Excellent
Carlos and Randall by the pool provided excellent service. Johanna at the bar as well. We went on a Resort Pass day and it was excellent. The ambiance, amenities, drinks and food were all great. We will definitely be returning. It’s a local gem.

I came to Miami for the weekend for the first time, it was very hot and then I decided to go to Miami Beach. and I was attended to by Carlos and Malcom, such incredible and kind guys, thank you very much Carlos and Malcom for being so kind. I'm going to come more often with my friend to have fun again like we did today on the beach in Miami Beach❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love Miami Beach❤️❤️❤️❤️

Anthony Daziel, Carlos and Jasmine. The pool area were wonderful. They made our trip a pleasure. Joanna the bar tender was great. Yeah, the decor was cool. And retro. I would highly recommend staying here. Pools with the right temperature in the place has kept clean

Relaxation Station!
Lovely pool day at the national hotel! We showed up at 10, grabbed chairs, and headed inside for an air conditioned breakfast. Lovely service from Randall who made sure our chairs were covered and that we received multiple towel swaps. Bar service through the day was wonderful and resulted in an incredibly relaxing afternoon.

Randall was a great advisor very attentive and helpful. Was also very quick to set everything up your liking. Definitely will come back soon and ask for him. Other than that the seats were very comfortable and clean. Rate this experience 10/10
