The Betsy - South Beach

Staying at The Betsy hotel in the heart of South Beach is the perfect way to start the new year. It's a lovely boutique hotel with an amazing staff that treats its guest wonderfully. The heart of the hotel is the lounge located in the front lobby. We spent most of our evenings there enjoying the live music and mingling with the other guests of the hotel. Our server extraordinaire Pam was amazing! Her infectious smile made us feel immediately comfortable and at home. We never had to ask her for a cocktail or to refill our popcorn; she was always checking in on us and make sure we were having a great time. We had an issue early on with our room and the hotel took care of it immediately. We strongly recommend The Betsy and cannot wait to come back next year.

Great service from Jennifer. The food was a little on the cold side, but was of good taste and quality. Jennifer was very attentive to our needs.

I just had dinner and a drink at the bar of the Betsey The young lady ...Carmen who served me at the bar was a delightful person and one of the best bartenders ive seen and ive been to alot if bars all over the World Im very fussy how I like my burger .She understood and made sure it was exactly how I wanted I dont think there's many things as entertaining as bar person in full flow I was dazzled and she meticulously made one cocktail after another She made it look like an artform Very professional very engaging very good I dont write many reviews if im honest but tonight I feel compelled to Thanks Csrmen I might be back during the World Cup You would be in my team any day

We recently had the most incredible brunch at LT Steak & Seafood in The Betsy Hotel, right in the heart of vibrant South Beach, Miami Beach. From the moment we walked in, the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone – light-filled space, sophisticated vibe, and that unbeatable Ocean Drive energy. Our server, Joanny, was an absolute superstar! She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like VIPs. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly personality elevated the entire experience. We ordered the steak and eggs, and oh my goodness – it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked steak, tender and flavorful, paired with eggs done just right, and all the accompaniments were fresh and elevated. Every bite was pure perfection – hearty, satisfying, and executed with that Michelin-touch from Chef Laurent Tourondel. If you’re in Miami Beach, do yourself a favor and dine here. The Betsy (and especially Joanny!) turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip. We’ll be back soon – highly, highly recommend!
