Birthday Celebration on the Bay
We always come back to Baia on the beach for special occasions. This time, once again, one of our friend's birthday. We were lucky to have Priscilla again as our server and she remembered us as soon as she approached our party. Charlie that was behind the reservation arrangement was amazing as always. We will definitely go back for the next celebration.

Do not stay here - terrible service and horrible cleanliness.
DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR WEDDING! Initially the experience was great, i asked to have concierge arrange flower petals on the bed, the petals left purple stains all over the bedding. It took 3 days and 4 requests to have them clean the rose petals out of the room. They even came to change sheets and left all the petals scattered on the floor. The staff at front desk are mostly rude but nothing is worse than the staff at the Baia beach club - they wont look at you, and certainly wont help you. I ordered room service just now and was told that i have to come down to pick up the order cause they dont have someone to bring it up right now. Overall I would not stay here again and I would recommend a different spot in this area where you get treated like youre staying in a hotel. Also the concierge will end their messages with "please let us know if there is anything else i can help you with" and then when you do, they dont even answer for 24 hours and just say "sorry message didnt go through" or some other lie (debating on posting screenshots of our texts to show that i was being as polite as possible). Ive never written a bad review online in my life but this is the first.

The service.. Rafael was so nice, the view the staff… i would def come back here.. the food was so good… concierge was lovely.. we had a delivery for my friends birthday n they did it effortlessly.

Mondrian south beach is extremely beautiful
This place is a must visit the view is extremely beautiful, the food at the restaurant was to die for . Concierge was one of a kind especially Rafael was extremely helpful . Smooth check in and wonderful checkout

The Mondrian is incredible the staff was great but specially Luis he took Good care of us always attentive ! I will recommend everyone to visit the Mondrian great experience
