Mondrian South Beach

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The rooms were gorgeous, the views were to die for, and the staff is beyond helpful and kind. Charlie at the concierge was so helpful and sweet, she helped me book everything and make it a great experience. I booked a room for my boyfriend’s birthday and they have options to get the room decorated and it came out so cute. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back.

Marc at guest services Mgt. made my whole trip worth the experience of Miami with making sure I got the right Transportation and made sure me and my gf had the best trip to Miami

I stayed at the Mondrian South Beach expecting “luxury Miami vibes.” What I got instead was a time-travel experience to the year 1999, and not the good part. Let’s start with the room. The TV appeared to be one of the world’s oldest surviving flat screens. The Manager and employees were talking about our group not knowing we were standing next to them waiting for the elevator, when told we’re the group, maybe don’t talk about guests in public we got no apology. Horrible Management, they are in the hospitality business and should know better. The lobby was nice, though It really sets you up for disappointment later when you see the room, like a movie trailer that lies to you.

Beautiful hotel, perfect-sized room, great location from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff overall was very kind. Luis was a standout for being incredibly kind and very helpful.

Alexandra at the Mondrian was such a dream to work with for my sister’s wedding. From day 1 she took the time to review all our options and assisted us with making all the selections. She ensured we had everything prepared for the big day and helped us make last minute adjustments due to the weather. She even helped us move things around in her fabulous heels! Everything we requested she ensured we got right away. Alexandra was so accommodating in so many ways from providing welcome Prosecco, getting us late check-out, moving us into a different ballroom last minute, I am so glad we trusted her with my sister’s special day. Even with all the stress of last minute changes, she always was cool and collected. Our event turned even better than we planned. We can’t thank her enough! The staff was also amazing from the servers to the bartender, as well as Victor who assisted with coordinating everything. Thank you all for such a wonderful event!
