Love the betsy
Aleks, René Ray and Joanny were great, love the Betsy, food is great and customer service outstanding!!! Soak y tuna roll delicious Grouper tacos very fresh Boucher burger !!! Omg!!! The environment in this place is something else !!! Definetly coming back.

Wonderful staff and food
We have eaten here twice in a week. The food is really excellent and the ambiance is very calm and welcoming. Every member of staff are wonderful. In particular Nicolas Madrazo and the server Sheila who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Sheila knew the menu very well and advised us what best to order. Sheila was really warm and friendly and deserves to be well looked after.

This hotel makes you feel like royalty from the minute you walk in and then out. Amazing service, ambiance & guests. Rooms are very nice, amazing views from rooftop terraces & pool. It’s worth every dollar & will be staying here anytime we come to South Beach.

Amazing Breakfast🎉 super Service from Daniel. Thank you 🙏 Always nice to come back. French toast ist the best! But also the pancakes and the avocado toast and the juices. Everything fresh made Outdoor seating and enjoy ocenadrive. That’s vacation feeling. Enjoy

Location, style and service!!
The room was spacious, beds comfortable, charming overall. What really set the place apart was their staff. Fritzner at check-in was knowledgable, friendly and efficient. The bell hops, Juan & Fritz couldn't have been more helpful with bags, taxi's and offerings waters & umbrellas just when you needed them. I will be visiting the Betsy again!
