Has to be the best on Ocean Drive
Awesome hotel with the best hospitality from the time you walk up to the door throughout your stay. Our room was perfect and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is clean and the artwork throughout was amazing. The food was amazing and the bar service was spectacular. Carmen and Gustavo were extremely attentive, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Which, made our time at The Betsy even better. We will definitely be back.

Delicious birthday Betsy’s breakfast, pancakes and a free cake accompanied by grand service!
20.12.2025 We are visiting Miami for a couple of weeks and whilst staying at a hotel on Ocean’s Drive, I thought I’d treat my husband to breakfast at The Betsy’s . I am so happy I chose Betsy’s for his birthday treat, as eating there was a lovely experience for us both and a fab start to the day. The food was fresh, tasty, well presented and cooked to perfection (see photos). There’s a good variety to choose for and good portions - we both elected for The Betsy’s breakfast and shared a portion of the delicious pancakes. The service was excellent, Jorge was very attentive throughout our meal and looked after us. Cherry on the top was that Jorge had told the management we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and so they presented him with a cake. Will be. The Manager (sorry I do not know the name) also came over to our table, to wish my husband Happy Birthday and engaged in conversation about football ⚽️ which pleased my husband (who is an avid football fan). Unforgettable experience, thank you!

Betsy Ross bar beautiful!
Visited the Betsy Ross bar on our 31st anniversary beautiful ambience and the trio of bartenders Carmen, Adrian and Pamela were amazing. Drinks were delicious and they surprised us with a beautiful dessert. Felt the love. Definitely come back every time.

A beautiful hotel and a comfortable stay.
Our stay couldn’t have been better. The hotel has a warm and charming ambiance. The art work lining the walls of all the hall, and even our suite, added to the ambiance. Our room, a two room balcony suite was very nice - comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff we interacted with couldn’t have been more accommodating. All in all it was an excellent stay. Our only complaint was the serpentine route we had to use to get to our room. The hotel is actually two buildings, connected by a hallway bridge on the third floor. When entering through the main entrance on Ocean Drive, we had to go to the third floor, walk to the second building, then take the elevator down to the second floor. An elevator on our floor did take us down to the Collins Avenue entrance, which was much easier.
