Exceptional Stay
I stayed at the Mondrian South Beach with my family in June, and we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Victoria at the Front Desk, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. She suggested a better room option that perfectly suited our family’s needs, and thanks to her, we were able to enjoy a much more comfortable stay. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Also, a big thank you to Junoise, who took the time to show us the room and ensure everything was in perfect condition. His friendliness and attention to detail were much appreciated. The hotel itself is stylish, well-located, and has great amenities, but it's the staff that really makes the difference. We felt very well taken care of, and we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Miami. Highly recommended!

Luis is wonderful. He is so helpful. He is charming but professional. Our stay at the Mondrian was incredible. He made us feel at home.

Sister trip
My sister and I come to Miami all the time as a quick getaway before out main vacation starts and the hotel and staff was phenomenal especially luis he was amazing told us some stop to eat at very funny and was helpful
