Mondrian South Beach

The staff and hotel were amazing. Celebrated my birthday over the weekend and couldn’t be happier with all the accommodations and hospitality. A special shout out to Charlotte for assisting with everything :)

This hotel is just incredible. Exceptional ambience, location, and more importantly the service. We come to the Mondrian every year to celebrate our daughter’s birthday- it’s a birthday tradition for her we started. We used to stay on the ocean side, but after having our daughter we wanted someone quiet yet still lively and near places. After trying the Mondrian years ago we just cannot get enough of this place!! The rooms are beautiful, and pool is one of the greatest highlights- it’s breathtaking! It overlooks the bay, and the drinks are so delish. But I want to call out one particular person who is the main reason we continue coming back to the Mondrian. And her name is Charlotte (aka Charlie). She is the lead concierge at the Mondrian, and she is just absolutely amazing. She made our stay so comfortable and so amazing with all the sweet and thoughtful things she provided to make our daughter feel extra special for her birthday. She booked us reservations to places she knows we would like, and boy was she spot on with every single reservation she made. She even booked us a table at one of the hardest restaurants to get into last minute - Sunny’s steakhouse. The list can go on and on about all the wonderful things she did to make us feel comfortable and happy. Every year we look forward to coming to miami for our daughters birthday, and staying at the Mondrian truly because of her. Charlie’s exceptional customer service, her kindness and her memorable and happy spirit keeps us coming back every year! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Charlie and the Mondrian hotel. I ask that the Mondrian management team please give this woman the recognition she so well deserves. She is truly a rockstar. My family and I look forward to coming back to Miami again next year and staying at the Mondrian again!!

Compared to area hotels, Mondrian offers great value. Close to everything including the beach, it’s a bit older and rooms tell the tale. But they’re spacious, funky and inviting. A chic, upscale aesthetic dominates the hotel from the lobby to meeting rooms, communicating indoor and outdoor dining/bar & pool area. THINGS TO APPRECIATE - spacious 2-room suites - showers w/shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers - large hand soap & body lotion dispensers at sink - robes - fridge & microwave + coffee machine - Unique decor - excellent in-hotel dining THINGS THEY NEED - luggage stands or - additional bench for luggage - bathroom surface for toiletries - extra blanket to accompany the extra pillow provided Price-wise the Mondrian (even without a discount) offers a unique experience that’s more affordable than many (most?) South Beach full-service hotels. The decor is fun funky, and it checks all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyably, well-located temporary home away from home.

Joaquin and Florencia were amazing! They dealt with our crazy family. The food was fabulous and the drinks even better!

We have staved at Mondrian from 26th of December 2025 until 6th Januari 2026 for a family vacation. From the moment we arrived we have been greeted with a smile. Every time we saw the Security Sandrita & Marcelo they helped us in any way possible. We have been coming to Mondrian since 2015 and the reason for it is the friendly staff that are greeting us with a friendly smile like; Sandrita & Marcelo from security, and Sandor & Joshua at the door, or at the pool by Danny always helping us finding the perfect spot, or the awesome weiteres like Priscilla, Kimberly, Gigi and Ashley they are the reason for us to come back for so many years. They make us feel at home. We can truly say that due to the awesome people like those Mondrian feels like a warm blanket and they are the reason for us to come back. They all have becoming more than just a hotel staff the feel like our second home. For anyone that is looking for a relaxing friendly holiday we can recommend to stay at Mondrian it feels like a dream come true with a warm welcoming and a friendly staff and if needing anything special ask the staff and they are making it possible! service with a friendly smile. We would like to Thank; Sandrita, Marcelo, Sandor, Joshua, Danny, Gigi, Priscilla, Kimberly and Ashley for the amazing professionalism shown and warm friendly smiles and always taking the extra mile and going beyond to help us and make us feel at Home!
