Me and my husband checked in at 3pm, not realizing check in was at 4pm, so they gave us the option to check our bags in and wait by the pool which we did. At 4pm my husband went back to see if room was ready which they were, but our 3 checked bags and my husbands tux could not be found. We were there for a wedding that was being held at that hotel which started at 6pm. Our bags were finally found at 5:50pm. Worst experience ever. With only 1-2 people handling bags how to you lose or miss place luggage? We received no apologies from management and I only had time to speak on this upon check out. Staff need to be more attentive and helpful. The room was pretty outdated. Pool experience was ok which there was more shade under cabanas. Location is great but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.

Carlos took care of us the entire race weekend at the Mondrian pool. Carlos was super hospitable and made things happen for us. Carlos made our weekend due to his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Carlos to be recognized through employer.

Bright is a nice guy, he was smiling and very helping. The pool is so nice too with the view. I loved the food that he recommanded me: fried tempura shrimps 🍤

I came to celebrate a friends birthday and had a great time with an espresso martini made by Natalie!! What a great view !! would definitely come back again, made my experience in Miami the best!! I also enjoyed the branzino and enjoyed a margarita :)
