Exceptional location with great service
Betsy made us so welcomed and was like a home away from home . Every little thing was covered with exceptional service. A call out to Carmen who made the most amazing Whisky Sour. Also great front desk and porter work from Juan and Fritzner.

A Miami Gem We’ll Be Back To
I absolutely loved the Betsy Hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the in-house restaurant was fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and George for making our stay so comfortable, we’ll definitely be back!

Charm to the brim
I stayed at The Betsy for a writing residency and couldn’t have been more delighted with this hotel and my whole experience. The food was terrific, the staff was very kind, and the Writing Room was perfection: cozy and filled with books. Thank you, thank you to the Plutzik family for their generosity! It has meant the world to me.

A five-star service at this lovely boutique hotel. I love my breakfasts and they were delished. Service by Joanny, counter, doorbell, and everyone was top-notch.

I don’t even know how to begin. First, the location is perfect. The beach is easily accessible along with the walking path. You can find a restaurant, if you wish to leave the Betsy, just feet away. The best part of our trip was walking to Espanola Way. It’s the sweet spot of the area. Second, the hotel itself is pristine and classy. The staff is well trained, polite and will always be available for questions. The bar service was outstanding! We met so many lovely people just sitting there. I even made a furry friend “Rosa”. Geneveve and Robert were the finest bartenders and always smiled. Very important to me. Customer service was quick and they were never bothered. Third, the pool top area. Josh and Digna were so friendly and accommodating. Josh carried great conversation while doing the best job of serving a full bar. Digna is a very hard worker. She keeps everyone happy around the pool with towels and cleanliness. Finally, Angelo and all the supervisors were excellent! Always asking if we needed anything or had any questions. Almost forgot…..the piano bar area is the icing on the trip. My husband and I enjoyed every second of it. We will be back! Preston & Sandra
