Always wanted to stay at this hotel, but so far underwhelmed. If you don’t reserve a $600+ day bed at the beach, expect not to receive good service. Waited over an hour for an umbrella because they were setting up the daybeds for people who don’t even wake up before 11:00 am. The daybeds block the view of the ocean, so all the paupers don’t get to see the water. I understand that they are in the business of making $$$, but they do have guests who are not in the oil industry

We ALWAYS love it here. Our suite was incredible and the best view I’ve seen here of the intercoastal, Miami lights and the ocean from the 24th floor in Tresor Tower. We had Dinner at Mirabella and it was sooooo good. Can’t believe we hadn’t tried it before. The icing on the cake was our Sunday on the Beach here. Leah took such good care of us. My daughter and I stayed at the Fontainebleau this weekend, everything was excellent as always. However Franco at the pool make our stay even more enjoyable, he was very attentive, we requested an umbrella and he did not stop till he find one for us, exceptional hospitality!!!! Franco was super friendly, great attitude.

I went to the beach for a relaxing day with my girlfriend and Malik was our server. He was extremely helpful and kind and provided excellent service to make our day perfect. I highly recommend a trip to the Fontainebleau and you should definitely request Maklik if you’re spending time in the beach!
