We booked this hotel for 5 nights as were not sure either we will like it or not. But after 5 nights we definitely decided not to move and prolonged our stay for 2 more nights. We liked everything about the hotel: Room - very clean. we booked double room with two queen beds and we even didnt know that room has also a balcony. it was not mentioned in our booking ( booking was made through booking. com) Pool - the chairs towels and umbrella are free of charge, The pool is big , we never had a problem to find availability of chairs (we were 4 guests). Beach - The chairs and towels are free. but for umbrella you have to pay 28 usd per one. Location - its 10 minutes by walk from the hotel to Lincoln Road Mall. There are Many restaurants on the way by walk to ocean drive There is also the bar and restaurant inside of the hotel at the lobby . We had dinner and lunch several times there. Steak is tasty, but do not order well done one, it very dry. But medium is good. Pizza , sushi are good too.

We stayed here for a night after our cruise with our 11 year old son. We arrived at 8:45am after getting off the ship. We were prepared to check our bags and hang out till we could check in, but they had availability and let us in our room right away, which was amazing. It made our day! The room and bathroom were very nice and modern. We were early enough to get seats by the pool, which was great. The pool is big, plenty of space for kids to play in. We loved the walking/bike path at the beach. Really nice to take a walk on. Beach was very wide, lots of loungers available there. Our only complaint was that we left our 3 loungers to have lunch at the restaurant by the pool, and were back before the hour they give you to be away from your lounger, and another family had already taken over our space, and they wouldn’t move. So, make sure you don’t ever leave your loungers unattended during a busy Saturday, or it will be gone. It was annoying, but we just went to the beach. The restaurant at the pool was very good. We only had a short time at the hotel, but really enjoyed it, and would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely 12th floor city skyline view room with 2 x queen beds. The room was very clean, a good size & well appointed. Toiletries, plenty of towels, bath robes, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, safe. There is a fridge but only available for a daily charge & there was a decent coffee machine & bottled water. The hotel was lovely with attentive staff. The pool area is great, but gets very busy. The pool staff are excellent. They will find you beds and set them out with towels for you, but the beds are very tightly packed. No chance to move them & if the person next to you has their umbrella up, chances are you will be shaded too! Again, the staff around the pool are great at serving drinks & food. The Caesar wrap was delicious (big enough for 2 people to share!). There is a private beach area as part of the hotel & staff will also set up your beds. The hotel is a very short walk to Ocean Drive. A great few days spent here.

Large hotel with many amenities, I booked a city view double room size was ok with a small balcony where you can drink a cup Of coffee every morning , the Bathroom are small, clean room and cozy beds, no fridge you have to paid 25 dollars daily to get one ,coffee maker ok no te We have to 50 dollars daily for resort fee , but the pool is small for a large hotel and the no many pools chairs for all guesses So you need to get up early in them go and separate one , the first day we don’t have spaces to stay, no even a chair The breakfast buffet are 40 dollars and it was good but expensive. The lobby is beautiful but cold. No sofás or place to sit down. The bar is good and the drinks too.

My husband and i just went on an easy one night staycation at the Loews Miami Beach to celebrate our anniversary and celebrate our birthdays. I truly can't say enough good things about our experience. it was the perfect decision. Let's start with the basics the room was modern and clean with a very comfortable bed. The food at the pool was good and the food at Bar Collins was fantastic. Customer service at the beach was top notch. What really made our trip was the manager, Estefania. She went so above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and it certainly was. Our whole trip was filled with surprises that truly showed how much she cared. We can not express how thankful we are for her. We can't wait to stay again with our kids and family. You will not regret staying here whether it be for a relaxing staycation, with family or a weekend with friends.
