Amazing service from everyone
I had such a great experience here! My servers Katherine and Nathan, and bartenders Adrian and Robbie were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcomed throughout our entire visit. The service really stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. The manager Ever came to our table as well which was super nice of him. Everyone was so kind and professional. I would definitely come back again!

Best place to celebrate your birthday
I went for my birthday and it was the best decision! At first, I did not know what I wanted from the menu but my server Katherine surprised me bringing different options. Nathan also served my table and gave option ideas. I do not drink often so I did not know what to choose to drink either and that’s where Robbie and Adrian came in and they sent different drinks to my table. Even the manager Ever came to my table to make sure everything was great and it was! I definitely recommend this place if you are indecisive like me. You won’t regret it!

Great food and amazing service
I went today with my family. Food quality was amazing and the people there makes you feel like it's home. Katherine, Adrian, Robbie, Nathan, and Ever kept checking up on us to make sure my family and I were enjoying the food. 10/10 service, we will definitely come back!!

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Very clean, nice amenities, helpful staff but less expensive as compared to other hotels of similar value in South Beach. There seemed to be some families but hotel was very quiet. Fritzner upgraded our room upon check-in which was a very nice surprise. He was very helpful.
