Great stay at the Betsy
Perfect location for anyone interested in the South Beach scene and Art Deco architecture. Across from the beach with a rooftop pool and a deck overlooking the ocean. Food was very good in the lobby restaurant, as were the drinks. Juan the bellman at the front desk puts hospitality first and is always doing his best to take care of guests. Great stay!

Top knotch experience
We stayed at The Betsy for our recent trip to South Beach and it was wonderful. The staff was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. Every front desk staffer we interacted with was so helpful during our stay. In particular, our housekeepers - Terline, Herlande, and Carla - made sure our room stayed tidy. The hotel gave the impression of staying at a posh friend's place. The hotel is tastefully decorated with fun and joyful art. It has direct beach access, so you can just cross the street and sit in one of their chairs (not all South Beach hotels have this). The drinks and food were also great. Can't wait to go back!

Great food, amazing quality, great service!
Had a great time, came in and was blown away by the menu, the service, the food the quality…everything was great. Our server was excellent. The atmosphere was amazing and we had a great time. Thank you so much.
