★★★★★ An Absolute Gem on Ocean Drive – 5 Stars Aren’t Enough!
We recently had the most incredible brunch at LT Steak & Seafood in The Betsy Hotel, right in the heart of vibrant South Beach, Miami Beach. From the moment we walked in, the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone – light-filled space, sophisticated vibe, and that unbeatable Ocean Drive energy. Our server, Joanny, was an absolute superstar! She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel like VIPs. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly personality elevated the entire experience. We ordered the steak and eggs, and oh my goodness – it was absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked steak, tender and flavorful, paired with eggs done just right, and all the accompaniments were fresh and elevated. Every bite was pure perfection – hearty, satisfying, and executed with that Michelin-touch from Chef Laurent Tourondel. If you’re in Miami Beach, do yourself a favor and dine here. The Betsy (and especially Joanny!) turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip. We’ll be back soon – highly, highly recommend!

Fizzling pops of joy!
What a festivity for the senses! Every aspect of this hotel is so lovely. The art and architecture are outstanding. The staff is so kind and accommodating... especially Josh the bartender. The whole hotel smells delicious and the design is full of twists and turns revealing little gems from time goes by.

Lovely getaway to reset
Got it — here’s a more straightforward, punchy version: The Betsy Hotel was a great stay right on the beach and in the middle of a lively area with lots of good restaurants. George at the front desk was excellent and Juan was very helpful with our luggage. Our room was perfect. The rooftop pool, easy beach access, quiet library for working, rooftop yoga, and well-equipped gym were all big pluses. Would definitely stay again.

Great costumer service
Josh was an outstanding bartender who made the entire experience better. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at his craft. The drinks were made quickly, tasted great, and were consistently well balanced. Josh handled the crowd with ease, kept a positive attitude, and created a welcoming, fun atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend him and would gladly return just to be served by Josh again.
