Amazing stay!!!
It was an awesome hotel, and my man Sidd at the front desk, took great care of me! Great proximity to the beach and legendary Ocean Drive! The restaurants were awesome and the Pizza was outstanding! The hotel has charm and class and it’s definitely a place I would recommend.

Excellent place in South Beach
I visited the hotel today. They recommended the bar and the food to me. I tried the service at the Bar. I highly recommend the cocktail made by Carmen called "Piscolita", simply spectacular. The food, music and attention of Carmen and Carlos are great. I will definitely return

The Betsy is a classic Class above!!
Superb hotel, excellent location with glorious roof top pool with all the facilities you’d want. Most importantly the service is very very good, personable and impressively consistent……. Hard to achieve! Definitely my go to in Miami Beach.

Not the best experience
I am currently staying at the hotel, and I must say, while the hotel is located in an iconic location, the service leaves much to be desired. Some of the equipment in the fitness center has not been repaired, and items like the phone and weighing machine haven't been serviced in a long time. Additionally, the servers in the restaurant are selective about how they behave with guests.

Aleks, René Ray and Joanny were great, love the Betsy, food is great and customer service outstanding!!! Soak y tuna roll delicious Grouper tacos very fresh Boucher burger !!! Omg!!! The environment in this place is something else !!! Definetly coming back.
