Mondrian South Beach

Had a great time staying at the Mondarin - Natalie made our experience so much better. She ran the whole bar and offered top tier customer service. It’s a great place off the strip of south beach than can amplify the rest and relaxation you’re looking for.

I was an amazing stay at Mondrian hotel south beach! The service was so great… I’d like to thank, especially the security officer at the pool Marcelo Campos! He was a gentleman and professional helping me with the stay in the pool

Luis was very kind and helpful, he gave us lots of recommendations about places to visit around the area. He made our stay more pleasant.

The hospitality of the greeters was great, especially Luis. Our room was nice and the hotel had good amenities. The lower rating is for house keeping. Our sheets and towels were never changed despite leaving the sign on the door and we had to request new items throughout the weekend.

Luis was great and the rooms were great, beds were clean. Overall good atmosphere, however, the service left a lot to be desired. No room service all 4 days we were here, our key cards stopped working and it took about an hour to fix which caused me to miss a wedding ceremony, and overall the staff was not very accommodating except for Luis. But it's not a bad stay, just don't know if I'd necessarily stay again.
