Fantastic boutique hotel right on the sea front.
Great front desk - terrific welcome and particularly Fritzner who from the wedlock drink to extending my stay could not have been more polite and obliging. i will definitely be staying here again.

Best hotel in Miami South Beach
We had wonderful time. It’s a very nice hotel, not like an ordinary hotel, it is warm like a home. We will definitely come back. All staff are very kind and professional. Especially, Juan, Joanny, Fritzner, Mark and all staff in the restaurant area. We thank you to the Betsy Hotel for the wonderful time that we had.

The Betsy Hotel…wow!
So much to write about …The Betsy combines nostalgia with excellence and high service levels. From the rooms which ooze with history to the hallways full of pictures, the hotel CEOs (Canine Executive Officers, Daisy, Betsy and Rosa!), if you can find a way to stay here or visit for a few hours, make sure you do!!!

Pre Cruise Birthday stay
The Betsey Hotel, your Reception staff pre stay and during our stay were professional, friendly and helpful. What a gem in the perfect location, We loved the colonial feel and atmosphere around the hotel, especially the attention to detail in our hotel room and the artwork and hotel public areas. We were staying pre cruise for my Birthday, thank you for making it so special and memorable… ‘A special thank you to our server in LT Steak and Seafood Restaurant and your Bell Attendant who Thursday 2 April, in the thunderstorm helped us check out with our luggage and not get wet…you were amazing!’ The Betsey thank you again, just one down side to our fabulous stay we missed Betsey and Rosa, tickles and a cuddle to you both 🐾🐾 Victoria & Lee
