The location was right in front of Miami Beach, it was beautiful and on the rooftop you could see the water. The atmosphere was very peaceful and fancy. The rooms were very large, and it fit all 5 of us. It was very clean. There wasn’t really any noise that was irritating. The service was amazing, especially from Juan. He offered to help us with a lot of things and that was much appreciated. The amenities were good too.

Best Hotel on South Beach
We enjoyed our time at the Betsy very much. Juan and Fritz were very helpful with our bags and with ensuring our room requests were fulfilled. Such as but not limited to bringing ice buckets to our room and helping us with room changes when the rooms we were staying in had ceiling leaks and AC issues. Jamar also was very helpful at the front desk when dealing with the two room changes we made as a result of those issues. He made it seamless and was helpful in making our experience a positive one. During meals at the LT Restaurant we had tremendous service from Barbara on multiple occasions. During the day, Genevieve was great at the bar as well as the one morning we decided to eat at the tables by the bar instead of in the restaurant. At night, katherine was great at the bar and made our pre and post dinner cocktail experience seamless by remembering our drink orders and checking in with us as our drinks got low. Lastly, Rene did an amazing job at giving us recommendations on restaurants and activities to do during our stay. We will definitely be back

Perfection
Jennifer was attentive, knowledgeable, and made some amazing recommendations. My wife had the red snapper, and I had the filet. Filet was cooked perfectly and was seasoned just right. Ordered it medium rare, and it was medium rare. Piano player was great and added to the atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place and to ask for Jennifer!
