a specialist for my medical need. Yes, when one arrives, I’ve watched, and consistently, each guest of The Betsy, upon their arrival until their departure, is treated like royalty in the most kind and caring way! I felt this the VERY FIRST time I stayed at The Betsy and that was in July ‘24. I’m a woman with exceedingly high expectations and each member of The Betsy “family” goes far beyond my hopes and dreams! There are so many hotels one could choose but, trust me, THE BETSY is where you should stay! I cannot speak highly enough about each and every single member of the staff! Family owned and managed by such a wonderful husband and wife and son, with their sole intent that all their guests have a perfectly wonderful Betsy experience! On this particular stay I was so touched to find a bouquet of flowers in MY room, along with a bottle of champagne! Paul Dreco, concierge, made my day! Actually, I could list numerous examples how the servers ( Jose’, Nathan, Cesar and their manager, Rene’ ) cater to me and all at their outstanding restaurant. The Betsy lobby has the loveliest setting with such impressive daily jazz music and more. The bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and even a scrumptious Betsy burger with amazingly delicious truffle fries and much more! Genevieve, Jorge, Adrian and others!!! are so warm and welcoming AND attentive and are so very creative in mixing the most refreshing cocktails expressly to suit your taste!!The hotel has two glorious pools, one on the first floor, with beautiful orchids growing on their trees! Another pool is on their roof top overlooking the city of Miami! A bar there, as well, with Gustavo and Digna and others that see their sole purpose is to make you glad that you came to their rooftop pool! Art galore is scattered throughout the Betsy as well, there is a library! The owners truly appreciate culture and art and want it to be a part of your uniquely special Betsy Experience! When entering the Betsy, expect to fall in love with the bellhops! Juan, Fritz, Evan and others are such gentleman with such generous hearts. At check in, hopefully you’ll have the opportunity to meet EVERYONE who works there! I cannot tell you how warm and welcoming each of them are to all their guests. I see it because I’m revisiting the Betsy every seven weeks! Hendrik, Kelsey and others whose names are not in my head at this very moment ( but in my heart always ) will remind you why you chose to stay at this very special hotel. The beach, the shops, the art deco that surrounds the Betsy make it the ideal location. Dine at their top LT Steak restaurant on their inviting porch or in their lovely dining room. I could go on and on and on!!! The Betsy has truly become my home away from home. I know that you will never regret staying at The Betsy! It is my “ silver lining” and because of the owners and entire staff, I actually forget that I am in Miami to receive medical treatment!

What a beautiful and friendly boutique hotel! I had lunch up at the LT Steak Bar and not only was the food exceptional, Robert the bartender was a total pro and took great care of me. I also happened to meet Charlotte, on the hotel managers and had a great conversation with her. If you’re looking for that high-touch, boutique and family-owned hotel experience in the heart of South Beach, The Betsy is your place.

Great experience, great place. It was an incredible Southbeach vibe hôtel. The pools and rooftop bar are great. The hôtel deco with all these art pieces is impressive. Kudos to Geneviève, great person and bartender.
