Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff especially Fritznet. The location is perfect for south-beach restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere with ease

Solid find on South beach
Excellent service from server Gabriel. He knew the menu well and made thoughtful recommendations. Arugula fennel salad was delicious. I was tempted to order the pizza but was deterred by the offering of beef pepperoni - pork is the king of Italian Salumi so this seemed like an Olive Garden accessory and made me question the whole pizza menu. Fun little location in the alley. Fair price points.

Best hotel ever
We absolutely loved this hotel! It has a wonderful atmosphere, great food, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fritzner, Gustavo, Genavide, and Mariano were amazing and made our stay even more special. They provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at The Betsy Hotel, and I especially want to recognize the bellman who helped us during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and made everything easy and stress-free. It’s the little things and great service that really make a hotel stay memorable, and he definitely made a great impression on us. The Betsy is lucky to have someone who represents the hotel so well. Excellent service and hospitality — thank you for making our stay even better!
