Pizza is amazing
Outstanding experience at Alley Pizza. The food was excellent, with great flavors and quality across the board. What truly made the visit special, though, was the service. Our waiters, Nicolás and Daniel from Argentina, were exceptional friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism and positive energy elevated the entire experience. Highly recommend Alley Pizza, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Nicolás and Daniel, you’re in great hands.

Wonderful time at the Betsy
This is a wonderful hotel. It is elegant and yet relaxed and you feel you are staying in someone's beautiful home. The staff are wonderful. Fritzner at the front desk was just a gem-incredibly kind and helpful. All the staff are friendly in a really sincere way, including the owners. the food is delicious and well presented and the rooms are tasteful and comfortable. A great experience of South beach and a real haven. I hardly wanted to leave the hotel!

Rooftop bar and pool
Went to the rooftop pool and bar and Josh was absolute amazing. Felt like he did three jobs at once. Was bartending, helping guest put out their towels, and was also delivering food and drinks. Was an amazing experience! Couldn’t have asked for a better day

Great customer service
Absolute perfect location and relaxed vibe. It felt upscale, yet welcoming and comfortable too. The staff were all helpful, friendly, but so glad we connected with Juan on day 1. He took care of our every wish, before we even wished it:) Juan exemplified customer service and made us feel special. We will definitely come back
