Phenomenal Experience at The Betsy Ross!
It was a phenomenal experience staying at the Betsy! The hotel ambiance was lovely. The staff was welcoming. Evens and Fritzney were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend the Betsy Ross to my friends and anyone visiting Miami Beach and we intend to return.

The Betsy Hotel and its staff have been an absolute delight. The atmosphere with its eclectic art collection and beautiful surroundings have been perfect. The food is fantastic and Jose was an impeccable server. I will definitely be back!

Reunion topped off with a chocolate martini
I have to rave about the service of Genevieve in the piano bar 6 whole months ago. When service is that great, that personal, and it still stands out 6 months later, that's what I call memorable! We are a small group of friends who met in South America during high school over 50 years ago. We don't have a hometown where we've all settled, so we have our "reunions" any place, anywhere. This one was at the Betsy and Genevieve made us feel that the place was totally ours. She was there when we needed something and invisible when we didn't. And when I wanted a chocolate martini -- definitely not on the menu -- she came back with the best one ever. Kudos, Genevieve!
