Amazing
We had a very pleasant stay at Mondrian South Beach. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff really made the experience stand out. The front desk was extremely attentive and made check-in and everything afterward very easy. Fernando, the bellman, was also fantastic, very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. He helped us with recommendations for restaurants and different places to explore around Miami Beach. It’s always nice when hotel staff goes above and beyond. I would absolutely come back.

Joaquin was amazing! I was undecided on entrees and he recommended the lobster pasta and it was absolutely amazing 10/10! If I come back I’m asking for him specifically!

WE LOVE LUIS
Luis was very helpful the moment we pulled up to the Mondrian! He brought our luggage up to us and even gave us two glasses of champagne. He was very kind & professional
