An Unforgettable Birthday Dinner
I celebrated my birthday here with my family, and we had an amazing experience! The food was spectacular, and the atmosphere and music created such a warm and welcoming ambiance. A special thank you to Oscar for his wonderful service. He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Celebrating my birthday here was the best decision! We had a beautiful evening and can’t wait to come back!

Juan is the man!!
Outstanding service from the moment we arrived! Juan our bellhop was incredibly welcoming, handled our luggage with care and got us settled into our room in record time. Juan's warm attitude and local recommendations really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The Betsy South Beach is lucky to have Juan on their team. We will definitely be back!

Family friendly service
My son and I were traveling solo on this trip, which is always a little bit stressful with a baby. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helped keep him entertained throughout our stay. Gustavo at the pool bar and Fritz at the front door in particular were so good with my 11 month old and really helped make our experience as smooth as possible.

Honeymoon Trip
We had a great honeymoon stay at the Betsy! Juan welcomed us and truly set the tone for excellent service from the second we arrived. There was a loud, angry guest yelling at staff when we arrived, and Juan stepped in to not only diffuse the situation and support his co-worker, but made sure that we were welcomed and accommodated quickly. He didn’t miss a beat. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the service staff responded quickly to any of our requests throughout the week. We also enjoyed the option to chill downstairs and listen to live music every night to wind down. If you’re looking to be on the beach, the Betsy is a great quieter and cozy option with plenty of options for partying a walk away.
