Great place, Carmen is a wonderful bartender, thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. There were some difficult customers and she handled it amazingly.

Lovely boutique hotel with great service
Visited on a work trip - the rooms have loads of character, comfortable beds and nice quality toiletries. The location on Ocean Drive, just a few steps from the beach, is perfect. Food in the restaurant was great, but it was the service that stood out the most. George, Juan and Joanny were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. If you love dogs, meeting Betsy and Rosa will also be a highlight of your stay! I will be back.

Had an amazing lunch at the Betsy!! Barbara took amazing care of me. The plates are made with care. The drinks are well crafted the people watching a second and then see you at the Betsy.!!

So so friendly and understanding of my celiac food was delicious and our waitress was so friendly and welcome and kind will definitely would comeback. Valeria was our waitress and definitely make you feel so welcome 5 stars for sure

Excellent elevated experience
Had a great experience at the Betsy again! Great thank you to Genevieve the lovely bartender who was not only skilled with the drinks but really made the experience! Warm and charming! Will be back!
