A GEM OF A BAR
I sat at the bar at The Betsy and was served by the wonderful, Genevieve. She's a house music head, cool as hell and smooth. I had great conversation with this world wise soul. She guided me towards the Crispy Rice Wagyu and the Poké bowl. I had the Jorgito cocktail and if you're a gin fan this is it. Also, I watched Genevieve make another customer a martini with a beautiful Scottish gin and it looked incredible. The vibe is right at the Piano Bar. Classic high end Miami without all the BS. A true gem.

Gustavo Is the Real MVP of the Rooftop Bar!
The rooftop bar is definitely the place to be! We came here to celebrate a birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond — everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was incredible and made our Miami trip unforgettable. Special shoutout to Gustavo, the bartender — he was amazing and made our experience even better. Between the views, the vibes, and the service, everything was perfect from start to finish!
