Best of both worlds!
Best business trip! The hotel is wonderful! Great accommodations and views. Will absolutely be back for personal time!! If you’re down at the pool side bar, ask for Oksamna - the beautiful woman with the crystal blue eyes. She’s the best!!

Amazing concierge
Charlie Rhynes Garcia is an awesome concierge and has access to the hottest restaurants in Miami. Highly recommend reaching out to her when staying at the hotel.

Worst hotel
I stayed here for 7 nights. I’d never recommend this hotel, unprofessional and rude staff. The rooms are old and not clean, I had to ask at the reception several times to do the cleaning. The short Latino woman at the reception should be fired and should not work in a hotel she was always on her phone and didn’t care at all about the clients, same thing for the african american man at the entrance of the pool who was very rude to a family of clients. They do not know how to talk to clients properly. I was shocked. You will be ask every single time, no matter how many times you go the to the pool area, to open your beach bag because they do not trust their clients to not bring drink or food from the outside even water ! A family with a baby was rudely ask to trow their water in the bin.. I’ve never witnessed such a thing. And when you checked out, no one ask you how your stay went or wish you to come visit again. This is not at all a luxury hotel, it is at top a 3 stars hotel with very bad services. The pool and the view do not worth the bad services and the unprofessional and unqualified staff, you will find so much better in Miami.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Needs Better Maintenance and Service
The hotel looks nice overall, but the room wasn’t as clean as expected. Several things were damaged and not properly repaired, which made the stay a bit frustrating, especially for the price they charge. The staff at the reception also didn’t seem very friendly or welcoming, which added to the disappointment. With a bit more care for cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service, this place could be much better.
