The Betsy - South Beach

We had a wonderful stay at The Betsy. The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to mention Gabrielle at the front desk, as well as Kelsy, Juan, and Evens. Adrien at the bar and Valeria at the restaurant were also wonderful. I have to mention them by name because they really made a difference during our stay! The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. We also loved how art is such an important part of the hotel, with photographs and books everywhere. The piano in the lobby creates a very special atmosphere and gives the hotel so much character. My only small criticism is that the water in the rooftop pool could have been a little cleaner. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

It was a great experience. Juan was extremely helpful when we checked in and provided us with great energy throughout the entirety of our stay. The rest of the staff was excellent as well. Huge shoutout to Art as he helped me plan my proposal at the hotel in the weeks leading up to our stay

Our time at the Betsy Ross was incredible, and I cannot recommend them enough for the perfect Miami vacation. I spent a lot of time researching hotels on ocean drive and felt like the Betsy offered the best choice for amenities, atmosphere, location, and overall experience. My expectations were completely blown away and we can’t wait to come back. The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in until we checked out. Every person we encountered was kind, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. The bartenders, bell hops, cafe staff, front desk staff, and everyone else we interacted with made us feel welcome and supported for anything we needed during our stay. Chris at the front desk was incredibly helpful with recommendations and showing us how to get around, Gabriella was so kind and helpful, and Juan was awesome and so quick helping us with our bags and anything else we needed. Lastly the amenities were everything you could ask for in a relaxing, Miami style luxury vacation. Everything was perfect, from Yoga in the morning overlooking Ocean drive, to the art all around the hotel, to the cafe, pizza, steakhouse, and ice cream options right at the Betsy, to the rooftop pool and lounging areas, to the chairs, umbrellas and attendants at the beach, to the live piano at night. We are so grateful for our time at the Betsy and we can’t wait to come back.
