Nice hotel with lots to do nearby. The beach is clean and service was wonderful. At the beach, Lucas B. Helped us with anything and everything we needed. Randy also made our visit great. As for the hotel room, I had a hard time keeping the room cool even when thermostat was set on 65. I had 2 large flies in the shower but that is really hard to control. The housekeeping staff are fantastic. Friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Wonderful day at the beach. Lucas B & Randy were super attentive and always within reach. Lucas made sure we were happy with our towels, chairs and umbrella. Randy always checked to make sure we were happy with our cocktails, beverages & food.

Sometime you get help and customer service then sometimes you get exceptional help and legendary customer service. Lucas B is who I’m referring to. I traveled from Philly to relax on the beach. Thanh you so much for making me laugh, recommending hunter X hunter and showing off your tattoos. And you’re so fine too. If you ever come to visit Philly hope you come and I’ll show you a good time. Back to the review, charismatic and unique. Great conversation and made sure my umbrella was perfect for me. It’s the little things that make a big experience. We booked this hotel for 5 nights as were not sure either we will like it or not. But after 5 nights we definitely decided not to move and prolonged our stay for 2 more nights. We liked everything about the hotel: Room - very clean. we booked double room with two queen beds and we even didnt know that room has also a balcony. it was not mentioned in our booking ( booking was made through booking. com) Pool - the chairs towels and umbrella are free of charge, The pool is big , we never had a problem to find availability of chairs (we were 4 guests). Beach - The chairs and towels are free. but for umbrella you have to pay 28 usd per one. Location - its 10 minutes by walk from the hotel to Lincoln Road Mall. There are Many restaurants on the way by walk to ocean drive There is also the bar and restaurant inside of the hotel at the lobby . We had dinner and lunch several times there. Steak is tasty, but do not order well done one, it very dry. But medium is good. Pizza , sushi are good too.
