The Betsy - South Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Betsy Hotel. From the warm welcome at reception to being shown to our room immediately, the service was excellent throughout. Our standard king room was comfortable, well-appointed, and spotless, with quality amenities, a well-stocked minibar, and even a small in-room library. The hotel offers many quiet spaces, such as the library, atrium, and rooftop decks, as well as livelier areas like the outdoor seating facing Ocean Drive. The hotel's art collection and the impressive Betsy Orb, which connects the two buildings, add to its unique charm. We spent our days between the nearby beach, only a short walk away and fully serviced, and the rooftop pool, which offers wonderful views. A second pool on the ground floor provides a more sheltered alternative. A particular highlight was meeting Betsy and Rosa, the hotel's resident Labradors, together with their owner Jonathan. Their presence truly adds to the hotel's warm, welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Fritzner, who took exceptional care of us and accommodated our check-in and check-out requirements with great flexibility. This was our first stay at The Betsy, and we look forward to returning.

I absolutely love The Betsy!!! We’ve stayed many times and stopped in today for a wonderful lunch. Carmen hosted us and served us the BEST margaritas and food; and hospitality. Thank you so much for your kindness, laughter and beautiful smile. We’ll see you soon!

The Betsy Hotel and its employees exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and carefully designed to create a memorable atmosphere. The hotel employees were very kind and attentive. Special s/o to Fritz for his help… when my mother in law fell off of her bike outside of the hotel he quickly gathered first aid materials for her. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Excellent Service from Juan. We arrived and needed to get food asap, so Juan made sure he handled everything for our check in and our room. He was so helpful and attentive. Everything was also smooth sailing with him when checking out. Love the Hotel, staff and the food. Will come again as I have many times in the past.
