Positive vibes at the Betsy
Yes, the Betsy is a beautiful, classic hotel rich in South Beach history but what makes it extra special are the employees. Shout out to George & Fritz. George honored my request for an ocean front room and always available for help & questions. Fritz’s attentiveness & kindness made our stay extra special. From start to finish an amazing stay. As an old preppy, this my kind of place!

WOW! Amazing!!
Wow, from the moment we walked into the restaurant everything was phenomenal. We didn’t have a reservation, and Farzana immediately offered to check on a table for us. She sat us promptly and was so sweet. Our server Franco, paid attention to detail, made sure all of our food was amazing, and was always there when we needed something. On top of that the manager Ever, was so great. He made sure we were set up properly for our appetizer and served our salad onto our plates for us. He brought us purse hooks, and when we had an extra guest added to the table last minute, he didn’t hesitate to open up the table and invite him to sit down. From host to server to manager, it was such an amazing experience. From someone who works in hospitality I was highly impressed, 10 out of 10. They brought us desserts at the end which was the cherry on top. I will definitely be back. Love love love!

We had the most wonderful time at The Betsy. We will go again. The staff could not have been better. Between the waiters and the Bar staff they were so accommodating. The bar waitress with the long frizzy hair was particularly good to us . Juan our bellman likewise took good care of us. Great job everyone. Barbour Rixey

So far so great!
Just got here for a week. Escaping the frigid cold of the northeast. The staff is so friendly across the board from checking in w George to the bartender, baggage and beach folks…and Josh just made us the best Pina Colada w a rum floater we have ever had! Can’t wait for day 2!

Beautiful Hotel, great atmosphere, service was wonderful, especially Juan who made checking in & out seamless. Would recommend when visiting Miami.
